Claims (15)
- Verfahren zur Erneuerung einer Gleisanlage mit einem Unterbau (16), einer Bettung (15), insbesondere aus Schotter, und einem darauf verlegten Gleis (18), oder zum Umbau einer solchen Gleisanlage in eine feste Fahrbahn, insbesondere mit einem auf eine Tragschicht aufgelegten und dort befestigten Gleis (25) oder einem Gleis (25) mit in eine Tragschicht eingegossenen Schwellen (30) oder Tragplatten, bei welchem die Bettung (15) und gegebenenfalls der Unterbau (16) bis zu einer gewünschten Tiefe ausgebaut und mindestens teilweise abtransportiert und/oder aufgearbeitet werden, erforderlichenfalls Material für die neue Bettung (26) oder eine Tragschicht (34) einer festen Fahrbahn und gegebenenfalls für einen neuen Unterbau antransportiert wird, die neue Bettung (26) oder eine Tragschicht (34) für eine feste Fahrbahn hergestellt, das alte Gleis (18) gegen ein neues Gleis (25) ausgetauscht und das neue Gleis (25) verlegt, gerichtet und fixiert wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß alle Verfahrensschritte vom Ausbauen der Bettung (15) bis zur Herstellung einer befahrbaren Gleislage des neuen Gleises (25) im Falle einer Erneuerung oder bis mindestens zur Herstellung einer Tragschicht (34) für eine feste Fahrbahn im Falle eines Umbaus der Gleisanlage in eine feste Fahrbahn in einem einzigen Arbeitsgang durchgeführt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die genannten Verfahrensschritte in nur einer Arbeitsrichtung (I) durchgeführt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die ausgebaute Bettung (15) und/oder der ausgebaute Unterbau (16) mindestens teilweise aufgearbeitet und für die neue Bettung (26) oder eine Tragschicht (34) der festen Fahrbahn und/oder einen neuen Unterbau wiederverwendet werden, wobei die Aufarbeitung bevorzugt vor Ort im selben Arbeitsgang erfolgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Bettung (15) aus dem ausgebauten Material ausgesiebt, nachgebrochen und durch Sieben von Brecherrückständen befreit wird, oder daß das ausgebaute Material durch Sieben, Brechen und Mischen zu Material für eine Tragschicht (34) einer festen Fahrbahn aufgearbeitet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Materialzu- und/oder -abfuhr zur Baustelle einschließlich der Abförderung der Altschwellen (29) und der Zuförderung der Neuschwellen (30) in Arbeitsrichtung (I) gesehen sowohl von bzw. nach vorne als auch von bzw. nach hinten gleisgebunden erfolgt, wobei das ausgebaute Bettungs- und gegebenenfalls Unterbaumaterial bevorzugt in Arbeitsrichtung (I) gesehen nach vorne abgefördert wird und wobei ebenfalls bevorzugt in Arbeitsrichtung (I) gesehen die Abförderung der Altschwellen (29) nach und die Zuförderung der Neuschwellen (30) von hinten erfolgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zufuhr von neuem Bettungsmaterial und gegebenenfalls von neuem Unterbaumaterial sowie von neuem Material zur Herstellung einer Tragschicht (34) für eine feste Fahrbahn in Arbeitsrichtung (I) gesehen von vorne erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Ausbau der alten Bettung (15) und gegebenenfalls des Unterbaus (16) gleisgebunden erfolgt, wobei das alte Gleis (18) nach dem Ausbau der Bettung (15) und gegebenenfalls des Unterbaus (16) bevorzugt auf den Unterbau (16) oder den Grund, insbesondere auf aufgearbeitetem Bettungsmaterial (26) abgelegt wird, wobei ebenfalls bevorzugt bei der Aufarbeitung erhaltenes Überschußbettungsmaterial (19) zwischengelagert und später bei Bedarf wiederverwendet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die alten Schienen (23) von den alten Schwellen (29) gelöst und seitlich ausgesetzt, die neue Bettung (26) nachplaniert und verdichtet, die neuen Schwellen (30) verlegt, seitlich vorgelagerte neue Schienen (24) eingebaut und an den neuen Schwellen (30) befestigt werden, und daß das neue Gleis (25) gerichtet und mit Bettungsmaterial gestopft wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das alte Gleis (18) auf die hergestellte Tragschicht (34) für eine feste Fahrbahn abgelegt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,

daß die neuen und/oder die alten Schwellen (29, 30) in Längsausrichtung zur Gleisanlage transportiert werden. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 mit mehreren hintereinander angeordneten, weitgehend gleisfahrbaren Teilen einschließlich einem Teil (4b) zum Ausbauen der Bettung, einem Teil (1) zum Abtransport von Bettungs- und gegebenenfalls Unterbaumaterial, einem Antriebsteil (3) oder einem in die übrigen Teile integrierten Antrieb, erforderlichenfalls einem Teil (2, 2') zum Antransport von Neumaterial, einem Teil (9) zum Abfördern der alten Schwellen (29) und zum Anfördern der neuen Schwellen (30), einem Gleiswechselteil (7) sowie einerseits einem Teil (4b) zur Herstellung einer neuen Bettung und einem Teil (8) zum Einschottern und Stopfen des neuen Gleises (25) oder andererseits einem Teil (5') zum Herstellen einer Tragschicht (34) einer festen Fahrbahn.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Vorrichtung umfaßt:einen Teil (4b) zum Ausbauen des Unterbaus (16) und/odereinen Teil (4a) zur Aufarbeitung des Bettungs- und/oder des Unterbaumaterials und/oderMittel (20) zum Brechen und Sieben des Bettungs- und/oder des Unterbaumaterials und/odereinen Teil (5) zum Zwischenlagern des aufgearbeiteten Bettungsmaterials (19) und/oderMittel (12', 12") zum Vorhalten und Antransport von Material für die Tragschicht (34) einer festen Fahrbahn und/odereinen Teil (5'a) zum Mischen des Tragschichtmaterials. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Teile (1 bis 10) der Vorrichtung mindestens teilweise modulartig austauschbar ausgebildet sind, wobei bevorzugt das Modul (4b) zum Herstellen einer neuen Bettung (26), gegebenenfalls das Modul (5) zum Zwischenlagern von aufgearbeitetem Bettungsmaterial (19) und gegebenenfalls das Modul (2) zur Versorgung mit neuem Bettungs- und gegebenenfalls Unterbaumaterial einerseits und das Modul (5'b) zum Einbauen einer Tragschicht (34) für eine feste Fahrbahn, gegebenenfalls das Modul (2') zur Versorgung mit Tragschichtmaterial und gegebenenfalls das Modul (5'a) zum Mischen von Tragschichtmaterial anderseits gegeneinander austauschbar ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Teil (9) zum Abfördern der alten Schwellen (29) und zum Anfördern der neuen Schwellen (30) am in Arbeitsrichtung (I) gesehen hinteren Ende der Vorrichtung und der Teil (2) zum Anfördern von neuem Bettungs- und/oder Unterbaumaterial, der Teil (1) zum Abfördern des ausgebauten Bettungs- und gegebenenfalls des Unterbaumaterials sowie der Teil (2') zum Anfördern des Tragschichtmaterials am in Arbeitsrichtung (I) gesehen vorderen Ende der Vorrichtung angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß nur der Gleiswechselteil (7) und der Teil (5'b) zum Einbau einer Tragschicht (34) einer festen Fahrbahn zusätzlich zu Schienenfahrwerken (33) auch Bodenfahrwerke (32), die übrigen Teile dagegen allesamt nur Schienenfahrwerke (33) aufweisen.
