Claims (53)
- Druckmittelzange für Klemmringe und dergleichen, umfassend einen Steuerbereich (4) mit einem Druckmittelanschluß (81) und einem damit verbundenen Druckmittelventil, mindestens einen von dem Druckmittelventil gesteuerten Antriebskolben (36, 46, 47, 48) und einen Arbeitsbereich (1) mit einem von dem Antriebskolben (36, 46, 47, 48) antreibbaren Vorschubglied (24) und schwenkbar gelagerten Zangeneinsatzhälften (19), an deren inneren Hebelenden das Vorschubglied (24) angreift, um diese zu schwenken, wobei das Druckmittelventil (71, 77) einen in Querrichtung der Kolbenbewegung verschieblich geführten und von einem Auslöser (85) betätigbaren Ventilstift (71) hat, der in einer Ruhestellung die Verbindung des Antriebskolbens (36, 46, 47, 48) mit dem Druckmittelanschluß (81) sperrt und diesen mit einem niedrigeren Druckniveau verbindet und der in einer durch Betätigung des Auslösers (85) erreichbaren Arbeitsstellung die Verbindung des Antriebskolbens (36, 46, 47, 48) mit dem niedrigeren Druckniveau sperrt und diesen mit dem Druckmittelanschluß (81) verbindet, in einer Führung (61) in Richtung des Antriebskolbens (36, 46, 47, 48) beweglich eine Schaltstange (62) gehalten ist, die von einer Feder (65) zum Ventilstift (71) vorgespannt ist, wobei die Schaltstange (62) einen Mitnehmer (63) und ein Antriebskolben (48) einen diesem zugeordneten Anschlag (64) zum Mitnehmen der Schaltstange (62) im letzten Teilstück seiner Bewegung zum Schließen der Zangeneinsatzhälften (19) hat, der Ventilstift (71) einen Sperrsitz (72) hat, in den die Schaltstange (62) unter Wirkung der Feder (65) bei Bewegung des Ventilstiftes (71) von der Ruhe- in die Arbeitsstellung einrastet und den die Schaltstange (62) bei ihrer Mitnahme durch den Antriebskolben (48) freigibt und im Kraftfluß zwischen dem Antriebskolben (36, 46, 47, 48) und den Zangeneinsatzhälften (19) ein Kraftsensor (26) zum Messen einer von der Schließkraft der Zangeneinsatzhälften (19) abhängigen Kraft angeordnet ist, wobei ein flexibles Anschlußkabel (28) des Kraftsensors durch einen Schlitz herausgeführt wind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kraftsensor (26) verdrehsicher bezüglich der Verschiebeachse des Vorschubgliedes (24) geführt ist, daß mindestens ein Führungsbolzen (27') vom Vorschubglied (24) vorsteht und in einen Schlitz (29) in dem hülsenförmigen Zangenkopf (5) oder in einem das Vorschubglied (24) aufnehmenden Gehäuseabschnitt eingreift und daß ein flexibles Anschlußkabel (28) des Kraftsensors (26) durch den Schlitz (29) aus dem Zangenkopf (5) oder Gehäuseabschnitt herausgeführt ist.
- Druckmittelzange nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Schaltstange (62) eine Außenstufe (63) als Mitnehmer und ein Antriebskolben (48) einen die Schaltstange (62) aufnehmenden, durchbohrten Schaft (45) mit einer der Außenstufe (63) zugeordneten Innenstufe (64) als Anschlag zum Mitnehmen der Schaltstange (62) im letzten Teilstück seiner Bewegung zum Schließen der Zangeneinsatzhälften (19) hat.
- Druckmittelzange nach Anspruch 2, bei der im Gehäuse zwischen Druckmittelventil (71, 77) und Antriebskolben (48) eine Zwischenwand (42) befestigt ist, an der sich die Feder (65) abstützt und der neben der Zwischenwand. (42) angeordnete Antriebskolben (48) T-förmig ist und den zum Vorschubglied (24) gerichteten, die Innenstufe aufweisenden Schaft (45) am folgenden Antriebskolben (47) abstützt.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei der die Schaltstange (62) in den Sperrsitz (72) einrastet, bevor der Ventilstift (71) seine Arbeitsstellung erreicht.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei der im Ventilstift (71) ein Auslösestift (82) gehalten ist, der durch Betätigen eines Entlüftungsknopfes (83) zur Schaltstange (62) hin verschieblich ist, um diese aus dem Sperrsitz (72) zu drücken.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei der der Ventilstift (71) eine längsgerichtete Nut (73) hat, in die ein Ausrichtstift (74) eingreift.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei der die Zwischenwand (42) zwischen Druckmittelventil (71, 77) und Antriebskolben (36, 46, 47, 48) die Führung (61) für die Schaltstange (62) aufweist.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, bei der die Zangeneinsatzhälften (19) an einem hülsenförmigen Zangenkopf (5) gehalten sind, der Zangenkopf (5) mittels eines Stellringes (6) am Gehäuse (7) gehalten ist, und zwischen dem Zangenkopf (5) und dem Stellring (6) ein Stellgewinde (10) zum axialen Einstellen des Zangenkopfes (5) bezüglich des Vorschubgliedes (24) und damit des Schließspaltes zwischen den Zangeneinsatzhälften (19) ausgebildet ist.
- Druckmittelzange nach Anspruch 8, bei der der Stellring (6) einen Flansch (8) hat, der von einem Feststellring (9) zum Fixieren des Stellringes (6) am Gehäuse (7) übergriffen ist.
- Druckmittelzange nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, bei der zwischen Zangenkopf (5) und Stellring (6) eine fixierbare Lasche (13) zum Fixieren von Zangenkopf (5) und Stellring (6) in verschiedenen Schraubstellungen angeordnet ist.
- Druckmittelzange nach Anspruch 10, bei der die Lasche (13) mit einem Abschnitt lösbar am Umfang des Zangenkopfes (5) angeschraubt und mit einem anderen Abschnitt in eine von mehreren über den Umfang verteilten Nuten (12) des Stellringes (6) eingesetzt ist.
- Druckmittelzange nach Anspruch 11, bei der die Lasche (13) bei Eingriff in eine Nut (12) mittels einer Schraube an dem Stellring (6) lösbar fixiert ist, die ein Langloch der Lasche (13) durchgreift.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, bei der Zangenkopf (5) und Stellring (6) einen Index und Markierungen zum Kenntlichmachen ihrer Schraubstellungen tragen.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13, bei der Zangenkopf (5) und Stellring (6) vier verschiedene Winkelstellungen aufweisen und/oder Zangenkopf (5) und Stellring (6) einen Index und vier verschiedene Markierungen tragen.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 14, bei der der Stellring (6) ausgehend von einer Mittelstellung in beiden Drehrichtungen um etwa eine Umdrehung schraubbar ist.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 15, bei der in einer zentralen Grundstellung des Stellringes (6) der Schließspalt 1,8 mm beträgt.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 16, bei der eine Umdrehung des Stellrings (6) eine Veränderung des minimalen Schließspaltes der Zangeneinsatzhälften (19) von 4/10 mm bewirkt.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, bei der das Druckmittelventil (71, 77) in einem Ventilgehäuse (69) untergebracht ist und das Ventilgehäuse (69) an dem den Zangeneinsatzhälften (19) entgegengesetzten Ende des Gehäuses (7) mit diesem über ein weiteres Stellgewinde (88) verschraubt ist.
- Druckmittelzange nach Anspruch 18, bei der das weitere Stellgewinde (88) einen Gewindering (89) zum Sichern der Gewindeverbindung zwischen Ventilgehäuse (69) und Gehäuse (7) in verschiedenen Schraubstellungen trägt.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, die mehrere hintereinander gestaffelte Antriebskolben (36, 46, 47, 48) mit T-Form und durchbohrtem Schaft (43, 44, 45) hat.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, bei der der Kraftsensor (26) am Vorschubglied (24) eine von der Schließkraft der Zangeneinsatzhälften (19) abhängige Kraft mißt.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, bei der der Kraftsensor (26) in das Vorschubglied (24) integriert ist.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22, bei der der Kraftsensor (26) plattenförmig und quer zum Kraftfluß am Vorschubglied (24) angeordnet ist.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 23, bei der der Querschnitt des Kraftsensors (26) etwa deckungsgleich mit dem maximalen Querschnitt des Vorschubgliedes (24) ist.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 24, bei der der Kraftsensor (26) an einem Mittelloch eines sich in Richtung des Kraftflusses erstreckenden, im Vorschubglied (24) verankerten, Bolzen (25) gehalten ist.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 25, bei der der Kraftsensor (26) zwischen einem mit dem Antriebskolben (36) zusammenwirkenden Abschnitt (24") und einem mit den Hebelenden der Zangeneinsatzhälften (19) zusammenwirkenden Abschnitt (24') des Vorschubgliedes (24) angeordnet ist.
- Druckmittelzange nach den Ansprüchen 25 und 26, bei der der Bolzen (25) mit seinen beiden Enden in den beiden Abschnitten (24', 24") des Vorschubgliedes (24) verankert ist und den Kraftsensor (26) zwischen den beiden Abschnitten (24', 24") des Vorschubgliedes (24) hält.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 23 bis 27, bei der der Kraftsensor (26) ringscheibenförmig ist.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 25 bis 28, bei der beidseitig des Kraftsensors (26) Lochscheiben (27) auf dem Bolzen (25) sitzen und der Kraftfluß durch den Kraftsensor (26) über die Lochscheiben (27) erfolgt
- Druckmittelzange nach Anspruch 29, bei der die Lochscheiben Ringscheiben (27) sind.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 30, bei der der Kraftsensor (26) unter Vorspannung an dem Vorschubglied (24) montiert ist.
