Claims (12)
- Streustation zum gleichmäßigen Ablegen eines streufähigen Materials (7) auf einer kontinuierlich bewegbaren Unterlage (1) mittels mindestens einer rotierend antreibbaren Walze (4, 10, 11, 12) und einer Vorrichtung (2) zur Erzeugung eines Luftstromes (6), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze (4, 10, 11, 12) im Bereich des Zuluftstroms (3) angeordnet ist.
- Streustation nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze (4, 10, 11, 12) unterhalb der Materialzuführung (7) und horizontal seitlich zum Zuluftbereich (3) und quer zur Förderrichtung (1) angeordnet ist.
- Streustation nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser der Walze (4) mindestens den gesamten zugeführten Materialstrom (7) abdeckt.
- Streustation nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Zuluftbereich (3) mehrere Walzen (10, 11, 12) vertikal untereinander und/oder horizontal nebeneinander angeordnet sind.
- Streustation nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walzen (4, 10, 11, 12) mindestens den Zuluftbereich (3) überdecken, wobei die Walzen (4, 10, 11, 12) gleiche oder unterschiedliche Durchmesser besitzen und in gleiche oder unterschiedliche Drehrichtung antreibbar sind.
- Streustation nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß horizontal unterhalb des Zuluftbereichs (3) eine oder mehrere Walzen (13, 14, 15) angeordnet sind, die gleiche oder unterschiedliche Walzendurchmesser aufweisen und gleiche oder unterschiedliche Speichenabstände, Stababstände, Seilabstände oder Rohrabstände besitzen.
- Streustation nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zuluftstrom (3) abschaltbar ist.
- Streustation nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze aus mindestens zwei Endscheiben und einer Vielzahl dazwischen angeordneter dünner Stäbe, Speichen, Seile oder Rohre besteht.
- Streustation nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze (4, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15) als wellenlose Walze mit in Drehrichtung biegeweichen Stäben, Speichen, Seilen und/oder Rohren ausgebildet ist, wobei Mittel zur Verdrehsicherung der Endscheiben gegeneinander vorgesehen sind.
- Streustation nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur Verdrehsicherung aus elektrisch oder mechanisch synchronisierten Antrieben bestehen.
- Streustation nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur Verdrehsicherung aus Diagonalverspannungen und/oder rohrförmigen biegesteifen Abstandshaltern bestehen.
- Streustation nach den Ansprüchen 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stäbe, Speichen, Seile und/oder Rohre parallel verlaufen und im Querschnitt der Endscheiben strahlenförmig halbrund gekrümmt, sternförmig gerade, rosettenförmig, koaxial, spiralförmig oder in davon abgewandelter Form angeordnet sind.
