Claims (14)
- Beschlag (10) mit einer Dichtung (12), die auf einer einer Anlagefläche (28), an der der Beschlag (10) anliegt, zugewandten Seite angeordnet ist und einen Bereich (Zwischenraum) (32) zwischen Beschlag (10) und, insbesondere glatter, Anlagefläche (28) abdichtet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (12) im plastischen Zustand mit dem Beschlag (10) oder einen Teil des Beschlages verbunden und geformt wird.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Beschlag (10) aus einem Kunststoff, insbesondere aus einem Polyamid, und die Dichtung (12) aus einem Kunststoff, insbesondere aus einem Elastomer, gebildet ist.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Beschlag (10) aus Metall, Stahl oder Leichtmetall, oder einem Verbundwerkstoff gebildet ist.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (12) aus einem Kunststoff, insbesondere aus einem Elastomer, gebildet ist.
- Beschlag nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (12) in dem Beschlag (10) verankert ist und insbesondere Hinterschneidungen (34) hierfür aufweist.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine, insbesondere schwalbenschwanzförmige, Nut (34) vorgesehen ist, in die die Dichtung (12) eingreift.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (12) einen Außenrand (36) des Beschlags (10) mit einem T-förmigen Bereich (38) umgreift.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein L-förmiger Bereich (40) der Dichtung (12) in eine Ausnehmung (48) am Randbereich des Beschlags (10) eingreift.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der L-förmige Bereich (40) an die Außenkontur des Beschlags (10) angepasst ist und mit dieser bündig abschließt.
- Beschlag nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (12) im Querschnitt ganz oder teilweise U-förmig, L-förmig, T-förmig und/oder +/- -förmig ausgebildet ist.
- Beschlag nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (12) durch Spritzgießen oder Spritzpressen mit dem Beschlag (10) verbunden und in Form gebracht ist.
- Beschlag nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (12) durch ein Schäumverfahren mit dem Beschlag (10) verbunden und in Form gebracht ist.
- Beschlag nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Ausbildung aus Kunststoff, insbesondere Polyamid.
- Beschlag nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (12) umlaufend in sich geschlossen ist.
