Definitions
- the invention relates to a waste container with a dome-shaped Head and a slot formed in the dome
- This waste container known from DE-U-298 02112 continues to be so formed that a funnel section as Waste filling slope is, the funnel opening one under the head arranged inner bucket is facing.
- the waste container also has one the outer container holding the inner bucket.
- the plateau-shaped head carries a smashing device, showing a kind of ball head and a slide-guided club. It sticks out the inside of the inner bucket.
- the latter is secured against displacement on the bottom of the the outer bucket receiving the inner bucket. That has been achieved in that the outer container forms an inner Insertion bevel extended towards the head and that the outer container in the Bottom area of the inner container to the outer dimension of the inner bucket is adjusted.
- the set inner bucket overlaps with its upper edge a collar of a corresponding protruding into the interior of the inner bucket Funnel section.
- the latter is supported by an edge groove on the edge of the Outer container held and can be lifted with the head of the waste container connected.
- the interior is also accessible via a hinged lid.
- FR-PS 1.587.486 is a waste container in the form of a wastebasket out.
- The consists of a corresponding basket-like inner bucket and an outer container surrounding it at a distance, accessible from above a hinged lid.
- the inner bucket is hooked in and tapers like that outer container surrounding it toward a bottom of the outer container.
- the Floor is connected to a foot, the wall of which forms a footprint of the Waste container diverges.
- the edge of the standing foot stands dimensionally relative to the tapered end of the waste collector back. Due to a truncated pyramid-like shape of the foot a recess between the two container-forming parts. Fig.1 this
- the forerunner gives the means of a floor mounting on site again in shape a screw sleeve, floor anchoring and lock nuts.
- the object of the invention is to use such a waste container advantageous train.
- the funnel section as Incidentally, rotationally symmetrical waste filling bevel transfers the waste clean the collar of the funnel section by continuing the Outer container in the bottom area of the inner bucket forms a waist, after which the wall of the outer container into a base arranged underneath extended, the stability of the waste collector is ensured. It can with respect to the base by crosswise to the collector's standing axis protruding booms.
- the Outer container in the waist has a horizontal partition that supports the inner bucket, can otherwise be open on the installation surface Socket of these to carry the waste container well under the edges.
- waste collector shown labeled throughout as waste container 1, is realized as a standing device. Its vertical length is three times the maximum diameter.
- the waste container 1 has an outer container 2. The latter closes at the top with a dome-shaped head 3 from.
- the head 3 it is contoured a hyperbolic, rotationally symmetrical design Dome. This can be achieved by deep drawing.
- the head 3 provides the access area for inserting the Waste. It points in its steeply sloping wall area a slot 4.
- the lid is closed.
- a hinged lid 5 is used. It is mounted in the head 3 along its upper edge. The joint axis appears there as a horizontal dash-dotted line Line and bears the reference number 6.
- the hinged lid 5 is spring-loaded in the closing direction.
- the outer container 2 is like a missile fuselage or more precisely a barrel-shaped vat. Its upper Edge 7 is chipped. The corresponding curl goes clear from Figure 5.
- circumscribed Opening 8 of the outer container 2 can be acting as a lid, insert or put the head 3 on. This can be effective up to an odor trap go.
- a plug-in projection is used with the lower edge of the head 3 plug-in projection connected on the inside 9th
- the rotationally symmetrical plug projection 9 settles going down into a funnel section 10. That is spatially clearly vertically spaced below the level or lower edge of the opening 4.
- the funnel slope is inclined so that impacting waste slips off.
- the funnel section serving as a waste filling slope 10 ends in a central funnel opening 11. That is formed by a downward collar 12.
- the collar 12 tapers to the mouth of the funnel opening 11 out.
- the collar wall forms a cone. Its slope is steeper to the longitudinal central axis x-x of the waste container 1 than that of the head subsequent funnel section 10.
- an edge 13 protrudes in the outer container 2 standing inside bucket 14 over peripheral the downward collar 12 of the funnel section 10. This ensures that the Waste into the interior 15 of the inner bucket 14.
- the light cone shape of the collar 12 is empathetic Effect.
- the basic direction is already given by the plug-in projection 9.
- the plug-in projection 9 is placed on the head side in one outward shoulder 16. That forms with the underside of the support for the Head 3.
