Claims (26)
- Vorrichtung zum Ermitteln der insbesondere räumlichen Lage und/oder einer Bewegung einer Waffe, insbesondere Schußwaffe, entweder mit zumindest einer auf der Waffe angeordneten Empfangseinheit zum Empfang von zumindest einem auf die Waffe zu gerichteten Strahl, der von zumindest einem im Bereich einer Zielscheibe angeordneten Sender abgestrahlt wird oder mit einer auf der Waffe angeordneten Sendeeinheit zur Aussendung wenigstens eines Strahles in Richtung zu einer Empfangseinheit bzw. zu einem Sensor im Bereich einer Zielscheibe sowie mit einer der Sende- bzw. Empfangseinheit zugeordneten Auswerteeinheit, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Auswerteeinheiten (16), die mehreren örtlich voneinander distanziert angeordneten Zielscheiben (3) und Waffen (2) zugeordnet sind, über ein Netzwerk (28), beispielsweise das Internet, zusammengeschlossen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auswerteeinheit (16) bzw. mehrere Auswerteeinheiten (16) eines Veranstaltungs- bzw. Austragungsortes an einen Personal Computer (23) angeschlossen ist bzw. sind und der Personal Computer (23) mit dem Netzwerk (28) verbunden ist bzw. eine Anbindung an das Internet aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die jeweils relevanten Lage- und/oder Bewegungs- und/oder Trefferdaten als elektronische Nachricht über ein Modem oder eine Schnittstellenkarte an wenigstens einen weiteren Personal Computer (23) im Netzwerk (28) übertragbar und/oder von diesem empfangbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die jeweiligen Daten der Gegenstelle und/oder die eigenen relevanten Daten auf einem Bildschirm (31) des Personal Computers (23) in grafischer und/oder tabellarischer Form visualisiert und/oder gegenübergestellt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf den Bildschirmen (31) die Zielscheibe (3) bzw. die Trefferlage des jeweiligen weitläufig entfernten Schieß- bzw. Trainingspartners visualisiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere, weitläufig bzw. global verteilte Schützen gleichzeitig auf dieselbe Zielscheibe (3) bzw. auf das gleiche Zielobjekt auf den jeweils zugeordneten Bildschirmen (31) anlegen und die relevanten Daten wie Anvisierzeit, Trefferlage, Schießwertung und/oder die simuliert beschossene Zielscheibe (3) oder das entsprechend anvisierte Zielobjekt mit den eingetretenen Trefferpositionen an den jeweiligen Bildschirmen (31) der Schützen angezeigt ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Ermitteln der insbesondere räumlichen Lage und/oder einer Bewegung einer Waffe, insbesondere Schußwaffe, mit zumindest einer auf der Waffe angeordneten Empfangseinheit zum Empfang von zumindest einem auf die Waffe zugerichteten Strahl, der von zumindest einem im Bereich einer Zielscheibe angeordneten und relativ zur Zielscheibe distanziert angeordneten Sender abgestrahlt wird sowie mit einer der Sende- bzw. Empfangseinheit zugeordneten Auswerteeinheit, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer Empfangseinheit (4) mehrere Zielscheiben (3) mit in bezug zu dieser örtlich oder räumlich fest angeordneten Sendern (7, 8) zugeordnet sind, die zeitlich versetzt Strahlen (5,6) in Richtung der und/oder zur Waffe (2) aussenden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zeitpunkte bzw. die Zeitdauern, zu welchen der wenigstens eine Strahl (5; 6) von einer bestimmten Zielscheibe (3) emittiert wurde, erfaßt und abgespeichert wird und ebenso den von der Empfangseinheit (4) jeweils erfaßten Lage- und/oder Bewegungs- und/oder Trefferdaten die Zeitpunkte bzw. Zeitdauern des Eintretens dieser Ereignisse bzw. des Entstehens dieser Daten zugeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Ermitteln der insbesondere räumlichen Lage und/oder einer Bewegung einer Waffe, insbesondere Schußwaffe, entweder mit zumindest