Definitions
- the invention relates to an operating light with an inner light body, which at least has a discharge lamp and an inner reflector in a housing, the Luminaire body at least partially formed by an outer ring or polygon Reflector for the converging deflection of light emerging from the luminaire body into a lighting field is surrounded.
- DE 23 27 415 C2 describes an operating light with an almost point-shaped light source known, which is designed as a discharge lamp;
- the light source is of a cylindrical one Step lens arrangement for concentrating that emanating from the light source as a spherical emitter Surround light in a light plane and with a circular the light source as the center provided in this light plane surrounding a plurality of reflectors, the reflectors are held in a ring arrangement and that falling on them from the light plane Redirect light so that it converges on a circular surface below the reflector ring; there a lens arrangement is provided between the stepped lens arrangement and the reflector ring, which are lined up in a circle a multitude of perpendicular to the light plane extending cylindrical lenses.
- the outer deflecting mirror and inner Deflecting mirrors are each formed as a reflector ring with a common ring axis, wherein a light source arranged in the ring axis is provided.
- the luminaire body and whose large-scale heating affects the laminar flow of the climate ceiling In conventional luminaires, the luminaire body and whose large-scale heating affects the laminar flow of the climate ceiling.
- a hot one Luminaire body can cause rising convection currents and thus swirling lead the air; this can contaminate the environment into the surgical field reach.
- Simple cleaning requires a closed lamp body with a smooth surface.
- the object of the invention is to create a luminaire body with high lighting intensity, the light from a large diameter and at the same time from a small diameter into the surgical field, on the one hand to illuminate narrow wound channels well and on the other hand Obstacles can be well reflected.
- the lamp body should be compact built and for a laminar flow to avoid pollution from the environment be suitable in the surgical field.
- the task is solved in that the outer reflector on its towards the inner lamp body facing side has a (particularly closed) transparent surface, the Back of a reflective layer.
- a transparent surface is understood to mean a transparent body with a small cross section is in proportion to its surface.
- the reflective layer is on the back applied to the transparent surface. Doing so will protect the reflector surface from damage protected by bumps or abrasive effects or aggressive media. In addition, the Easy to clean reflector.
- a discharge lamp is preferably used as the lamp for normal operation.
- a reserve lamp function is to be used for a luminaire with high reliability Are available, provided the discharge lamp or its energy supply due to malfunctions are impaired.
- the spare lamp is a halogen lamp, which is preferred can be operated from the power supply available for the discharge lamp can.
- the lamp body is composed of a (in particular closed) inner luminaire body with a discharge lamp and an additional one Light source as a reserve lamp and an associated optical system, one in the radial Distance in the range of 50 to 150 mm (preferably 100 mm) arranged annular Housing with outer reflector and a bridge connecting both components - d. H. one Connecting bridge - established.
- the connecting web is with a bracket for fastening the operating light articulated to a stationary bracket.
- the simple, compact design proves to be particularly advantageous, at the same time a smooth or polished surface makes it easy to clean.
- the inner lamp body and the outer ring reflector held together by a connecting web, which on the one hand for thermal Decoupling between the two provides at the same time the space for receiving the axis connection for a stationary bracket, especially for a ceiling bracket and the installation space for electronic components; it is also possible to use the outer ring reflector enclosed by a protective housing.
- the inner lamp body advantageously has an additional light source as a reserve lamp on, a halogen lamp has proven particularly useful here. So it is possible, in the event of malfunctions or failure of the discharge lamp, emergency lighting by means of a halogen lamp, the failure probability of which is due to a simplified power supply is very low.
- the outer ring reflector preferably has on its side facing the surroundings a scattering structure.
- the ring reflector is directed towards the inner luminaire body Side as an externally facetted, transparent plastic part with a mirrored back executed.
- the reflector is made of acrylic glass.
- the outer case the ring reflector is made of metal or plastic, preferably polyurethane.
