Claims (10)
- Einrichtung zum Behandeln eines Gutes mit einem rotationssymmetrischen Behälter (3, 103), einem in den Innenraum des Behälters (3, 103) mündenden Gut-Einlass (6) und einem aus diesem herausführenden Gut-Auslass (10, 110), einem Rührwerk (12, 112) mit einer Welle und mindestens einem Rührorgan (17, 117), dadurch gekennzeichnet dass der Behälter (3, 103) eine obere und eine untere Halbschale (4, 5; 104, 105) mit je einer vertikalen Rotationsachse besitzt, dass in der oberen Halbschale (4, 104) der Gut-Einlass (6) und in der unteren Halbschale (5, 105) der Gut-Auslass (10, 110) angeordnet ist, dass die untere Halbschale (4, 104) vom übrigen Teil des Behälters (3, 103) trennbar ist und dass die Welle des Rührwerkes (12, 112) um eine vertikale oder höchstens 30° geneigte Achse (14), 114) drehbar und mit einer auf der oberen Halbschale (4, 104) angeordneten Antriebsvorrichtung (8,108) verbunden ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Zerhacker (13, 113) besitzt, dessen Welle um eine vertikale Achse (15) drehbar und mit einer auf der oberen Halbschale (4, 104) angeordneten Antriebsvorrichtung (9, 109) verbunden ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Halbschale (4, 104) zum Einbau in die Decke (2, 102) eines Produktionsraumes (50, 150) bestimmt ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Halbschalen (4, 5) so über ein Gelenk (20) miteinander verbunden sind, dass die untere Halbschale (5) um eine horizontale Achse (21) nach unten verschwenkbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Halbschale (105) so am Tragarm (121) einer Hub- und Senkvorrichtung (120) befestigt ist, dass sie sich von der oberen Halbschale (104) trennen und vertikal nach unten verschieben und dann horizontal verschwenken lässt.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (3) kugelförmig ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gut-Auslass (10) am Boden der unteren Halbschale (5) angeordnet ist und dass die Welle des Rührwerkes (12) um eine gegenüber der Vertikalachse des Behälters (3) höchstens 20° geneigte Achse drehbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rührwerk (12) kühl- und/oder beheizbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rührwerk (12) noch zusätzlich mit einer Gaszuführung ausgestattet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 8 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gaszuführung so ausgebildet und angeordnet ist, dass das Gas beim Betrieb durch die Rührbeheizung vorgewärmt werden kann bevor es in den Innenraum des Behälters gelangt.
