Claims (14)
- Bördel- und/oder Falzschliessmaschine zur Bildung und zum Schliessen von Falzverbindungen bei der Herstellung von Rohren und von aus Segmenten bestehenden Rohrverbindungen und Bögen, wobei die Maschine eine drehbar gelagerte Sicken- und Zustellrolle (1), eine Stützrolle (2) und ein drehbar gelagertes Schliessrad (6) enthält, wobei das in einem Schliessradschlitten (33) angeordnete Schliessrad (6) mit einer Abstützfläche der Stützrolle (2) einen spitzen Winkel einschliesst und bei der Verwendung an einem Rohrstumpf (100) oder Ring (98) angreift, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schliessradschlitten (33) unterhalb der Abstützfläche (3) angeordnet ist und zum Lot (L) einen Winkel (α) von weniger als 35° einschliesst, dass das im Schlitten (33) gelagerte Schliessrad (6) auf seiner der Stützrolle (2) abgewandten einen Seitenfläche (6") einen geringeren Durchmesser aufweist als auf der anderen, dieser zugewandten Seitenfläche (6"), so dass sich zwischen dieser einen Seitenfläche (6") und der Stirnseite (6') des Schliessrades (6) ein stumpfer Winkel bildet und dass der Bereich zwischen Stirnseite (6') und der Peripherie zur Stützrolle (2) mit einem Radius (R) versehen ist.
- Bördel- und Falzschliessmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Schliessradschlitten (33) eine Schwenkachse (56) vorgesehen ist, um welche der Winkel (α) einstell- und fixierbar ist.
- Bördel- und Falzschliessmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schliessradschlitten (33) mit dem Lot (L) einen Winkel (α) von 8° bis 12° oder von 20° bis 30°einschliesst.
- Bördel- und Falzschliessmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die der Stützrolle (2) zugewandte Seitenfläche (60") des Schliessrades (6) um einen Winkel (β) abgekröpft ist.
- Bördel- und Falzschliessmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Sicken- und Zustellrolle (1) mit einer konkaven Ausnehmung, parallel zur Abstützfläche (3) angeordnet ist, welche den Rohrstumpf (100) an einer Sicke (101) gegen wenigstens eine konvex ausgestaltete Stützrolle (2), im Inneren des Rohrstumpfes (100) presst und führt, wobei die Rollen (1;2) auf beide Seiten motorisch angetrieben und miteinander peripher im Gleichlauf sind.
- Bördel- und Falzschliessmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einzelnen Räder und Rollen (1,2,4,5) über Kardan-Antriebe (18-26) und hydraulische Antriebsmotoren (37-39) angetrieben sind.
- Bördel- und Falzschliessmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass weitere Stützrollen vorgesehen sind, die mitdrehbar ausgestaltet sind und im Inneren des Rohrstumpfes (100) anliegen.
- Bördel- und Falzschliessmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Niederhalter (7') mit Stirnrollen vorgesehen ist, welcher einen Ring (98) im Lot (L) gleitfähig auf der Abstützfläche (3) führt.
- Bördel- und Falzschliessmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese eine konvexe Formrolle (4) und eine an die Formrolle (4) angepasste zu dieser beabstandbare konvexe Formrolle (5) aufweist, und wobei die konvexe Formrolle (4) auf einer Höhe über der Abstützfläche (3) angeordnet ist, welche dem herzustellenden Bördelmass entspricht.
- Bördel- und Falzschliessmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Maschinenständer (120) ein Hydraulikaggregat (40) angeordnet ist, welches Hydraulikzylinder (34-36) und die Antriebsmotoren (37-39) speist.
- Verfahren zum Bördeln und Schliessen von Falzen mit einer Bördel- und Falzschliessmaschine nach Anspruch 1, 5 und 7, zur Bildung und zum Schliessen von Falzverbindungen bei der Herstellung von Rohren und von aus Segmenten bestehenden Rohrverbindungen und Bögen, wobei das in dem Schliessradschlitten (33) angeordnete Schliessrad (6) an einem Ring (98) angreift, und in einem ersten Verfahrensschritt der Ring (88) mittels eines Niederhalters (7') auf der Abstützfläche (3) aufgespannt wird, in einem zweiten Verfahrensschritt durch Zustellung der abgesetzten Formrollen ein Flansch mit einem gerundeten Flanschansatz erstellt wird, in einem dritten Verfahrensschritt der Schliessradschlitten (33) von unten auf den überstehenden Flansch zugeführt wird, wobei die Stirnseite des Schliessrades (6) zu Beginn des Schliessvorganges Arbeitsfläche ist und dass der Schliessradschlitten (33) weiter zugeführt wird bis der Falz am Ring (98) anliegt und/oder eine eingelegte Dichtung verklemmt und sichert.
- Verfahren zum Bördeln und Schliessen von Falzen an Rohrsegmenten und in Bogensegmenten mit einer Bördel-und Falzschliessmaschine nach Anspruch 1, 5 und 7, zur Bildung und zum Schliessen von Falzverbindungen bei der Herstellung von aus Segmenten bestehenden Rohrverbindungen und Bögen, wobei das in dem Schliessradschlitten (33) angeordnete Schliessrad (6) an einem Rohrstumpf (100) angreift und in einem ersten Verfahrensschritt in ein Endstück eines Rohrstumpfes (100) eine umlaufende Sicke (101) eingeprägt wird, in einem zweiten Verfahrensschritt durch Zustellung der abgesetzten Formrollen ein Flansch mit einem gerundeten Flanschansatz erstellt wird, in einem dritten Verfahrensschritt der Schliessradschlitten (33) von unten auf den überstehenden Flansch zugeführt wird, wobei die Stirnseite des Schliessrades (6) zu Beginn des Schliessvorganges Arbeitsfläche ist und dass der Schliessradschlitten (33) weiter zugeführt wird bis der Falz am Rohrstück anliegt und/oder ein eingelegtes Dichtungsband verklemmt und sichert.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während der Verfahrensschritte zwei und drei die Sicken- und Zustellrolle (1) im Eingriff ist und damit das Werkstück axial und lateral geführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während des dritten Verfahrensschrittes mittels eines Gleitfingers oder wenigstens einer Rolle das eingelegte Dichtungsband in seiner unteren Position gehalten wird.