einer auf der Waffe angeordneten Empfangseinheit zum Empfang von zumindest einem auf die Waffe zugerichteten Strahl, der von zumindest einem im Bereich einer Zielscheibe angeordneten Sender abgestrahlt wird, oder mit einer auf der Waffe angeordneten Sendeeinheit zur Aussendung wenigstens eines Strahles in Richtung zu einer Empfangseinheit bzw. zu einem Sensor im Bereich einer Zielscheibe, sowie mit einer der Sende- bzw. Empfangseinheit zugeordneten Auswerteeinheit, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen einzelnen Zielscheiben (3) imaginäre Trennlinien (41 bis 43) vorliegen bzw. deren Positionen in der Auswerteeinheit (16) abgespeichert sind und daß von der Auswerteeinheit (16) jene Zielscheibe (3) zur Zuordnung der Trefferlage herangezogen wird, in deren Bereich der Ziel- bzw. Anvisiervorgang wenige Sekundenbruchteile vor der Schußabgabe bzw. Schußauslösung gelegen hat.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zeitdauer für den Ziel- bzw. Anvisiervorgang von der Empfangseinheit (4) erfaßt und zwischengespeichert und/oder unmittelbar an die Auswerteeinheit (16) übertragen wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine tatsächliche oder simulierte Schußauslösung durch einen Sensor (29) und/oder durch eine Vorrichtung (30) im Bereich der Zielscheibe (3) erfaßt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die relevanten Daten, beispielsweise Bewegungs- und/oder Lage- und/oder Trefferdaten und/oder zeitbezogene Daten und/oder Benutzerdaten oder dgl. auf einer mit der Empfangseinheit (4) in Kommunikationsverbindung stehenden Speicherkarte, beispielsweise auf einer Chipkarte oder Magnetkarte, zwischengespeichert sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Ermitteln der insbesondere räumlichen Lage und/oder einer Bewegung einer Waffe, insbesondere Schußwaffe, entweder mit zumindest einer auf der Waffe angeordneten Empfangseinheit zum Empfang von zumindest einem auf die Waffe zugerichteten Strahl, der von zumindest einem im Bereich einer Zielscheibe angeordneten Sender abgestrahlt wird oder mit einer auf der Waffe angeordneten Sendeeinheit zur Aussendung wenigstens eines Strahles in Richtung zu einer Empfangseinheit bzw. zu einem Sensor im Bereich einer Zielscheibe, sowie mit einer der Sende- bzw. Empfangseinheit zugeordneten Auswerteeinheit, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Zielscheibe (3) oder ein Teil der Zielscheibe (3) relativ zu einem Halteteil verstellbar ist und der Verstellteil mit einer Antriebsvorrichtung verbunden ist, die an der Auswerteeinheit (16) oder an einem Personal Computer (23) oder an einem einen ausgesandten Strahl (5) detektierbaren Sensor (10) angeschlossen und von dieser bzw. diesem beim Vorliegen eines Treffers auf der Zielscheibe (3) aktiviert wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zielscheibe (3) durch eine Klappscheibe gebildet ist und der Halteteil durch eine Frontblende und der Verstellteil durch eine mit der Antriebsvorrichtung bewegungsgekoppelte Klappe gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auswerteeinheit (16) einen optischen Sensor (10) umfaßt, der beim Auftreffen eines detektierbaren optischen Strahls (5) die Antriebsvorrichtung für den Verstellteil aktiviert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der optische Sensor (10) bezugnehmend auf eine Schuß- bzw. Zielrichtung hinter der Frontblende angeordnet ist und zumindest den Öffnungsquerschnitt einer Durchschußöffnung in der Frontblende überdeckt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 13 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der optische Sensor (10) bezugnehmend auf die Zielrichtung hinter der Frontblende dunkelfarbig erscheint und die Frontblende sowie die relativ zur Durchschußöffnung verstellbare Klappe hell, bevorzugt weiß gefärbt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 