- Druckmittelzange nach Anspruch 31, bei der der Kraftsensor (26) durch Verschraubung des Bolzens (25) im Vorschubglied (24) vorgespannt ist.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 29 bis 32, bei der eine Verschraubung des Bolzens (25) im Vorschubglied (24) eine Drehsicherung aufweist.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 33, bei der ein flexibles Anschlußkabel (28) des Kraftsensors (26) durch einen in Bewegungsrichtung des Vorschubgliedes (24) sich erstreckenden Schlitz (29) in den hülsenförmigen Zangenkopf (5) oder in einem das Vorschubglied (24) aufnehmenden Gehäuseabschnitt herausgeführt ist.
- Druckmittelzange nach Anspruch 34, bei der sich der Schlitz (29) über den gesamten Bereich der Bewegung des Kraftsensors (26) mit dem Vorschubglied (24) erstreckt.
- Druckmittelzange nach Anspruch 34 oder 35, bei der der herausgeführte Teil des Anschlußkabels (28) am Gehäuse (7) fixiert ist.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 33 bis 35, bei der der Schlitz (29) außen von einer gehäusefesten Haube (30) abgedeckt ist, die einen Hohlraum (32) aufweist, in dem sich das Anschlußkabel (28) beim Verschieben des Vorschubgliedes (24) verformen kann.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 37, bei der ein Anschlußkabel (28) des Kraftsensors (26) mit einem Druckmittelschlauch verbunden von der Druckmittelzange weggeführt ist.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 38, bei der mindestens ein Führungsbolzen (27') neben dem flexiblen Anschlußkabel (28) in dem Schlitz (29) geführt ist, durch den zugleich das Anschlußkabel herausgefiihrt ist.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 39, bei der der Kraftsensor (26) ein Dehnungsmeßstreifen (DMS)- und/oder Piezo-Sensor ist.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 40, die einen Drucksensor zum Überwachen des Druckes des Druckmittels aufweist und bei der der Drucksensor mit einer Auswerteeinrichtung verbunden ist.
- Druckmittelzange nach Anspruch 41, bei der der Drucksensor in das Druckmittelventil (71, 77) integriert ist.
- Druckmittelzange nach Anspruch 42, bei der der Drucksensor in den Druckmittelanschluß (81) integriert ist.
- Druckmittelzange nach Anspruch 43, bei der der Drucksensor in eine mit dem Druckmittelanschluß (81) verbundene Druckmittelleitung integriert ist.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 44, bei der der Kraftsensor (26) und/oder der Drucksensor mit einer Auswerteeinrichtung verbunden ist.
- Druckmittelzange nach Anspruch 45, bei der die Auswerteeinrichtung eine Anzeige für die Schließkraft und/oder den Druck des Druckmittels steuert und/oder Mittel zum Ausschalten der Druckmittelzange bei Nichteinhaltung einer Vorgabe für die Schließkraft und/oder einer Vorgabe des Druckes steuert und/oder Mittel zum Einstellen des Druckes bis zum Erreichen einer Vorgabe für die Schließkraft und/oder einer Vorgabe des Druckes steuert und/oder die Meßwerte der Schließkraft und/oder des Druckes einer Dokumentationseinrichtung zuführt.
- Druckmittelzange nach Anspruch 45 oder 46, bei der die Anzeige eine optische und/oder akustische Anzeige ist.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 45 bis 47, bei der die Auswerteeinrichtung und/oder die von dieser gespeisten Einrichtungen elektrische Einrichtungen sind.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 48, die als Handgerät ausgeführt ist.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 49, bei der bei gleichem Arbeitsbereich (1), Steuerbereich (4) und Vorschubglied (24) mit integriertem Kraftsensor (26) eine Reihe von Antriebsbereichen mit unterschiedlicher Anzahl von hintereinander gestaffelten Antriebskolben (36, 46, 47, 48) zum Erreichen von unterschiedlichen Schließkräften vorgesehen sind.
- Druckmittelzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 50, mit einer oder mehreren Meßlehren zum Messen des Schließspaltes.
- Baukastensystem mit Druckmittelzangen gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 51, das Druckmittelzangen umfaßt, die eine verschiedene Anzahl hintereinander gestaffelter Antriebskolben (36, 46, 47, 48) aufweisen, bei denen jedoch das Vorschubglied (24) mit dem Kraftsensor (26), ein die Zangeneinsatzhälften (19) aufweisender Arbeitsbereich (1) und ein einen Auslösehebel (85) und ein Druckmittelventil (71, 77) aufweisender Steuerbereich (4) übereinstimmen.
- Baukastensystem mit Druckmittelzangen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 52, das Druckmittelzangen mit Kraftsensor und/oder mit Drucksensor und/oder mit Auswerteeinrichtung und/oder mit Anzeige und/oder mit Mitteln zum Ausschalten und/oder mit Mitteln zur Drucksteuerung und/oder mit Dokumentationseinrichtung umfaßt.
