Claims (15)
- Befestigungsvorrichtung für feststehende und/oder bewegliche Glasscheiben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Glasscheiben (1) abgestufte bzw. konische Vertiefungen (2) vorhanden sind, in denen Haltestück (6, 15, 17, 18, 19) verdrehsicher eingelassen werden, die zumindest einseitig mit einer Glasoberfläche (7) bündig abschließen und an einer gegenüberliegenden Glasoberfläche (16) mit einem zur Anlage kommenden Scharnier, Haltewinkel oder einem anderen Beschlagteil kraft- und formschlüssig verbunden werden, und mittels einer aushärtbaren Füllmasse ein zwischen der Vertiefung (2) und dem Haltestück (6, 15, 17, 18, 19) vorhandener Zwischenraum ausgefüllt wird.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertiefungen (2) eine beliebige Form aufweisen.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertiefungen (2) rund und stufenförmig ausgebildet sind, wobei eine erste Vertiefung in Form einer Sackbohrung (3) zentrisch zu seiner Mittelachse (5) eingebracht ist und sich daran eine zweite Bohrung anschließt deren Mittelachse zu der Mittelachse (5) der Sackbohrung (3) um einen Betrag (X) versetzt ist.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sackbohrung bis etwas zur halben Stärke der verwendeten Glasscheibe (1) eingebracht ist.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertiefung (2) ein Langloch ist, deren Verlauf kegelförmig oder trapezförmig ist.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Haltestück (6, 15, 17, 18, 19) eine komplementäre Form zu der Vertiefung (2) aufweist.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Haltestück (6, 15, 17) als kreisrunde Scheibe (9, 11) ausgebildet ist und auf einer Seite einen exzentrischen Ansatz (10, 12) aufweist, der um einen Betrag (X) zu der Mittelachse (5) versetzt ist.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Haltestück (18, 19) einen konischen äußeren Verlauf (22) aufweist, von dem unter dem gleichen Winkel wie die Vertiefung (2) kegelförmig oder trapezförmig umlaufende Seitenwände abgehen.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Befestigung das Haltestück (6, 15, 17) von einer oder zwei Durchgangsbohrungen (13) durchsetzt ist, die mit einer Senkung (14) versehen sind, wobei die Durchgangsbohrungen (13) zu dem Mittelpunkt des exzentrisch angeordneten kreisrunden Ansatzes (10, 12) symmetrisch angeordnet sind.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Befestigung das Haltestück (18, 19) von einer oder zwei Durchgangsbohrungen (13) durchsetzt ist, die mit einer Senkung (14) versehen sind.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Befestigung das Haltestück (6, 15) ein oder zwei Gewindesackbohrungen (8) aufweist, wobei die Gewindesackbohrungen (8) von der Seite des exzentrischen Ansatzes (10, 12) eingebracht und symmetrisch angeordnet sind.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Befestigung das Haltestück (18, 19) ein oder zwei Gewindesackbohrungen aufweist.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Haltestück (17, 19) einen Ansatz (21) aufweist, der über die Glasoberfläche (169 hinausragt.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Haltestück (6, 15, 17, 18, 19) aus Metall, Stahl, Edelstahl, Messing oder Kunststoff besteht.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung bei Duschabtrennungen oder Ganzglastüren in Verbindung mit Seitenteilen verwendet wird.