13 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vom Sensor (10) detektierbare, optische Strahl (5) bei Betätigung des Waffenabzuges von einer an der Waffe (2), beispielsweise im und/oder am Lauf oder Schaft angeordneten Sendeeinheit impulsförmig aussendbar ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Ermitteln der insbesondere räumlichen Lage und/oder einer Bewegung einer Waffe, insbesondere Schußwaffe, entweder mit zumindest einer auf der Waffe angeordneten Empfangseinheit zum Empfang von zumindest einem auf die Waffe zugerichteten Strahl, der von zumindest einem im Bereich einer Zielscheibe angeordneten Sender abgestrahlt wird, oder mit einer auf der Waffe angeordneten Sendeeinheit zur Aussendung wenigstens eines Strahles in Richtung zu einer Empfangseinheit bzw. zu einem Sensor im Bereich einer Zielscheibe, sowie mit einer der Sende- bzw. Empfangseinheit zugeordneten Auswerteeinheit, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auswerteeinheit (16) und/oder dem Personal Computer (23) akustische Signalgeber zugeordnet sind, die bei sich verändernder Relativlage zwischen dem Visierpunkt der Waffe (2) und der Solltreffstelle auf der Zielscheibe (3) zur Abgabe unterschiedlicher akustischer Signale ausgebildet sind und/oder ein Abbildungsmaßstab eines Zielobjektes im Verhältnis zwischen einer Distanz zwischen dem Schützen und der Zielscheibe (3) und einer vorbestimmbaren, gewünschten Ziel- bzw. Schußentfernung angepaßt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unterschiedlichen akustischen Signale hinsichtlich ihrer Intensität und/oder Frequenz in Abhängigkeit der Relativlage zur Solltreffstelle auf der Zielscheibe (3) variieren.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19 oder 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anpassung der Abbildungsgröße des Zielobjektes auf einer vom Schützen entfernten Projektionsfläche (32) durch einen in seiner Distanz zur Projektionsfläche (32) veränderbaren Projektor (33) und/oder durch eine Veränderung des optischen Systems bzw. der Brennweite des Projektors (33) und/oder durch eine softwaretechnische Veränderung der Bildvorgabe für den Projektor (33) erfolgt.
- Sicherheitsvorrichtung für eine Schußwaffe zur Abgabe eines scharfen Schusses, mit einem einzigartigen Identifikationsmittel zur Feststellung der Zusammengehörigkeit von Teilen der Schußwaffe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Schußwaffe oder auf dem davon entfernbaren Teil eine Überwachungsvorrichtung angeordnet ist, die das Vorhandensein eines für die Schußabgabe unbedingt notwendigen Teiles der Schußwaffe oder der zugehörigen Schußwaffe selbst und/oder die Übereinstimmung eines Identifikationsmittels mit dem in der Überwachungsvorrichtung hinterlegten Identifikationsmittel überwacht und bei Vorliegen und/oder Übereinstimmung des/der Identifikationsmittel die Schußwaffe zur Schußabgabe freigibt.
- Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Teil der Schußwaffe durch deren Verschluß (45) und/oder deren Schlagbolzen und/oder durch eine Kartusche (46) gebildet ist.
- Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 22 oder 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Identifiaktionsmittel durch eine elektronische Signatur gebildet ist.
- Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 22 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektronische Signatur in einem elektronischen Rechner- und/oder Speicherbaustein, z.B. in einem Transponder hinterlegt ist.
- Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 22 bis 25, daß die elektronische Signatur bzw. der elektronische Rechner- und/oder Speicherbaustein in der Vorrichtung (1) und/oder in der Empfangseinheit (4) und/oder in der Auswerteeinheit (16) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21 angeordnet ist.
