Description
- Le blocage vasculaire dû à la formation de cals dans les vaisseaux
ascendants, le plus souvent vers la base de la tige qui a été coupée : ces
cals ont souvent une origine fongique ou bactérienne ; parfois, ces cals
obstruant les vaisseaux conducteurs résultent de l'oxydation de substances
phénoliques, présentes dans les cellules de la tige, par des enzymes libérés
par la plante pour cicatriser la plaie de la coupe. Le blocage de l'ascension
de l'eau dans la tige peut être également provoqué par l'entrée d'air dans
celle-ci à la suite d'un séjour prolongé à sec, lors du transport par
exemple.
Dans tous les cas, la conséquence de cette obstruction vasculaire est un déficit hydrique, l'eau absorbée ne compensant plus les pertes par transpiration, le poids frais de la fleur diminue et la fleur fane ; pour les roses, l'extrémité supérieure de la tige, qu'est le pédoncule floral, se courbe, et ce qu'on appelle alors le "bent-neck" apparaít, et cela d'autant plus si les roses ont été cueillies à un stade précoce. - La dégradation des réserves protéiques : du fait de leur consommation, par les oxydations cellulaires, et de leur migration vers d'autres parties de la tige florale, les sucres solubles disparaissent rapidement et provoquent l'arrêt de la synthèse des protéines ; la dégradation ainsi provoquée des réserves protéiques ou protéolyse s'accélère dès le début de l'épanouissement de la plupart des fleurs : en effet les protéines dégradées libèrent des acides aminés, puis de l'ammoniac, toxique pour les cellules.
- L'éthylène qui est l'une des hormones de sénescence des végétaux : il est produit naturellement par certaines espèces lors de l'épanouissement de leur bouton et peut également provenir de l'extérieur (autres plantes, bulbes, fruits, tomates, moteur à combustion, usine, etc. .) ; l'éthylène accélère les phénomènes de dégradation cellulaire des espèces sensibles, même à faible concentration telle que 0,5 ppm ; il provoque le flétrissement des fleurs, la chute de celles-ci, des boutons et des feuilles, la décoloration.... - être pratique et utile pour le professionnel,
- en facilitant le transport, la manutention, le stockage de l'emballage avant montage, en particulier en fournissant un emballage pliable à plat pour conférer un gain de place optimal, c'est-à-dire pouvant se présenter sous forme aplatie quand il est plié, et
- en fournissant un emballage facilement montable pour recevoir les fleurs coupées et dans lequel on peut facilement emballer et protéger les fleurs, mais aussi un emballage qui facilite l'assemblage de plusieurs emballages côte à côte, notamment sur un présentoir en position montée, notamment avec des fleurs emballées de façon à procurer un gain de place optimal là encore;
- être pratique et utile pour le consommateur en facilitant son transport, sa manutention et son utilisation sans préparation particulière, lorsqu'il est monté et mis en oeuvre pour recevoir des fleurs, tout en assurant la meilleure conservation possible du végétal, du départ de l'entreprise réalisant le bouquet jusqu'au domicile du client final ;
- fournir un emballage qui permette au consommateur de transformer ledit emballage en un vase sans endommager les fleurs ;
- être esthétique et attirer l'attention du client qui doit être motivé pour acheter, pour lui-même ou pour offrir, le bouquet ainsi emballé, tout en permettant une personnalisation de cet emballage afin de véhiculer toute communication souhaitée par le vendeur ;
- être d'un coût le plus faible possible, pour ne pas grever le prix du bouquet.
- une ouverture supérieure du vase
- une première partie en entonnoir supérieur à section polygonale dont les côtés du polygone vont rétrécissant du haut vers le bas, la petite base dudit entonnoir supérieur étant de préférence à une hauteur comprise entre la moitié et les quatre cinquièmes de la hauteur du vase,
- une deuxième partie en forme d'entonnoir inférieur à section polygonale, dont les côtés dudit polygone de ladite section polygonale vont en augmentant du haut vers le bas, et
- une base constituant le fond plat du vase,
- ladite base et ladite ouverture supérieure du vase étant ainsi de même forme polygonale, le polygone ayant notamment de trois à six côtés et étant de préférence encore un polygone régulier.
