Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum Kräuseln tuchartigen Materials, insbesondere textilen Materials oder von Leder, gekennzeichnet durch ein in Transportrichtung des Nähgutes einer Nähmaschine (1) unmittelbar vor dem Nähfuß (4) angeordnetes Zahnradpaar (10, 11) mit quer zur Transportrichtung liegenden Zahnradachsen, zwischen dessen miteinander in Eingriff stehenden Zahnrädern (10, 11) das Material (8) hindurchführbar ist, und durch ein dem das Zahnradpaar (10, 11) verlassenden gekräuselten Material (8) vor dem Nähfuß (4) zuführbares Fixierband (13), das dann mit dem Material (8) vernähbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eingriffsstelle der beiden Zahnräder (10, 11) etwa in der Ebene der Stichplatte der Nähmaschine (1) liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der gegenseitige Abstand der Zahnräder (10, 11) veränderbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das unter der Stichplatte angeordnete Zahnrad (11) eine relativ zur Achse des über der Stichplatte angeordneten Zahnrades (10) verstellbare Achse hat.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eines der Zahnräder (10, 11) des Zahnradpaares mit einer Antriebsvorrichtung gekoppelt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Transportrichtung des Materials (8) nach dem Nähfuß (4) der Nähmaschine (1) eine das gekräuselte und mit dem Fixierband (13) vernähte Material (8) in Transportrichtung beaufschlagende Abzugswalze (14) angeordnet ist.
