Definitions

  • the invention relates to a rotary bolt lock with pulling device, consisting of a lock housing that has a socket opening at an outer end and has a rotary bolt at its other, inner end, and that with one End by a breakthrough in adapted to the outer cross section of the housing a wall, such as door leaf, can be pushed through and fixed, with a first, for outer end open to the housing axis coaxial bearing area for one Socket wrench pick-up head, and with one at the first storage area subsequent second open towards the opposite end of the housing Storage area for a rotary bolt bearing, rotatable in the housing area and axially displaceable bolt drive foot, between socket wrench holder and rotary latch a coupling device is provided, the Closure with a cam pin-cam track device for rotation and / or Axial displacement of the rotary bolt with respect to the housing when the Socket wrench holder is provided and between socket wrench holder and rotary latch an angularly limited freewheel is made possible.
  • cam pin-cam track devices which at the DE 35 02 418 C2 is arranged in the handle lever area, while in DE 35 04 691 is shifted into the interior of the lock housing, in the form of a between the lock housing on the one hand and the shaft carrying the bolt on the other hand, arranged sleeve, in the axially and obliquely extending slots are arranged, in which the ends of a cam pin slide, which as a cross pin in the shaft carrying the bolt is held.
  • This is missing in US Pat. No. 2,269,264 Housing, instead is an actuating shaft 21 with an actuating head 22 in a holding plate riveted to a flap 13 which can be suspended in a frame 10 15 rotatably held.
  • the holding plate 15 forms stops 18 and guides 16 for a bolt (sash) 23 by a socket provided with cam tracks 28 24 is worn.
  • the end facing away from the actuating head 22 Actuating shaft 21 carries in cam tracks 28 sliding cam pins 28, under the Pressure of a spiral spring 29 arranged between the holding plate 15 and the bar 23.
  • a disadvantage of the prior art is the complicated structure, which leads to increased Manufacturing costs and cumbersome assembly work leads. So includes for example the closure according to DE 35 04 691 C2, see Fig. 2, a with Flanged lock housing, which with two screws (alternatively with one Union nut) can be mounted in a wall, one by a snap ring in the Socket wrench holding head, one rotatable and slidably mounted bolt drive foot carrying the rotary bolt, the Latch is fixed on this foot by means of two nuts, a pin which is passed through the Foot is passed transversely and with its ends in the cam tracks one complicated to be produced separately by punching sleeve is in turn arranged within the housing and rotatable with the receiving head is coupled. Finally, there is a compression spring that follows the shaft presses on the outside, i.e. to the open position.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a rotary bolt closure at the beginning mentioned type, which consists of significantly fewer and easier to manufacture parts, is cheaper to manufacture and easier to assemble.

  • the arrangement has significantly fewer parts, for example only six parts cheaper to manufacture and easier to assemble.
  • the cam track is outside and can be injection molded in simple injection molds.
  • the through the Storage area sections is particularly simple coupling device compared to e.g. the arrangement in the US-PS 2,269,264 smaller and is protected in Casing.
  • the rotatability is preferably limited to approximately 90 °.
  • non-round cross section of the bolt drive foot in Cross section represents a parallelogram with rounded corners.
  • the non-circular cross section of the breakthrough in the second section of the second Storage area can consist of two opposite circular sections that through two mutually parallel side walls or through in the lumen of the Breakthrough penetrating nose areas are interconnected.
  • the housing it is favorable if the housing is or partition is divided into the first and second storage areas, which Partition has a circular breakthrough for the passage of the shaft, which from Socket wrench pick-up head penetrates the bolt drive foot. To this This avoids the use of a snap ring.
  • the Socket wrench holder with a rear ring shoulder on the partition.
  • a spiral compression spring is supported on the one hand Partition, on the other hand on the end face of the bolt drive foot.
  • the rotary latch forms a reinforcement wall that the Circularly surrounds the cam track and the cam pin slides out prevented. Then there is no need to fix the cam pin by means of a press fit Disassembly, as well as assembly, made it much easier.
  • the rotary latch can form a constriction directed towards the housing, which Introduce the tongue of the rotating latch including the assembled housing, i.e. the Completely assembled closure through an opening in a thin wall (and if necessary pushing on a union nut). This is also a Feature that significantly facilitates assembly, since already assembled Quarter-turn locks can be mounted in a thin wall.
  • Rotary bolt lock consists of a lock housing, which on one, outer end has a flange, and that with its other inner end through a breakthrough adapted to the outer cross section of the housing in a thin wall, such as door leaf, until the flange abuts the wall can be pushed through and by means of a union nut, plug spring or the like in this position is attachable.
