Claims (18)
- Leiter (10) mit Sprossen/Holm-Verbindungen, bei denen eine im wesentlichen rohrförmige Sprosse (14) den Holm (12) durchtritt und zur Verankerung in diesem endseitig umgebördelt ist, wobei der Holm (12) der Sprosse (14) benachbart eine Kraftübertragungsfläche (32) aufweist, die einen Drehanschlag (34) für die Sprosse (14) bildet wobei eine Anschlagfläche (30) dieser gegenüberliegend an der Sprosse (14) ausgebildet ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sprosse (14) über die Kraftübertragungsfläche (32) durch die Umbördelung (44) kraft-und formschlüssig unter Vorspannung mit dem Holm (12) verbunden ist.
- Leiter (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlagfläche (30) als Kraftübertragungsfläche ausgebildet ist .
- Leiter (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sprosse (14) endseitig unter Bildung eines Absatzes ausgeklinkt ist und der Drehanschlag (34) für die Sprosse (14) an einem nicht ausgeklinkten Teil der Sprosse (14) gebildet ist.
- Leiter (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sprosse (14) außen unrund ausgebildet ist und insbesondere eine Schrägstellung gegen die Längsachse des Holms (12) aufweist.
- Leiter (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Holm (12) doppelwandig d.h. mit einer äußeren Wand (40) und einer inneren Wand (36) ausgebildet, die Sprosse an der äußeren Wand (40) umgebördelt und der inneren Wand (36) ein- oder beidseitig benachbart aufgeweitet ist.
- Leiter (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlagfläche (30) des Holmes (12) eine vorzugsweise stranggepreßte Kante ist, die insbesondere in beide Drehrichtungen einen Drehanschlag (34) für die Sprosse (14) bildet.
- Leiter (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sprosse (14) rund, insbesondere kreisrund umgebördelt ist.
- Leiter (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Holm (12) einen zurückspringenden Bereich (38, 42) aufweist, dessen Rücksprungmaß im wesentlichen der Umbördelung (44) entspricht.
- Leiter (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Holm (12) eine Hinterschneidung (56, 58) aufweist, in welche ein unrunder Teil der Sprosse (14) eingreift.
- Leiter (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Sprosse (14) zugewandte Wand (36) des Holms (12) einen zum Inneren des Holms hin rückspringenden Bereich (38) aufweist, an dessen Seite die Anschlagfläche (30) ausgebildet ist.
- Leiter (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlagfläche (30) durch eine Schrägfläche gebildet ist, die sich in einem Winkel von 20 bis 70°, bevorzugt etwa 45° zur Achse der Sprosse (14) erstreckt.
- Leiter (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sprosse (14) zur Bildung einer Stufe an ihrer Oberseite zwei Flügel (18) aufweist, die mindestens teilweise formschlüssig an dem Holm (12) anliegen.
- Leiter (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sprosse (14) mindestens eine Ausnehmung aufweist, die für die Aufnahme eines Zusatzelements(24), insbesondere aus Kunststoff, bestimmt ist.
- Leiter (10) nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zusatzelement (24) zwischen den Flügeln (18) aufgenommen ist und daß inbesondere mindestens einer der Flügel (18) angerollt ist.
- Leiter (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Aufweitung des Sprossenendes (28) lediglich über einen Teil des Innenumfangs der Sprosse (14) erfolgt, insbesondere an drei oder vier gleichmäßig um den Umfang verteilten Stellen, mit einer Gesamtabdeckung von weniger als der Hälfte des Umfangs der Sprosse (14).
- Leiter (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Holm (12) und Sprosse (14) eine Hilfselement (50,52) eingeklemmt ist, das insbesondere formschlüssig an dem Holm gehalten ist und einen Formschluß für die Sprosse (14) bietet, und daß die Kontur des Holmes (12) im wesentlichen der Kontur des Hilfselements (50, 52) entspricht.
- Leiter (10) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umbördelung (44) im wesentlichen den gesamten zurückspringenden Bereich (42) des Holms (12) ausfüllt.
- Leiter (10) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Ausklinken der Sprosse in dem dem zurückspringenden Bereich (38) zugewandten Teil stärker erfolgt, so daß dort ein Spiel in Richtung der Sprossenachse zwischen Sprosse (14) und Holm (12) verbleibt:
