Claims (29)
- Vorrichtung zum Stanzen und Binden eines Stapels von Blättern mit einem Gestell (8,10), mindestens zwei aus einem Funktionswerkzeug (24,32,44) und einem Komplementärteil (26,36,46) bestehenden Funktionsmechanismen (2,3,4) und mit einem Betätigungsorgan (20), wobei das Betätigungsorgan (20) um eine Schwenkachse (22) schwenkbar am Gestell gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Funktionswerkzeuge aller Funktionsmechanismen starr am Betätigungsorgan und die zugehörigen Komplementärteile starr am Gestell angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer der Funktionsmechanismen als Stanzmechanismus (3) ausgebildet ist, dessen Funktionswerkzeug aus einer parallel zur Schwenkachse (22) ausgerichteten Reihe von im Abstand voneinander angeordneten Stanzmessern (32) und dessen Komplementärteil aus einer Stanzmatrize (36) mit einer parallel zur Schwenkachse (22) ausgerichteten Lochreihe besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer der Funktionsmechanismen als Bindemechanismus (2) ausgebildet ist, dessen Funktionswerkzeug aus einem ersten Spreizkörper (24) mit einer parallel zur Schwenkachse (22) ausgerichteten Reihe von Spreizfingern oder Spreizhaken besteht und dessen Komplementärteil ein zweiter Spreizkörper (26) mit einer parallel zur Schwenkachse (22) ausgerichteten Reihe von Spreizhaken oder Spreizfingern ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer der Funktionsmechanismen als Drahtringschließmechanismus (4) ausgebildet ist, dessen Funktionswerkzeug eine erste parallel zur Schwenkachse (22) ausgerichtete Schließwanne (44) ist und dessen Komplementärteil eine zweite parallel zur Schwenkachse (22) ausgerichtete Schließwanne (46) ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Stanzen mehrerer Löcher entlang einer Kante eines Stapels von Blättern und zum Binden der Blätter, mit einem Stanzmechanismus (3), der ein relativ zu einem Gestell (8,10) und zu einer gestellfesten Stanzmatrize (36) um eine Schwenkachse (22) verschwenkbares, auf Stanzmesser (32) wirkendes Betätigungsorgan (20) aufweist, und mit einem Bindemechanismus (2), der zwei gegeneinander bewegbare Spreizkörper (24,26) zum Aufspreizen eines elastischen Binderückens aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer der Spreizkörper (24) und die Stanzmesser (32) starr mit dem Betätigungsorgan (20) verbunden sind und daß der andere Spreizkörper (26) gestellfest angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 mit einem Drahtringschließmechanismus, der zwei einander gegenüberliegende, gegeneinander bewegbare Schließwannen (44,46) zum Schließen eines Drahtringrückens aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der Schließwannen (44) und die Stanzmesser (32) starr mit dem Betätigungsorgan (20) verbunden sind und daß die andere Schließwanne (46) gestellfest angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Stanzen mehrerer Löcher entlang einer Kante eines Stapels von Blättern und zum Binden der Blätter, mit einem Stanzmechanismus (3), der ein relativ zu einem Gestell (8,10) und zu einer gestellfesten Stanzmatrize (36) um eine Schwenkachse (22) verschwenkbares, auf Stanzmesser (32) einwirkendes Betätigungsorgan (20) aufweist, und mit einem Drahtringschließmechanismus (4), der zwei gegeneinander bewegbare Wannen (44,46) zum Schließen eines Drahtringrükkens aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der Wannen (44) und die Stanzmesser (32) starr mit dem Betätigungsorgan (20) verbunden sind und die andere Wanne (46) gestellfest angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsorgan eine um die Schwenkachse (22) relativ zum Gestell (8,10) schwenkbare Stanzdruckplatte (20) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell eine Bodenplatte (8) mit Stanzmatrize (36) und einen Lagerbock (10) zur schwenkbaren Lagerung der Stanzdruckplatte (20) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenplatte (8) mit dem Lagerbock (10), einem der Spreizkörper (26) und/oder einer der Schließwannen (46) als einstückiges Spritzgußteil aus Kunststoff ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stanzmatrize (36) einstückig in der Bodenplatte (8) integriert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stanzmatrize (36) aus Metall oder Kunststoff besteht und mit dem Gestell oder der Bodenplatte (8) lösbar verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsorgan (20) mit einem der Spreizkörper (24) und/oder einer der Schließwannen (44) als einstückiges Spritzgußteil ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stanzmesser (32) einstückig mit dem Betätigungsorgan (20) verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stanzmesser (32) aus Metall oder Kunststoff bestehen und mit dem Betätigungsorgan (20) lösbar verbunden sind, vorzugsweise über eine Schwalbenschwanzführung.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stanzmesser (32) kreisbogenförmig ausgebildet sind und auf einer gedachten, mit der Schwenkachse (22) koaxialen Zylinderfläche liegen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stanzmesser (32) von der Unterseite der Stanzdruckplatte (20) rechtwinklig wegragen und eine parallel zur Schwenkachse (22) verlaufende Stanzmesserreihe bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stanzmesser (32) einen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stanzmesser (32) an ihren freien Enden mit einer Schneide versehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stanzmesser (32) in gestellfesten Führungsnuten (34) geführt sind, die in einen Einschiebeschlitz (12) münden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsnuten (34) zur Schwenkachse (22) weisende Stirnwände aufweisen, die durch eine zur Schwenkachse koaxiale Zylinderfläche begrenzt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20 oder 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsnuten (34) durch die Stanzmesser umgreifende Seitenflanken begrenzt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stanzmatrize (36) an ihren Stirnflächen kreisförmig gebogene Durchgangslöcher für die Stanzmesser (32) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spritzgußteile aus einem Kunststoff der Gruppe Polyoxymethylen (POM), glasfaser- oder kohlefaserverstärktes Polyoxymethylen (POM GF oder POM CF), glasfaser- oder kohlefaserverstärktes Styrol (SAN GF oder SAN CF), glasfaser- oder kohlefaserverstärktes Polyamid (PA GF oder PA CF), Polyetherketon (PEK), Polyetheretherketon (PEEK) oder Polytetrafluorethylen (PTFE) bestehen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer der Spreizkörper (24) an der Oberseite der Stanzdruckplatte (20) angeordnet und parallel zur Schwenkachse (22) ausgerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der eine Spreizkörper (24) mit dem anderen Spreizkörper (26) einen oberen Anschlag für die Schwenkbewegung der Stanzdruckplatte (20) bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer der Spreizkörper (24) einen vorzugsweise mit der Stanzdruckplatte (20) einstückig verbundenen Rechen mit geraden Fingern bildet, dessen Finger in gleichem Abstand voneinander angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer der Spreizkörper (26) eine vorzugsweise gestellfest angeordnete, parallel zur Schwenkachse (22) verlaufende Hakenreihe mit in gleichem Abstand voneinander angeordneten L-förmigen Haken bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stanzdruckplatte im Bereich der Schließwannen (44,46) des Drahtringschließmechanismus mit mindestens einem Sichtfenster (48) versehen ist.
