Claims (17)
- Vorrichtung (1) zur Verpackung und zur Ausgabe eines Produkts (P) unter Druck, das in einer Tasche (6) mit biegsamen Wänden enthalten ist, die mit einem Ventil (12) in Verbindung steht, wobei die Tasche (6) in einem Außenbehälter (2) angeordnet ist, wobei ein Treibgas (G) in dem zwischen dem Außenbehälter (2) und der Tasche (6) gebildeten Raum (8) enthalten ist, wobei das Ventil (12) auf eine Schale (11) montiert ist, wobei Mittel (13) die Befestigung der Schale (11) und eines offenen Rands (15) der Tasche (6) auf einem Rand (4) des Außenbehälters ermöglichen, wobei eine Dichtung (20) es ermöglicht, wenn sie zwischen den Befestigungsmitteln (13) und dem Rand (4) des Behälters zusammengedrückt wird, eine Dichtheit zwischen dem Gas, dem Produkt und der Außenumgebung herzustellen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung einen Absatz (24, 32, 43) aufweist, der entweder von der Dichtung (20) in der nicht zusammengedrückten Stellung oder von den Befestigungsmitteln (13) oder von dem Rand (4) des Außenbehälters gebildet wird, um ein im Wesentlichen gleichmäßiges Zusammendrücken zumindest eines Teils der Dichtung (20) zu beiden Seiten des Absatzes zu gewährleisten (24, 32, 42, 43).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Bereich (23) der Dichtung (20) zwischen dem Rand (4) des Außenbehälters und dem offenen Rand (15) der Tasche (6) oder zwischen dem offenen Rand (15) der Tasche (6) und den Befestigungsmitteln (13) eingeschlossen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bereich (23) der Dichtung (20), der zwischen dem Rand (4) des Außenbehälters und dem offenen Rand (15) der Tasche (6) oder zwischen dem offenen Rand (15) der Tasche (6) und den Befestigungsmitteln (13) eingeschlossen ist, aus einem inneren ringförmigen Bereich (23) der Dichtung (20) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der offene Rand (15) der Tasche (6) vor dem Absatz (24, 32, 43) und vorzugsweise in Kontakt mit diesem angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (20) von einem von der Tasche (6) unterschiedlichen Element gebildet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Bereich (22) der Dichtung (20) direkt zwischen dem Rand (4) des Behälters und den Befestigungsmitteln (13) eingeschlossen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bereich (22) der Dichtung (20), der direkt zwischen dem Rand (4) des Behälters und den Befestigungsmitteln (13) eingeschlossen ist, von einem äußeren ringförmigen Bereich (22) der Dichtung (20) gebildet wird.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Absatz (24, 32, 43) eine Stärke im Wesentlichen gleich der Stärke des offenen Rands (15) der Tasche (6) hat.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Absatz (24) von der Dichtung (20) gebildet wird.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (20) ringförmig ist, wobei ein innerer ringförmiger Abschnitt (23) der Dichtung eine geringere Stärke hat als die Stärke eines äußeren ringförmigen Abschnitts (22) der Dichtung.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Absatz (43) von einem umgebogenen ringförmigen Rand (13) der Schale (11) gebildet wird, der die Befestigungsmittel bildet.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Absatz (32) von einem umgebogenen ringförmigen Rand (4) des Außenbehälters (2) gebildet wird.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (20) über einen Bereich (23) ihrer radialen Breite zwischen dem freien Rand (15) der Tasche (6) und den Befestigungsmitteln (13) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (20) über einen Bereich (23) ihrer radialen Breite zwischen dem freien Rand (15) der Tasche (6) und dem Rand (4) des Außenbehälters (2) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stärke des Absatzes (24, 32, 43) zwischen 0,03 mm und 1 mm, und vorzugsweise zwischen 0,1 mm und 0,5 mm liegt.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigung der Schale (11) und des offenen Rands (15) der Tasche (6) auf dem Rand (4) des Außenbehälters (2) durch Crimpen erhalten wird.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigung der Schale (11) und des offenen Rands (15) der Tasche (6) auf einem Rand (4) des Außenbehälters (2) durch Einwalzen erhalten wird.
