Claims (14)
- Befestigungsvorrichtung zur schwenkbaren Halterung eines Flügelrahmens einer Tür, eines Fensters od.dgl. an einer Zarge, mit einem Scharnierband (2), das den zargen- oder flügelrahmenseitigen Bestandteil eines Türgelenks (1) bildet, einem Hohlprofil (5), das an der Zarge bzw. am Flügelrahmen angeordnet ist, einem Füllstück (25), das in das Hohlprofil (5) bis in den Bereich der Befestigungsstelle des Scharnierbandes (2) am Hohlprofil (5) einschiebbar ist, und Verbindungsstiften (16, 17), mittels denen das Scharnierband (2) durch im Hohlprofil (5) ausgebildete Ausnehmungen (23, 24) hindurch mit dem im Bereich der Befestigungsstelle des Scharnierbandes (2) im Hohlprofil (5) befindlichen Füllstück (25) verbindbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die im Hohlprofil (5) ausgebildeten Ausnehmungen (23, 24) in Längsrichtung (30) des Hohlprofils (5) eine größere Abmessung aufweisen als der Durchmesser der das Scharnierband (2) und das Füllstück (25) miteinander verbindenden Verbindungsstifte (16, 17), so daß das Scharnierband (2) mit dem Füllstück (25) nach Herstellung der Verbindung mittels der Verbindungsstifte (16, 17) in bezug auf das Hohlprofil (5) in dessen Längsrichtung (30) bewegbar ist.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Ausnehmungen im Hohlprofil (5) als Bohrungen (23, 24) ausgebildet sind, deren Durchmesser größer ist als der Durchmesser der Verbindungsstifte (16, 17).
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, bei der der Durchmesser der im Hohlprofil (5) ausgebildeten Bohrungen (23, 24) dem maximalen Verstellbereich des Flügels bzw. Flügelrahmens in bezug auf die Zarge entspricht.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem die Verbindungsstifte als Schrauben (16, 17) ausgebildet sind und das Füllstück (25) Gewindebohrungen (26, 27) aufweist, in die die Schrauben (16, 17) durch die hohlprofilseitigen Ausnehmungen (23, 24) hindurch einschraubbar sind.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, bei der im Scharnierband (2) Aufnahmeausnehmungen (12, 13) ausgebildet sind, in denen Schraubköpfe (14, 15) der Schrauben (16, 17) formschlüssig aufnehmbar sind.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei der im Scharnierband (2) Durchgangsbohrungen (18, 19) ausgebildet sind, die bei mit dem Scharnierband (2) verbundenem Füllstück (25) mit im Füllstück (25) ausgebildeten Gegenbohrungen (28, 29) fluchten und durch die hindurch bei in der Zarge ausgerichtetem Flügel bzw. Flügelrahmen im Hohlprofil (5) Löcher (31, 32) herstellbar sind, deren Durchmesser dem der scharnierbandseitigen Durchgangsbohrungen (18, 19), der füllstückseitigen Gegenbohrungen (28, 29) und dem von Haltestiften (20, 21) entspricht, die in die scharnierbandseitigen Durchgangsbohrungen (18, 19), die hohlprofilseitigen Löcher (31, 32) und die füllstückseitigen Gegenbohrungen (28, 29) einsetzbar sind.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, bei der die Haltestifte (20, 21) als Schrauben und die füllstückseitigen Gegenbohrungen (28, 29) als Gewindebohrungen ausgebildet sind.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem er Ansprüche 1 bis 7, bei der das Hohlprofil (5) als Aluminiumprofil (5) ausgebildet ist.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, bei der das Füllstück (25) aus Aluminium ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren zur Befestigung eines Scharnierbands (2) eines Türgelenks (1) an einer Zarge oder einem Flügelrahmen einer Tür, eines Fensters od.dgl. angeordneten Hohlprofil (5), bei dem ein Füllstück (25) bis in den Bereich der Befestigungsstelle des Scharnierbands (2) am Hohlprofil (5) in das Hohlprofil (5) eingeschoben und durch im Hohlprofil (5) vorgesehene Ausnehmungen (23, 24) hindurch mit dem Scharnierband (2) verbunden wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mit dem Füllstück (25) verbundene Scharnierband (2) nach Herstellung der Verbindung mit dem Füllstück (25) in seine korrekte Befestigungsstelle am Hohlprofil (5) gebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, bei dem die hohlprofilseitigen Ausnehmungen (23, 24) mit einem Durchmesser gebohrt werden, der dem maximalen Verstellbereich des Flügels bzw. Flügelrahmens in bezug auf die Zarge entspricht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, bei dem das Scharnierband (2) und das Füllstück (25) durch die im Hohlprofil (5) ausgebildeten Ausnehmungen (23, 24) hindurch verschraubt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, bei dem nach Positionierung des mit dem Füllstück (25) verbundenen Scharnierbands (2) an dessen Befestigungsstelle am Hohlprofil (5) durch scharnierbandseitige Durchgangsbohrungen (18, 19) hindurch Löcher (31, 32) im Hohlprofil (5) erstellt, vorzugsweise gebohrt, werden, deren Durchmesser dem der scharnierbandseitigen Durchgangsbohrungen (18, 19) und dem von füllstückseitigen, mit den scharnierbandseitigen Durchgangsbohrungen (18, 19) fluchtenden Gegenbohrungen (28, 29) entspricht, und bei dem in die scharnierbandseitigen Durchgangsbohrungen (18, 19), die hohlprofilseitigen Löcher (31, 32) und die füllstückseitigen Gegenbohrungen (28, 29) Haltestifte (20, 21) eingeschoben werden, deren Durchmesser dem der scharnierbandseitigen Durchgangsbohrungen (18, 19), hohlprofilseitigen Löcher (31, 32) und füllstückseitigen Gegenbohrungen (28, 29) entspricht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, bei dem die Haltestifte (20, 21) mit den füllstückseitigen Gegenbohrungen (28, 29) verschraubt werden.
