Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a tamping machine with a track traversable Supported rail bogies and a tamping unit as well as a track lifting straightening unit machine frame.
According to EP 0 436 757 B1 there is already a tamping machine for tamping of a track known. The tamping unit is a ballast transport line assigned by the new ballast in the area of the tamping unit the track can be thrown off. This allows track sections with insufficient ballast be ballasted in parallel to the tamping.
Durch US 5 611 403 bzw.
Through US 5 611 403 and
The object of the present invention is to create an input described tamping machine, with the track sections with unusable Gravel conditions can be optimally plugged.
This task is achieved with a tamping machine of the generic type solved that the tamping unit has a height-adjustable and cross-adjustable drive connected to a suction device by a suction line Ballast extraction nozzle is assigned and a ballast plow as well as an unloading chute are intended for the discharge of gravel.
This special combination of work equipment gives the advantageous one Possibility of useless for permanent tamping Remove ballast from a section of track immediately before tamping and to replace it with new ballast. This through the gravel plow New ballast that can be distributed evenly on the track can then be used immediately to create a permanent track position with the help of the tamping unit be compressed. Of particular advantage, however, is that the tamping machine without any limitation for normal track sections with satisfactory Gravel conditions can be used.
Further advantages of the invention emerge from the subclaims as well the drawings.

The ballast suction nozzle mounted on the
The following is the operation of the tamping machine according to the
The
In a subsequent right of way in the working direction shown by
In vorteilhafter
Due to the special arrangement of
Schotterabsaugdüse 15 und das Stopfaggregat 10.With a sweeping brush positioned at the rear end of the