- de fermer l'emballage pour protéger la partie la plus délicate de la fleur, à savoir son bouton,
- de porter le bouquet dans son emballage grâce à une poignée intégrée,
- de maintenir par leur sommet les emballages accolés entre eux par leur forme polygonale jointive durant le transport, et
- de laisser respirer les végétaux tout en les protégeant des gaz externes nocifs.
- des premières lignes de pliage longitudinales parallèles 16 permettant de former par pliage une base constituant le fond plat du vase et une ouverture supérieure du vase correspondant à l'extrémité supérieure du vase, ladite base et ladite ouverture supérieure du vase étant ainsi de même forme polygonale, et ;
- des parties évidées 161 le long et autour desdites premières lignes de pliage 16 et/ou des soufflets obtenus par des deuxièmes lignes de pliage 17 non parallèles auxdites premières lignes de pliage, de manière à permettre de resserrer la forme du vase pour que celui-ci adopte une forme en entonnoir, la plus petite section polygonale dudit entonnoir ainsi formé étant située à une hauteur entre la moitié et les deux tiers de la hauteur du vase.
- une première zone supérieure parallélépipédique 24 délimitée par les lignes de pliage perpendiculaires 201 auxdites premières lignes de pliage 16 dudit vase,
- une partie en entonnoir 21 supérieur à section polygonale dont les côtés du polygone vont rétrécissant du haut vers le bas, la petite base dudit entonnoir 21 supérieur du vase étant de préférence à une hauteur comprise entre la moitié et deux tiers de la hauteur du vase,
- une troisième partie en forme d'entonnoir 22 inférieur à section polygonale, dont les côtés dudit polygone de ladite section polygonale vont en augmentant du haut vers le bas,
- une deuxième partie parallélépipédique 25 correspondant à la partie inférieure dudit vase délimitée par des lignes de pliage perpendiculaires 202 auxdites premières lignes de pliage 16.
Claims (16)
- Emballage (1) de bouquets de fleurs fraíches (5) coupées, comportant une enveloppe (3) quasi rigide entourant au moins les extrémités fleuries desdites fleurs (5), comportant un vase (2) étanche et rigide susceptible de contenir un liquide ou gel apte à maintenir les extrémités coupées des tiges desdites fleurs hydratées, caractérisé en ce que ladite enveloppe (3) comprend au moins, d'une part une partie en forme d'entonnoir, telle que la partie inférieure de l'enveloppe (31) coopère avec la partie supérieure (21) du vase (2), par des moyens de liaison (81) et la partie supérieure de l'enveloppe (32) entoure les extrémités fleuries desdites fleurs (5), et d'autre part un couvercle (4) de protection desdites extrémités fleuries, lequel couvercle ferme la grande base de la partie supérieure (32) de l'enveloppe (3) en forme d'entonnoir, et ladite enveloppe comporte dans ladite partie supérieure de l'enveloppe (32) au moins un moyen de fermeture et ouverture latérale (82, 83), et ledit vase comporte dans sa partie supérieure des moyens d'accrochage ou des évidements (18) qui peuvent coopérer avec respectivement des évidements ou moyens d'accrochage (19) de la partie inférieure (31) de ladite enveloppe pour constituer les moyens de liaison entre ladite enveloppe et ledit vase.
- Emballage de bouquets de fleurs selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie inférieure (31) de l'enveloppe en forme d'entonnoir recouvre et épouse la forme d'une partie supérieure (21) du vase, qui présente une même forme d'entonnoir que ladite partie inférieure de l'enveloppe.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite enveloppe est constituée d'une feuille prédécoupée et non collée (10), comprenant des premières lignes de pliage longitudinales non parallèles (111), de manière à pouvoir obtenir une forme en entonnoir à section polygonale après pliage.
