Claims (42)

- Dispositif suivant la revendication 31 et l'une des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que le bloc latéral (6') présente en section transversale à la direction de transport (53) une forme en Z, la traverse transversale (9) étant disposée sur la branche verticale (52) du bloc latéral (6').
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 31 et l'une des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que le bloc latéral (6") est réalisé en L et la traverse transversale (9) est fixée sur la branche verticale (55) du « L », tandis qu'une broche transversale (47) est disposée entre la branche horizontale (56) du « L » et la traverse transversale (9).
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 33, caractérisé en ce qu'un arbre de blocage (46) s'étendant dans la direction de transport (53) est disposé au travers de l'ouverture (54) formée par les branches (55, 56) du bloc latéral (6"), la broche transversale (47) et la traverse transversale (9).
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 2 à 34, caractérisé en ce que le bloc latéral (6"') présente un tube rond (57) s'étendant dans la direction de transport (53) avec un fer plat (58) fixé sur ce dernier et s'étendant à peu près horizontalement et la traverse transversale (9) est fixée au tube rond (57).
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 35, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre de blocage (46) est disposé à l'intérieur du tube rond (57).
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 36, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'opposé de la branche horizontale supérieure (59) du bloc latéral (6') est disposé un bras (61) dépassant latéralement du bloc latéral (6') qui présente à son extrémité un axe enfichable vertical (62) qui vient en prise dans une douille (63) d'un châssis (1) suivant ou précédent qui est fixée sur le bloc latéral (6').
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 37, caractérisé en ce que sur le renfort latéral (7) est prévu un autre bras (64) comprenant un autre axe enfichable (65) qui vient en prise dans un disque perforé (66) sur le bloc latéral (6') d'un châssis (1) suivant ou précédent.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 37 et 38, caractérisé en ce que le premier bras latéral (61) est disposé sur la branche verticale (52) du bloc latéral (6') et l'axe enfichable raccourci (62') vient en prise dans une douille raccourcie (63').
- Procédé de stockage, de manutention et de transport de pièces pour un traitement de surface, par exemple par immersion, lors de la galvanisation à chaud, du vernissage ou du dépôt de poudre, les pièces étant accrochées à un châssis, caractérisé en ce que le châssis (1) présente des blocs latéraux (6) sur lesquels sont disposées des renforts latéraux (7) qui sont reliés à leur extrémité au moyen d'un arbre transversal (8) sur lequel sont fixés les crochets (4, 5), et que les pièces (2, 3) suspendues aux crochets (4, 5) sont verrouillées lors d'un transport à accumulation par l'arbre transversal (8) s'étendant au voisinage du sommet inférieur (30) des crochets (4, 5) d'un châssis (1) suivant ou précédent dans la direction de transport.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 40, caractérisé en ce que les blocs latéraux (6) sont reliés au moyen d'une traverse transversale (9) et les renforts (7) sont fixés à la traverse transversale (9).
- Procédé de stockage, de manutention et de transport de pièces pour un traitement de surface, par exemple par immersion, lors de la galvanisation à chaud, du vernissage ou du dépôt de poudre, les pièces étant accrochées à un châssis, caractérisé en ce que le châssis (1) présente des blocs latéraux (6) qui sont reliés au moyen d'une traverse transversale (9), un entretoisement par renforts (11) étant disposé entre chaque crochet (4, 5) et la traverse transversale (9) et les crochets (4, 5) étant disposés aux extrémités des renforts (11) de telle sorte que les pointes des crochets (4, 5) touchent ou chevauchent les dos de crochets ou branches (12) du châssis (1) suivant, et les pièces (2, 3) suspendues aux crochets (4, 5) sont verrouillées sur le crochet (4, 5) lors d'un transport à accumulation par un châssis (1) suivant ou précédent dans la direction de transport.