- the reflective layer on the back of the transparent Plastic parts evaporated or sputtered.
- the outer housing makes the ring reflector insensitive to impact loads is from the outside and thus the rear mirroring is protected from damage; the transparent plastic protects the mirroring on the back against damage by mechanical Stress and chemical attack by aggressive media. In this way can advantageously on an additional protective screen, which for impairment transmission and thus loss of light would be dispensed with.
- the lamp body thus has a relatively low weight.
- Figure 1a shows a perspective view of an operating light according to the invention
- Figure 1b schematically shows the lamp with ring reflector in a plan view.
- Figure 2 shows schematically a partial section in the radial direction through the ring reflector, wherein the reflective layer and the outer housing of the ring reflector as well as the inner Luminaire body are recognizable.
- Figure 3 shows a schematic representation of a longitudinal section of the lamp unit with the interior Luminaire housing and handle for luminaire positioning.
- FIG. 1a this is with an inner lamp body 6, an outer reflector 9 and a connecting web 3 provided luminaire housing 1 via an axis connection 2 in the area of the connecting web 3 articulated to a bracket 4 which is attached to a stationary bracket, especially conventional ceiling mount for surgical lights is attached.
- the bracket 4 enables a cardanic adjustment of the lamp housing in order to achieve an optimal To achieve positioning for the lighting in the operating field on the patient.
- the inner lamp body 6 is connected, which symbolically here Discharge lamp 7 shown, which is of an axially symmetrical lens arrangement 8 is surrounded for focusing the light emerging from the discharge lamp; the light becomes ring-like or polygon-like in the area of the plane of the inner lamp body 6 surrounding reflector, which is also referred to as an outer ring reflector 9, directed outwards.
- Figure 1b shows a top view of the inner lamp body 6 with it in a radial Direction surrounding outer ring reflector 9, both parts through the connecting web 3 are held together.
- a sector of a concentric opening 11, 12 can be seen, which enables an unobstructed passage the air flow is possible, so that a laminar flow of the climatic ceiling is not disturbed becomes. This prevents any contamination from the environment in the reach the actual area of the operating field. This is supported by the fact that the housing of the outer reflector 9 remains cold during operation of the lamp.
- the ring reflector 9 points towards the inner lamp body 6 Side a closed transparent surface, on the back a reflective Layer 17 is applied.
- the reflective surface is smooth on its surface, while outside, i.e. a scattering structure on the side facing the inner luminaire body 18 has.
- the scatter structure has the particular advantage that it makes the surface insensitive prevents scratching and ensures even light distribution in the field.
- the reflective layer 17 is protected by an annular housing 23, which consists of plastic on its outward-facing side 24. It proves to be advantageous that both the inner lamp body 6 of the ring housing and the ring reflector 9 have a smooth or weakly structured outer surface, so that they can be cleaned together with connecting web 3 in a simple manner, as is also the case for medical applications is required.
- the longitudinal axis of the lamp body is designated by reference number 21.
- the inner lamp body has a handle 15 in the lower region for optimal positioning of the operating lamp with regard to the operating field.
- an additional protective pane for covering the ring reflector which would also mean a loss of intensity due to damping become. This in turn results in a lower weight of the lamp body.
- the discharge lamp 7 is additionally arranged by a lamp along the lamp axis 21 second version 22 held, the contacting via the first and second version a sufficiently high ignition voltage allows, without any flashovers may occur.
- the radiation emerging from the discharge lamp 7 is caused by the focusing directed in the radial direction to the outer ring reflector (not shown here), see above that high-intensity radiation strikes the reflecting area of the ring reflector, which then converges along the direction of the lamp axis 21 and thus the Illuminates the illumination field on the patient.
- the halogen lamp provided as a reserve lamp 10 is in the immediate vicinity of the side Discharge lamp 7 arranged so that the beam path of its emerging light essentially that of the discharge lamp 7 corresponds.