- Emballage selon la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de fermeture et ouverture latérale (82, 83) de ladite feuille-enveloppe sont constitués par des découpes en forme de crochet (82) et encoche (83)sur les bords latéraux (101, 102) dans la partie supérieure (32) de l'enveloppe située au-dessus du vase.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 ou 4 caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de liaison entre l'enveloppe (3) et le vase (2) sont constitués par des évidements (19) dans la partie inférieure (31) de l'enveloppe le long desdites premières lignes de pliage (111) non parallèles de l'enveloppe, et des moyens d'accrochage consistant dans des éléments saillants (18) au niveau des angles dans la partie supérieure du vase en forme d'entonnoir polygonal, lesdits éléments saillants (18) rentrant dans lesdits évidements (19) de l'enveloppe après pliage de celle-ci autour du vase et mise en oeuvre desdits de moyens de fermeture latérale (82, 83) de ladite enveloppe.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce que ladite enveloppe comprend une partie supérieure (32) constituant un entonnoir supérieur et une partie inférieure (31) constituant un entonnoir inférieur, l'inclinaison des côtés de l'entonnoir supérieur (32) par rapport à l'axe central de l'entonnoir étant inférieure à l'inclinaison des côtés de l'entonnoir inférieur (31) par rapport au même axe central des entonnoirs, ledit entonnoir inférieur (31) de l'enveloppe recouvrant une dite partie supérieure du vase en forme d'entonnoir.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 caractérisé en ce que ledit vase est constitué par une feuille comportant des premières lignes de pliage longitudinales parallèles (16) permettant de former par pliage, de haut en bas :une ouverture supérieure du vase,une première partie en forme d'entonnoir (21) supérieur à section polygonal dont les côtés du polygone vont rétrécissant du haut vers le bas,une deuxième partie en forme d'entonnoir (22) inférieur à section polygonale, dont les côtés dudit polygone de ladite section polygonale vont en augmentant du haut vers le bas.une base constituant le fond plat du vase, ladite base et ladite ouverture supérieure du vase étant ainsi de même forme polygonale.
- Emballage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit vase comporte une première partie supérieure parallélépipédique (24) délimitée par les lignes de pliage perpendiculaires (201) auxdites lignes de pliage parallèles (16) dudit vase, ladite première partie parallélépipédique étant située au-dessus de ladite partie en forme d'entonnoir supérieur (21), et constituant l'ouverture supérieure du vase
- Emballage selon l'une des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que ledit vase comporte une deuxième partie parallélépipédique (25) correspondant à la partie inférieure dudit vase, délimitée par des lignes de pliage perpendiculaires (202) auxdites premières lignes de pliage parallèles (16), ladite deuxième partie parallélépipédique étant située en-dessous de ladite deuxième partie en forme d'entonnoir (22) inférieur dudit vase, et comprenant le fond dudit vase.
- Emballage selon l'une des revendications 5 à 9, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments saillants (18) sont constitués par les coins d'angles d'une partie parallélépipédique (24) supérieure dudit vase (2) située au-dessus de ladite partie supérieure dudit vase en forme d'entonnoir, constituant l'ouverture dudit vase.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que ledit couvercle (4) est constitué par découpe d'une ou plusieurs zones à l'extrémité supérieure de la feuille constitutive de ladite enveloppe et permettant de recouvrir l'ouverture supérieure de l'entonnoir supérieur (32) de ladite enveloppe après pliage.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que ladite feuille constitutive de ladite enveloppe comporte à son extrémité supérieure une ou plusieurs zones (151, 152) permettant après pliage de constituer une poignée.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe est réalisée en matériau plastique transparent.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le vase est réalisé en carton, de préférence présentant des qualités de résistance mécanique à l'état humide, et de préférence encore, muni d'un sachet intérieur étanche susceptible de retenir l'eau qui sera versée dans ledit vase.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué de deux parties constituant respectivement une enveloppe et un vase, lesdits enveloppe et vase pouvant être pliés sous une forme aplatie avant leur utilisation.
- Présentoir et conditionnement d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un socle (7) ayant des alvéoles (9) dont la forme intérieure coopère avec la forme extérieure du fond dudit vase (2) et lesdites alvéoles sont disposées les unes par rapport aux autres de manière à ce que les côtés des couvercles des différents emballages adjacents dont les vases sont insérés dans lesdites alvéoles viennent se caler les uns contre les autres.
