Claims (11)

  1. Einheit aus einem Sammelkasten und einem Rohrstutzen, für einen Wärmetauscher, wobei der Sammelkasten eine Sammelplatte umfasst, die durch eine Wand abgeschlossen wird, so dass eine Kammer begrenzt wird, in der zumindest der Rohrstutzen mündet,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kasten Folgendes besteht aus:
    einen ersten Teil (10; 72), der von einem geformten Metallblech gebildet wird, das nur einen Boden (14; 76), der die Sammelplatte (14; 76) umfasst, und zwei seitliche Flanken (22; 78) aufweist, die einander gegenüberliegend umgebogen sind, von denen zumindest einer mit einer Öffnung (30; 66) versehen ist, um daran den Rohrstutzen (32; 84) anzubringen, und
    einen zweiten Teil (12; 74), der von einem geformten Metallblech gebildet wird, das geeignet ist, auf die seitlichen Flanken (22; 78) des ersten Teils zu passen, um einen Deckel gegenüber dem Boden (14; 76) dieses ersten Teils zu bilden,
    und dass der erste Teil (10; 72), der zweite Teil (12; 74) und der Rohrstutzen (32; 84) durch Hartlöten zusammengefügt werden.
  2. Einheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei seitlichen Flanken (22; 78) des ersten Teils (10; 72) im Großen und Ganzen eben und zueinander parallel sind und senkrecht an den Boden (14; 76) anschließen.
  3. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei seitlichen Flanken (22) des ersten Teils (10) jeweils eine periphere Nut (34) für die Aufnahme eines Längsrandes (38) des zweiten Teils (12) aufweisen.
  4. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei seitlichen Flanken (78) des ersten Teils (72) jeweils eine Reihe von Ausschnitten (86) umfassen, die Auflagebereiche (88) begrenzen, die von der Innenseite vorspringend für die Aufnahme eines Längsrandes (90) des zweiten Teils (74) ausgebildet sind.
  5. Einheit nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflagebereiche (88) jeweils durch Tiefziehen der seitlichen Flanken (78) der Innenseite erhalten werden.
  6. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Längsrand (90) des zweiten Teils (74) mit vorspringenden Nasen (92) versehen ist, die geeignet sind, jeweils in die Einschnitte (86) der seitlichen Flanken (78) einzugreifen.
  7. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der einen Deckel bildende zweite Teil (12; 74) durch ein geformtes Bandeisen definiert wird, um im Großen und Ganzen zueinander parallele Erzeugende aufzuweisen.
  8. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die seitlichen Flanken (22) jeweilige gegenüberliegende Fortsätze (26; 28) aufweisen, von denen zumindest einer (26) mit einer Öffnung (30) für den Rohrstutzen (32) versehen ist.
  9. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Teil (10; 72) und der zweite Teil (12; 74) jeweils durch Tiefziehen und Zuschneiden eines Metallblechstücks erhalten werden.
  10. Einheit nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Teil (10; 72) und der zweite Teil (12; 74) jeweils aus einem Blech aus einem Aluminium enthaltenden Material erhalten werden.
  11. Wärmetauscher mit zumindest einer Einheit aus einem Sammelkasten und einem Rohrstutzen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10.
