Abstract

Intercambiador de calor con múltiples haces de tubos, dotado de una carcasa (1, 2 3) en la que se ha montado una pluralidad de haces de tubos (5A, 5B, 5C) entre fondos de tubos axialmente opuestos, y en el que la carcasa está dividida mediante paredes de separación (14) en un número de cámaras o compartimentos (10A, 10B, 10C) que alojan un haz de tubos, respectivamente, que corresponde al número de haces de tubos, que se caracteriza porque: a) los haces de tubos (5A, 5B, 5C) están realizados como módulos independientes, que forman una unidad integral, respectivamente, y que están formados en cada caso por los tubos de intercambiador de calor (51) correspondientes y los fondos de tubos (52) correspondientes, que están fijados en los dos extremos axiales, b) la carcasa está formada por una parte de envoltura (1), con las paredes de separación (14) que dividen o delimitan las cámaras o los compartimentos (10A, 10B, 10C), así como por bridas (13), dispuestas en los dos extremos axiales, así como por cabezas (2, 3), que están realizadas como elementos separados, dispuestos a los dos lados, que pueden fijarse en las bridas de la parte de envoltura (1), c) los módulos de haces de tubos montados en las cámaras de la parte de envoltura (1) con sus fondos de tubos (52) actúan en combinación con las cabezas (2, 3) para una hermetización y, con sus fondos de tubos, delimitan cámaras de distribución, de recogida o de transferencia (24, 25, 35, 36) formadas en las cabezas.
