Claims (8)
- T-Verbindung zwischen einem Sprossen- und einem Rahmenprofil, mit einem am Rahmenprofil (1) angeschlossenen, in einen Hohlraum des Sprossenprofils (2) hineinragenden T-Verbinder (3), der über Befestigungsmittel (4) in Form von Bolzen, Schrauben oder dergl. mit dem Sprossenprofil (2) mechanisch verbunden und zusätzlich verklebt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsmittel (4) im wesentlichen bündig in eine Öffnung (6) im Sprossenprofil (2) eingesetzt ist und mit seinem anderen Ende in eine Hohlkammer (7) des T-Verbinders (3) vorsteht, wobei das Befestigungsmittel (4) eine axiale Durchgangsbohrung (8) aufweist, die eine Einfüllöffnung für den Kleber bildet, und daß wenigstens ein ebenfalls in die Hohlkammer (7) mündender, im wesentlichen parallel zur Durchgangsbohrung (8) verlaufender Rückströmkanal (9) für den Kleber vorgesehen ist, der im Bereich radial um die Öffnung (6) im Sprossenprofil (2) endet.
- T-Verbindung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsmittel (4) als Hülse ausgebildet ist.
- T-Verbindung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der T-Verbinder (3) mit einem parallel zum Sprossenprofil (2) verlaufenden Verbindungselement (10) am Rahmenprofil (1) angeschlossen ist, wobei das dem Rahmenprofil (1) abgewandte Ende des Verbindungselements (10) die der Öffnung (6) im Sprossenprofil (2) gegenüberstehende Begrenzungswand der Hohlkammer (7) bildet.
- T-Verbindung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (10) von einem Schraubbolzen gebildet ist, dessen Kopf (12) die Begrenzungswand der Hohlkammer (7) bildet.
- T-Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich zu dem Verbindungselement (10) oder alternativ hierzu ein Stopfen in die für das Verbindungselement (10) vorgesehene Bohrung eingesetzt ist und der Stopfen die der Öffnung (6) im Sprossenprofil (2) gegenüberstehende Begrenzungswand der Hohlkammer (7) bildet.
- T-Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Rückströmkanäle (9) vorgesehen sind, die nahe der dem Rahmenprofil (1) abgewandten Wand der Hohlkammer (7) münden und beidseits des Verbindungselements (10) verlaufen.
- T-Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der T-Verbinder (3) als Strangpressprofil mit in Richtung des Rahmenprofils (1) verlaufender Profilstruktur ausgebildet ist, wobei zwischen die einen Hohlraum bildenden Profilrippen ein oder mehrere Füllstücke (15) eingesetzt sind, die im eingesetzten Zustand der die Öffnung (6) aufweisenden Innenwand des Sprossenprofils (2) anliegen.
- T-Verbindung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Füllstück (15) ebenfalls als Strangpressprofil mit in Richtung des Sprossenprofils (2) verlaufender Profilstruktur ausgebildet ist.
