Abstract
一种球形混合器(1)形式的混合干燥器,其包括上容器壳体(2)和下容器壳体(3),该容器壳体(2)和(3)可沿着分界面(T)一起关闭。具有搅拌器轴(11)及搅拌元件(12,12′,12″)的搅拌器(7)固定到上容器壳体(2)上。搅拌器轴线(R)相对于竖直轴线(V)倾斜。分界面(T)垂直于搅拌器轴线(R)。搅拌元件(12,12′,12″)位于分界面(T)下方。枢轴(14)位于分界面(T)中,使得球形干燥器(1)的容器(B)能够打开进行清洗。
Description
本发明涉及一种基于权利要求1的上位概念的混合干燥器。
这种混合干燥器用于制造药学制品或化学制品(诸如药品或食品)。混合干燥器在业内广为人知,并在(例如)EP-1′118′381中有所描述。这些装置包括具有转动主体形式的容器,其中转动主体包括两个可分离的半壳体,而半壳体又具有基本上水平的分界面。上半壳体经由制造室的顶部凸出,以便能够在制造室上方布置用于搅拌器或振动器的马达单元,并在空间上与该制造室隔开。将处理过的物料取出可通过下半壳体中的物料出口来实现。为了进行清洗,下半壳体可通过枢轴向下绕枢轴转动,或者沿垂直方向向下重新定位并沿水平方向绕枢轴转动。为了能够将物料出口布置在容器的最低点,搅拌器的轴相对于竖直轴线倾斜大约20°。
遗憾的是,清洗这种装置中的上半壳体已经证明是费力的,也就是说不能够彻底地进行清洗,原因是当容器打开时,搅拌器的或者这个搅拌元件或者那个搅拌元件会凸出到上半壳体中。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供以下形式的混合干燥器,即混合干燥器具有布置在容器最底部的物料出口,由此能够以轻松的方式对内壁进行彻底的清洗。
这一目的可基于本发明通过具有权利要求1的特征的球形混合器形式的混合干燥器来实现,尤其是通过以下形式的混合干燥器来实现,即其搅拌器的轴线相对于竖直轴线倾斜,并且其分界面位于相对于搅拌器轴线正交的两个容器壳体之间,搅拌元件由此不延伸到下容器壳体上方。
本发明其它优选的实施例显示了从属权项的特征。
有利地,搅拌器的轴线相对于竖直平面倾斜14°到18°,优选地倾斜16°,并且两个容器壳体通过枢轴可相对于彼此绕枢轴转动。尤其有利的是,枢轴布置在分界面之内或分界面之上,并且在赤道面下方。另外,在优选的实施例中,搅拌元件设置有输送通道,热流体(例如水蒸汽)可在输送管道中循环,以由此加热搅拌元件。
基于本发明的混合干燥器的有利之处对于专家而言是显而易见的。首先,搅拌器的倾斜为改进物料的混合提供了条件。同时,分界面相对于搅拌器的正交布置,以及搅拌元件的适当尺寸设置使得上容器壳体能够在打开时完全露出。
以下将借助于附图及示范性的实施例对本发明进行更详细的描述。其中:
图1显示了穿过基于本发明的混合干燥器的截面。
显示在图1中的球形干燥器1形式的混合干燥器基本上包括两个容器壳体2,3。在所显示的实施例中,上容器壳体2延伸穿过基板4,该基板4将动力间5与制造间6隔开,以完全防止任何来自动力间5中的污染物进入制造间6中。搅拌器7、进料口8以及器具转接器9,10固定在上容器壳体2中朝向动力间的区域中。搅拌器7、其搅拌器轴11及其搅拌元件12,12′,12″延伸到下容器壳体3中。出口阀13布置在下容器壳体3的最底部。基于本发明,两个容器壳体2,3可沿分界面T关闭,其中该分界面T与搅拌器轴线R基本上正交,即朝向水平的赤道面H倾斜。该分界面T还可视为搅拌元件12,12′,12″的运动包络线的分界面。已经证明,将枢轴14布置在该分界面T中尤其有利,原因是这样可使搅拌元件12,12′,12″的轮廓更精确地(即以最小的公差)沿循容器B的内轮廓。可以理解,锁紧装置15布置在朝向枢轴14的一侧。
在该球形混合器1的另一个实施例中,搅拌器轴11及搅拌元件12,12′,12″中设置有通道,该通道允许热流体16在这些元件中循环。对于本发明而言,其根本之处在于搅拌元件12,12′,12″不延伸到下容器壳体3或分界面T的上方,以便保证当容器B打开时,这些搅拌元件12,12′,12″使上容器壳体2的内表面完全露出。
在实践中,这种球形干燥器的容器具有400升到4000升之间的容积。具体地讲,它们用于药品或食品行业中的颗粒或粉末状的物质的生产,这意味着需要容器达到高等级清洁度的要求。
Claims (8)
1.一种球形混合器(1)形式的混合干燥器,其容器(B)包括上容器壳体(2)和下容器壳体(3),所述上容器壳体(2)和下容器壳体(3)可沿着分界面(T)一起关闭,其中,所述上容器壳体(2)上布置有搅拌器(7),该搅拌器(7)具有搅拌器轴(11)及搅拌元件(12,12′,12″),并且该搅拌器(7)的搅拌器轴线(R)相对于竖直轴线(V)倾斜,其特征在于,所述分界面(T)与所述搅拌器轴线(R)垂直,且所述搅拌元件(12,12′,12″)完全位于所述下容器壳体(3)中,即,它们并不延伸到所述上容器壳体(2)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合干燥器,其特征在于,所述搅拌器轴线(R)相对于所述竖直轴线(V)倾斜16°。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合干燥器,其特征在于,所述上容器壳体(2)延伸穿过水平的基板(4),该基板(4)将制造间(6)与动力间(5)隔开。
4.根据权利要求1所述的混合干燥器,其特征在于,所述上容器壳体(2)和下容器壳体(3)可通过枢轴(14)相对于彼此转动。
5.根据权利要求4所述的混合干燥器,其特征在于,所述枢轴(14)处于所述分界面(T)中。
6.根据权利要求1所述的混合干燥器,其特征在于,所述下容器壳体(3)在其最低区域中设置有出口阀(13)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的混合干燥器,其特征在于,所述搅拌元件(12,12′,12″)沿循所述容器的内轮廓。
8.根据权利要求1所述的混合干燥器,其特征在于,所述搅拌元件(12,12′,12″)具有用于加热其的物质。
