- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective éclatée d'une boíte collectrice selon une première forme de réalisation de l'invention;
- la figure 2 est une vue en perspective analogue à la figure 1 après assemblage de la boíte collectrice;
- la figure 3 est une vue de côté correspondant à la figure 2;
- la figure 4 est une vue en coupe selon la ligne IV-IV de la figure 3;
- la figure 5 est une vue de dessus de la boíte collectrice de la figure 2;

Claims (13)
- Boíte collectrice pour échangeur de chaleur comprenant une plaque collectrice fermée par une paroi de manière à délimiter une chambre dans laquelle débouche au moins une tubulure,
caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend :une première partie (10 ; 50 ; 72) formée à partir d'une feuille métallique conformée présentant un fond (14 ; 54 ; 76) et deux flancs latéraux (22 ; 56 ; 78) repliés en vis-à-vis, dont l'un au moins est muni d'une ouverture (30 ; 66) pour y rapporter une tubulure (32 ; 68 ; 84), etune seconde partie (12 ; 52 ; 74) formée à partir d'une feuille métallique conformée propre à s'adapter sur les flancs latéraux (22 ; 56 ; 78) de la première partie pour former un couvercle à l'opposé du fond (14 ; 54 ; 76) de cette première partie,en ce que l'une de la première partie (10 ; 50 ; 72) ou de la seconde partie (12 ; 52 ; 74) comprend la plaque collectrice (14 ; 58 ; 76),et en ce que la première partie (10 ; 50 ; 72), la seconde partie (12 ; 52 ; 74) et la tubulure (32 ; 68 ; 84) sont assemblées par brasage. - Boíte collectrice selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les deux flancs latéraux (22 ; 56 ; 78) de la première partie (10 ; 50 ; 72) sont généralement plans et parallèles entre eux et se raccordent perpendiculairement au fond (14 ; 54 ; 76).
- Boíte collectrice selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que les deux flancs latéraux (22) de la première partie (10) comportent chacun une rainure périphérique (34) pour la réception d'un bord longitudinal (38) de la seconde partie (12).
- Boíte collectrice selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que les deux flancs latéraux (78) de la première partie (72) comportent chacun une série de découpes (86) délimitant des régions d'appui (88) formées en saillie du côté intérieur pour la réception d'un bord longitudinal (90) de la seconde partie (74).
- Boíte collectrice selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les régions d'appui (88) sont formées chacune par emboutissage des flanc latéraux (78) du côté intérieur.
- Boíte collectrice selon l'une des revendications 4 et 5, caractérisée en ce que chaque bord longitudinal (90) de la seconde partie (74) est muni d'ergots (92) en saillie propres à s'engager respectivement dans les découpes (86) des flancs latéraux (78).
- Boíte collectrice selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la seconde partie (12 ; 52 ; 74) formant couvercle est définie par un feuillard conformé pour avoir des génératrices généralement parallèles entre elles.
- Boíte collectrice selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la plaque collectrice est comprise dans le fond (14 ; 76) de la première partie (10 ; 72) et se raccorde aux flancs latéraux (22 ; 78), tandis que la seconde partie (12 ; 74) constitue un couvercle fermé.
- Boíte collectrice selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que les deux flancs latéraux (22) ont des prolongements (26 ; 28) respectifs en vis-à-vis, dont l'un au moins (26) est muni d'une ouverture (30) pour la tubulure (32).
- Boíte collectrice selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la plaque collectrice est comprise dans la seconde partie (52), tandis que le fond (54) de la première partie (50) est fermé et se raccorde aux flancs latéraux (56).
- Boíte collectrice selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que la première partie (10 ; 50 ; 72) et la seconde partie (12 ; 52 ; 74) sont obtenues chacune par emboutissage et découpage d'une pièce feuille métallique.
- Boíte collectrice selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que la première partie (10 ; 50 ; 72) et la seconde partie (12 ; 52 ; 74) sont obtenues chacune à partir d'une feuille en une matière comprenant de l'aluminium.
- Echangeur de chaleur comprenant au moins une boíte collectrice selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12.