- horizontal centering plane E1-E1 in the upper area of the floor unit horizontal centering plane E1-E1 is also in the lower transition area between the fuselage of the outer container 2 and a footprint Base 17 a second horizontal centering plane E2-E2 created between outer container 2 and inner bucket 14. Even if the waste container is tilted 1 there is no slipping between the two Elements 2,3 / 14.
- the inner bucket 14 rests on a horizontal partition 18 between the to the installation surface 19 of the waste container 1 open base 17.
- the horizontal partition 18, provided by a proportion Ceiling of the base 17 and an inward drawn Inner edge of the outer container 2 extends in the area a waist 20.
- the corresponding constriction can be clearly seen, for example, from FIG. 1. From the area starting from the waist 20, the wall of the Outer container 2 in the direction of the head 3 and the wall of the base 17 towards the footprint 19.
- the base height corresponds approximately to the radius of the maximum diameter the waste collector; the maximum outside diameter lies in the area of the centering plane E1-E1.
- the corresponding conditions are at least inside with regard to the fuselage, that is to say the outer container 2, in front. This continuously arcuate going to the waist 20 Tapering of the wall is in relation to the explained second centering level E2-E2 useful used.
- the inner bucket 14 For setting the inner bucket 14 is in the area the opening 8 of the outer container 2 a larger lights Available as the outside diameter of the is essentially cylindrical inner bucket 14. The one occurring in the direction of the longitudinal central axis x-x Difference in diameter on the inside of the outer container 2 is forming an inner lead-in slope S applied. The one that widens significantly towards head 3 Wall of the outer container 2 is in the bottom region 21 of the Inner bucket 14 to the outer dimension of inner bucket 14 customized. There is a small annular gap 22 between the bottom region 21 and the corresponding inner wall 23 leave outer container 2, just that it not stuck there.
- the inner bucket 14 has a setting edge 25. He is with a bottom ring 26 made of rubber or rubber-like Plastic (EPDM) occupied. That sums up the flanged End of the margin 25 clean and widening the area on.
- EPDM rubber-like Plastic
- the peripheral portion of the bottom ring 26 loads enough far from the cylindrical wall of the inner bucket 14 horizontally, so that the smooth ring body say bottom ring 26 slides well over the insertion slope S. This prevents ratchet noises when inserting or pulling out the inner bucket.
- the lead-in slope S leaves in the area of the opening and also good up to three quarters of the height of the inner bucket 14 a relatively large one, bridged by the funnel section 10 Annular gap 29 arise.
- the User reach in after removing the head 3 according to accessible inner bucket 14 or introduce.
- the annular gap 29 still used for a recessed grip in these reaching floors 30 just below the opening 8 of the outer container 2.
- the handle recesses 30 are diametrical Arranged opposite, so provided in pairs. In the slot bisector is the opening 4 of the head 3.
- the inner bucket 14 can be a foldable bow handles have on its wall near the edge (not ) Shown.
- the rolled upper edge 13 is for others but easy to grasp according to one achieved relatively wide bulge.
- the stand 34 facing the installation surface 19 of the Socket 17 is angled outwards and like that Inner bucket 14 equipped with a bottom ring 35, likewise made of rubber or rubber-like plastic (EPDM). Said bottom ring 35 follows, according to FIG. 4, into one Wavy edge of the wall of the base 17. It there is, as it were, a cross wing profile, reminiscent of a missile.
- EPDM rubber or rubber-like plastic
- the funnel section 10 can be applied in two parts so that first the dome-like dome in the form of the Head 3 is removed, then the annular funnel section 10, after which the inner bucket 14 is accessible stands.
- the partition 18 can also Have ventilation openings 37. They are inside stutz closely mimics.
- the insertion of the inner bucket 14 is done by rough aiming Introducing the bottom region 21 in the direction the horizontal partition 18 of the outer container 2. Die centering acting orientation results from the in the direction of the waist 20 Reduction in cross section of the inside diameter of the Outer container 2 until it is put on the bottom comes.
- the upper edge 13 of the inner bucket 14 takes with it full placement of the same on the partition 18 also automatically a center-oriented location on.
- the head 3 is placed under pre-adjusting Effect of the long enough to train Plug projection 9 of the funnel section 10, the Collar 12 into the opening of inner bucket 14 protruding pouring mouth forms.
