Description
- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un emballage selon cette invention, lequel emballage comprend une enveloppe insérée dans un étui et montrée en position légèrement sortie de l'étui ;
- la figure 2 est une vue en perspective et en position ouverte de l'enveloppe qui, dans cette position, forme un récipient ou un vase étanche, apte à contenir une bouteille pour la réfrigérer ;
- la figure 3 est une vue en élévation et de côté, en position ouverte, de l'enveloppe ;
- la figure 4 est une vue de dessus de l'enveloppe ouverte et présentant la forme d'un récipient ;
- la figure 5 est une vue de dessous et en plan de l'enveloppe, en position à plat ; et
- la figure 6 est une vue en plan, également en position à plat, d'un renfort à fixer sur le dessous de l'enveloppe visible sur la figure 5.
Claims (11)
- Emballage pour bouteille, comprenant une enveloppe (1) réalisée à partir d'une surface imperméable et sensiblement plane, tel qu'un flan de carton, pliée de manière à présenter un fond (5) et une paroi enveloppante formée de parties planes (6) alternant avec des parties pliées en accordéon (7), chaque partie (7) pliée en accordéon étant reliée à des première et seconde parties planes (6) adjacentes par des premier et second bords communs respectifs (6a, 6b) se rejoignant au fond (5) de l'enveloppe (1) pour former un pli principal en V (6a, 6b), et cette enveloppe (1) pouvant être déployée pour constituer un récipient propre à recevoir un liquide susceptible de réfrigérer la bouteille (B) pouvant être placée dans ce récipient, caractérisé en ce que chaque partie (7) pliée en accordéon est repliée de part et d'autre d'une ligne de pliage plane (11) s'étendant depuis le fond (5) de l'enveloppe (1) jusqu'à un bord libre (12) de cette enveloppe (1), ladite ligne de pliage plane étant une ligne brisée formant une succession alternative d'angles saillants et rentrants.
- Emballage suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque partie (7) en accordéon comprend, en plus des premier et second bords communs (6a, 6b) qui définissent le pli principal en V (6a, 6b), des lignes de pliage internes qui définissent au moins deux plis en V supplémentaires (8, 9), en ce que la ligne de pliage plane (11) passe par des sommets respectifs du pli principal en V et des plis en V supplémentaires (8, 9), et en ce que les plis en V supplémentaires sont imbriqués l'un dans l'autre et homothétiques au pli principal en V par translation le long de la ligne de pliage plane (11).
- Emballage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les parties planes (6) forment des bandes d'égale longueur, à bords parallèles, reliées entre elles par le fond (5) de l'enveloppe (1).
- Emballage suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le fond est un polygone convexe d'ordre déterminé, et en ce que les parties planes (6) dessinent, lorsque l'enveloppe (1) est mise à plat, une étoile présentant un nombre de branches égal à l'ordre du polygone.
- Emballage suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le fond (5) est un polygone régulier.
- Emballage suivant la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le fond (5) est un polygone rectangle d'ordre quatre, l'étoile prenant la forme d'une croix à quatre branches.
- Emballage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un renfort (20) fixé à l'enveloppe (1), par exemple par collage, et recouvrant au moins partiellement le fond (5) et les parties planes (6) de cette enveloppe.
- Emballage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des organes de maintien (23) pour retenir positivement l'enveloppe (1) en position déployée de récipient.
- Emballage suivant les revendications 7 et 8, caractérisé en ce que les organes de maintien (23) comprennent des paires de volets (24, 21) rabattables du renfort (20), un premier volet (24) de chaque paire présentant une fente (26), et un second volet (21) de cette paire comportant une patte (23) sélectivement insérée et retenue prisonnière dans la fente (26).
- Emballage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre un étui (3) dans lequel l'enveloppe (1) est sélectivement insérée et maintenue en position repliée pour protéger la bouteille (B).
- Emballage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe présente une face interne (2) revêtue d'un matériau résistant à l'eau, tel qu'un complexe PET plus aluminium.
