Abstract

Eine Operationsleuchte ist mit einem inneren Leuchtenkörper (6) versehen, der wenigstens eine Entladungs-Lampe (7) und einen inneren Reflektor in einem Gehäuse aufweist, wobei der Leuchtenkörper wenigstens teilweise von einem äußeren ringartigen Gehäuse mit einem ring-oder polygonartig ausgebildeten Reflektor (9) zur konvergierenden Umlenkung von aus dem Leuchtenkörper austretendem Licht in ein Beleuchtungsfeld umgeben ist. Der äußere Reflektor (9) weist auf seiner zum inneren Leuchtenkörper (6) gerichteten Seite eine geschlossene, transparente Fläche auf, deren Rückseite an eine reflektierende Schicht (17) angrenzt; die reflektierende Schicht ist auf die Rückseite der transparenten Fläche aufgebracht. Der innere Leuchtenkörper (6) und der äußere Reflektor (9) werden durch einen Verbindungssteg (3) zusammengehalten, welcher mit einem Bügel (4) zur Befestigung an einer stationären Halterung gelenkig verbunden ist.
Es ist somit möglich, eine Operationsleuchte mit hoher Beleuchtungsintensität zu schaffen, die einerseits Licht aus einem großen Durchmesser und andererseits aus einem kleinen Durchmesser ins Beleuchtungsfeld bringt, um sowohl enge Wundkanäle gut auszuleuchten, als auch eventuelle Hindernisse gut zu hinterstrahlen. Darüber hinaus ist der Leuchtenkörper kompakt aufgebaut und für eine laminare Strömung zur Vermeidung von Verunreinigungen in der Umgebung des Operationsfeldes geeignet.
