Meanwhile, installing portion pieces 34 for mounting heat exchanging elements 30 to the ducts are disposed at locations where the heat pipes 32 at the outsides of the duct member materials 31 approach to the duct member materials 31. Thus, since fluid flow paths are narrow and the flow rate can easily be increased, heat transmission among the heat pipes 32 and a fluid is bettered, and the duct member materials 31 are compacted.
