Definitions
- the invention relates to a rubber bearing according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such rubber bearings consist of an inner part, an outer sleeve and one arranged between the inner part and outer sleeve elastomer body.
- This can come from Rubber or other elastomers are made.
- the damping property of the elastomer material for such rubber bearings which in diverse variants, in particular in the motor vehicle industry.
- the drive unit or the vibrations caused by mobile ground are reduced, so that a Structure-borne noise and vibration isolation of the motor vehicle is achieved.
- elastomer materials such as rubber also have disadvantages. They're like that especially sensitive to tensile stress.
- the invention is based on the technical problem of having a rubber bearing ready ask, whose lifespan is significantly increased compared to known designs and also has a simple structure.
- the sliding connection between the inner part and Elastomer body in particular allows a relative movement between the above Components so that tensile stresses that are harmful to the elastomer body do not occur at all can arise.
- the ability to slide between the inner part and the elastomer body can be increased by measures known per se. Just be an example here the introduction of a lubricating grease between the contacting component surfaces called.
- the friction between the inner part and the elastomer body can be reduced by making the surface structured so that only limited areas of the elastomer body on the inner part come to rest, what one, for example, as a knob-like surface of the inner part or Can imagine elastomer body.
- a rubber bearing according to the invention has a relative rotation of the inner part to the outer sleeve around the central axis of the bearing, likewise no restoring moments in the Elastomer body on, as when the inner part is angled relative to Outer sleeve, i.e. under gimbal load.
- the outer sleeve can have a structured inner surface.
- the introduction of depressions in the inner surface of the Understanding outer sleeve so that the elastomer body in these recesses can impress.
- the elastomer body under a biasing force in the outer sleeve to use.
- the preload which is applied to the elastomer body via the outer sleeve is exercised, increases the inclination of the elastomer body, in the aforementioned Indentations of the inner surfaces of the outer sleeve penetrate and thus one To bring about a form fit between the outer sleeve and the elastomer body.
- the inner part In addition to the cylindrical inner parts known per se, it is particularly advantageous to equip the inner part at least in sections with a spherical surface.
- This spherical, i.e. spherical outer surface of the inner part fits the the elastomer body sliding on it completely.
- the outer sleeve has one constant distance from the surface of the inner part so that it is an equidistant thus has the same inner surface with spherical geometry.
- the inner part in two parts execute, it consisting of a first cylindrical component with one on it applied, spherical second component can exist.
- a first cylindrical component with one on it applied, spherical second component can exist.
- Such an execution of the inner part is particularly advantageous because the cylindrical first component and the spherical second component are made of different materials can.
- first cylindrical component to use a metallic tube and the ball geometry Apply plastic or hard rubber to this cylindrical tube.
- plastic or hard rubber ball offers an injection molding process in an advantageous manner because this is inexpensive and allows any surface geometry designs.
- the sealing effect of the ring seals can also be further simplified Measure to be significantly improved.
- a on the outer circumference of the ring seals Insert groove in, for example, a clamping ring or another, the centripedal Pressing effect of the ring seal improving element can be used.
- the individual parts of the at least two-part outer sleeve are advantageous by means of a screw, snap, snap or plug connection with each other bring.
- Another way to improve the friction reduction between Elastomer body and inner part can also consist in that between the Outer surface of the inner part and the inner surface of the elastomer body there is a slight radial distance at least in sections. By a such a measure also makes the radial damping slightly softer designed, which can be advantageous for certain purposes.
- Figure 1 shows a first embodiment of an inventive Rubber bearings.
- This consists of an inner part 1, which is in one piece as a metallic Component was executed and has cylindrical sections in the edge area and a spherical surface geometry in the central area.
- On the inner part 1 is a a total of 3 designated elastomer body, which was previously manufactured separately, put on.
- a self-lubricating rubber has been used for the elastomer material.
- the elastomer body 3 is in a two-part, generally designated 2 Outer sleeve added.
- the individual parts 2a and 2b of this outer sleeve are by means of a locking connection in the connection area marked with 7 composed.
- the elastomer body 3 is based on the spherical Geometry of the inner part 1 in a transition area 3c or 3d, which with a reduced cross-section is provided. Between this transition area 3c or 3d and the surface of the inner part 1 there is an annular space 4. In the axial direction seen on the outside, the elastomer body each has an annular seal 3a or 3b on.
- the ring seal 3a has a special feature.
- a groove 5 is embedded in the outer circumference to improve the sealing effect for example a clamping ring or another element which reinforces the sealing effect can be used.
- Due to the reduced cross-sectional area 3c or 3d des Elastomer body is in this section on the outside of the elastomer body a groove 10 is formed, as can be seen in the left part of the figure 1.
- FIG. 1 therefore shows two different variants of an inventive one Shown rubber bearings, which are constructed in the same way from the basic principle Have differences in the design of the elastomer body.
- A is preferred rubber bearing according to the invention of course in a symmetrical design, that is identical on both sides, executed.
- the outer sleeve 2 is in accordance with Figure 1 in Motor vehicle component 12 used.
- a further embodiment according to the invention is shown in the left part of FIG of a rubber bearing shown.
- the inner part 1 therefore consists of a cylindrical first component 1a and a spherical second component 1b.
- the first Component 1a is designed as a metallic tube, while the second component 1b is formed by a plastic ball sprayed onto the first component.
- the outer sleeve 2 is a two-part outer sleeve executed and has a snap connection in the connection area 7.
- elastomer body 3 forms ring seals 3a and 3b both sides of the rubber bearing that seal on the cylindrical first component 1a and thus the surfaces of the Protect the elastomer body and the inner part against contamination.
- the Ring seals 3a and 3b of the embodiment in Figure 2 are on their Outer surface made simpler than was the case in the example in FIG. 1. 2 is a cylindrical outer surface of the ring sealing area 3a, 3b available.
- FIG. 3 An even more simplified construction of an inventive design Rubber bearing is shown in section in Figure 3.
- this consists of a one-piece outer sleeve 2, a one-piece inner part 1 and one between the two arranged elastomer body 3.
- the inner part 1 is cylindrical and has a slightly spherical surface geometry in the middle, that in the central area again turns into a cylindrical geometry.
- the elastomer body 3 has ring seals 3a and 3b at the axial ends of this rubber bearing, which are designed as labyrinth seals.
- FIG. 4 shows a part 2b of the outer sleeve 2, which is denoted overall by 2 in spatial representation.
- This has depressions 8 on its inner surface, in which is the prestressed elastomer body 3 of an inventive Rubber bearing impresses so that between the elastomer body and this receiving outer sleeve 2b there is a positive connection.
- the individual parts 2a and 2b of the outer sleeve 2 have this in their contact area complementary geometry.
- this geometry consists of a Snap connection with webs 9, which are in associated recesses 11 of the other Intervene outer sleeve part 2a and one on the contacting surfaces have complementary, wavy contour.
- the inner surface of the individual part 2b of the outer sleeve 2 has one spherical geometry.
- the outer sleeve 2 is preferably made of fiber-reinforced plastic, making it a substantial Weight reduction compared to known metallic designs is achieved.
