Claims (6)
- Einrichtung an einem Hublader (10) oder zum Anbau an einen Hublader mit einem Greifer (15) zum klammernden Erfassen und zum Rechts- und Links- Drehen von erfassten, im wesentlichen zylindrischen Gegenständen (20), insbesondere von Papierwickeln, bei der die für das Erfassen und Drehen erforderlichen Kräfte hydraulisch bewirkt werden, und bei der für die Drehbewegung ein auf einem Basisteil ortsfest gelagertes Ritzel (32) vorgesehen ist, dem zwei längsverschiebliche Zahnstangen (35, 36) abrollbar zugeordnet sind, die mit dem Greifer (15) verbunden sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Ritzel (32) ein Zylinder (323) drehbar gelagert ist, dass die Innenwand (324) des Ritzels (32) und/oder die Außenwand (325) des Zylinders (323) ringförmige Nuten (326, 327) aufweisen, dass einander gegenüberliegende Nuten (326, 327) im Ritzel (32) und im Zylinder (323) zueinander offen ausgebildet sind, dass koaxial benachbarte Nuten (326, 327) gegeneinander abgedichtet sind, dass im Zylinder (323) Leitungen (328) vorgesehen sind, die jeweils eine Nute (326) und eine Öffnung (315) an der Stirnseite des Zylinders miteinander verbinden, dass im Ritzelkörper (321) Leitungen (329) vorgesehen sind, die jeweils eine Nute (327) und eine Öffnung (311, 312, 313, 314) an der Außenseite des Ritzelkörpers (321) miteinander verbinden, und dass die Öffnungen (315, 316) an der Stirnseite des Zylinders (323) mit Leitungen zu den Hydraulikzylindern (33, 34 etc.) im Greifer (15) und die Öffnungen im Ritzelkörper (321) mit Hydraulikzuleitungen (31) verbunden sind. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen (315, 316) an der Stirnseite des Zylinders (323) mit den Leitungen zu den Hydraulikzylindern (33, 34 etc.) im Greifer (15) über einen Verteiler (39a) verbunden sind. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verteiler (39a) mit dem Zylinder (323) verbunden und mit diesem drehbar ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endstellungen der Drehbewegung exakt einer senkrechten Positionierung des erfassten Gegenstandes entsprechen. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Raststellung für die Endstellungen vorgesehen ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nuten (327) im Ritzelkörper (321) tiefer sind als die Nuten (326) im Zylinder (323).
