Description
- un poinçon fixé au coulisseau de la presse et dont l'extrémité inférieure porte deux lames transversales qui sont fixées de manière pendulaire sur celui-ci au moyen de deux axes parallèles,
- une matrice fixée sur la semelle de la presse et comprenant d'une part des moyens, qui se combinent avec des moyens conjugués portés par le poinçon, pour ouvrir ces deux lames selon un angle d'ouverture donné qui correspond à l'angle au sommet dudit triangle, et comprenant d'autre part une table mobile montée sur un organe de répulsion élastique, cette table s'enfonçant, de manière télescopique et sous la pression des deux lames alors ouvertes, dans une cavité correspondante de la matrice, cette cavité étant de longueur inférieure à celle hors-tout de la branche horizontale du profilé en U d'une valeur sensiblement égale à deux fois l'épaisseur de la plaque à replier, forçant alors les deux branches latérales du profilé en U à continuer à se replier l'une vers l'autre pour venir se plaquer contre ces lames,
- sur le poinçon, au moins un couple de biellettes qui sont respectivement placées en bout de chacune des lames, dans leur prolongement, et qui sont solidarisées à ces lames,
- sur la matrice, au moins une table latérale placée au droit de ces deux biellettes, cette table étant mobile verticalement et montée sur un organe de répulsion élastique, la surface supérieure de cette table étant conformée pour obliger, lorsqu'elles viennent appuyer sur cette table, les deux biellettes conjuguées à s'écarter l'une de l'autre jusqu'au dit angle d'écartement déterminé.

Claims (6)
- Poste de pliage faisant partie d'un outil à suivre destiné à effectuer le pliage sur presse d'une plaque métallique mince (1), prédécoupée et préformée, pour la réalisation d'un profilé plié et fermé par recouvrement, cette plaque ayant été déjà pliée selon un profilé à section en U dans un ou plusieurs postes précédents de l'outil à suivre,
caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, afin d'effectuer, en une seule et même descente du coulisseau de la presse, un repliement partiel et simultané des deux branches latérales (2, 3) du profilé en U l'une vers l'autre pour former un triangle (40) sensiblement isocèle et ouvert à son sommet (36):un poinçon (4) fixé au coulisseau de la presse et dont l'extrémité inférieure porte deux lames transversales (11, 12) qui sont fixées de manière pendulaire sur celui-ci au moyen de deux axes parallèles (9, 10),une matrice (5) fixée sur la semelle de la presse et comprenant d'une part des moyens (20), qui se combinent avec des moyens conjugués (15, 16) portés par le poinçon (4), pour ouvrir ces deux lames (11, 12) selon un angle d'ouverture donné qui correspond à l'angle au sommet dudit triangle (40), et comprenant d'autre part une table mobile (25) montée sur un organe de répulsion élastique (26), cette table s'enfonçant, de manière télescopique et sous la pression des deux lames (11, 12) alors ouvertes, dans une cavité (24) correspondante de la matrice, cette cavité étant de longueur (L1) inférieure à celle hors-tout (L2) de la branche horizontale (39) du profilé en U d'une valeur sensiblement égale à deux fois l'épaisseur de la plaque (1) à replier, forçant alors les deux branches latérales (2, 3) du profilé en U (1) à continuer à se replier l'une vers l'autre pour venir se plaquer contre ces lames (11, 12), de sorte que, lorsque le coulisseau remonte ensuite, les lames (11, 12) se libèrent d'elles-mêmes desdits moyens d'ouverture (15, 16, 20) et reviennent pendre sous le poinçon (4), ce qui leur permet de passer alors par l'ouverture restante (36) au sommet dudit triangle (40) et donc de se dégager de la plaque (1) ainsi partiellement repliée. - Poste de pliage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens pour ouvrir ces lames (11, 12) d'un angle donné comportent :sur le poinçon (4), au moins un couple de biellettes (15, 16) qui sont respectivement placées en bout de chacune des lames (11, 12), dans leur prolongement, et qui sont solidarisées à ces lames,sur la matrice (5), au moins une table latérale (20) placée au droit de ces deux biellettes, cette table (20) étant mobile verticalement et montée sur un organe de répulsion élastique (26), la surface supérieure (28) de cette table (20) étant conformée (29, 30, 31) pour obliger, lorsqu'elles viennent appuyer sur cette table (20), les deux biellettes conjuguées (15, 16) à s'écarter l'une de l'autre jusqu'au dit angle d'écartement déterminé.
- Poste de pliage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite table latérale (20) est solidaire de la table mobile (25) de la matrice (19).
- Poste de pliage selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que les biellettes (15, 16) sont plus longues que les lames (11, 12) dont elles sont respectivement solidaires, et en ce que leur table conjuguée (20) est dimensionnée et positionnée de sorte que ces biellettes (15, 16) viennent s'appuyer sur elle, et donc s'écarter, avant que ces lames (11, 12) ne s'appuient sur le profilé en U (1).
- Poste de pliage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la surface supérieure (28) de ladite table latérale (20), forme deux logements courbes et symétriques (29, 30), aptes chacun à recevoir une biellette respective (15, 16), ces deux logements (29, 30) se rejoignant pour former une ligne de pointe (31) de séparation et d'écartement des deux biellettes (15, 16), et présentant, à l'opposé de cette ligne de pointe (31), un arrondi respectif (32, 33) assez prononcé pour stopper l'écartement de ces biellettes.
- Poste de pliage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite table mobile (25) de la matrice (19) fait partie d'un logement (23) de réception et de positionnement dudit profilé en U (1).
