Claims (14)
- Stufenloser Fahrzeugtürfeststeller, welcher aus einer ein starres Türhalteglied bildenden, an einen der Türanordnungsteile Tür und Türsäule um eine zur Türscharnierachse parallele Achse (1) schwenkbar angelenkten Spindel (2) und einer dieser zugeordneten, am anderen Türanordnungsteil in einem feststehenden Gehäuse angeordnete und rotierbar gelagerte Spindelmutter (4) sowie einer der Spindelmutter (4) zugeordneten Brems- und Feststelleinrichtung besteht, wobei die Spindelmutter (4) und die Brems- und Feststelleinrichtung in einem um eine zur Achse der Spindel (2) senkrechte Achse schwenkbar an dem zugehörigen Türanordnungsteil angelenkten Haltergehäuse (3) aufgenommen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Spindelmutter (4) zugeordnete Brems- und Feststelleinrichtung durch einen zu ihr konzentrisch angeordneten, doppeltwirkenden und schaltbaren Freilauf (5) gebildet ist. - Fahrzeugtürfeststeller nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dem Freilauf (5) zugeordnete Schalteinrichtung am Haltergehäuse (3) angeordnete und durch an der Tür angreifende Öffnungs- oder Schließkräfte entgegen einer Federlast in ihre Schaltstellung verbringbare Eingriffsmittel umfaßt.
- Fahrzeugtürfeststeller nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spindelmutter (4) samt dem zu ihr konzentrisch angeordneten, die Brems- und Feststelleinrichtung bildenden, doppeltwirkenden und schaltbarem Freilauf (5) in einem Bremsgehäuse (6) aufgenommen ist, welches seinerseits in beiden Richtungen entgegen einer Federlast axial verschieblich an einer Anzahl konzentrisch zur Spindel angeordneter Führungsstangen (8) in dem Haltergehäuse (3) aufgehängt ist.
- Fahrzeugtürfeststeller nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das die Lagerung der Spindelmutter (6) und den Freilauf aufnehmende Bremsgehäuse (6) vermittels an seinen beiden Stirnseiten (10, 11) angreifender und auf den Führungsstangen (8) im Haltergehäuse (3) angeordneten Schraubenfedern (9) relativ zu dessen feststehenden Bereich verschieblich innerhalb des Haltergehäuses (3) abgestützt ist.
- Fahrzeugtürfeststeller nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der doppelt wirkende und schaltbare Freilauf (5) drei zwischen einem Innenring (13) und einem Außenring (14) angeordnete und in Richtung auf ihre Klemmstellung durch Federn belastete Freilaufrollen aufweist, wobei der Innenring (13) drehsicher mit der Spindelmutter (4) und der Außenring (14) drehsicher mit dem Bremsgehäuse (6) verbunden ist und wobei der Innenring (13) vermittels eines Sicherungsrings axial unverschieblich an der Spindelmutter (4) festgelegt ist.
- Fahrzeugtürfeststeller nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spindelmutter (4) samt dem Innenring (13) des Freilaufs (5) über Schrägkugellager (16) im Bremsgehäuse (6) gelagert und der Außenring (14) des Freilaufs in axialer Richtung über einen Anschlag gegen das Bremsgehäuse (6) abgestützt ist.
- Fahrzeugtürfeststeller nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Abschalten des Freilaufs (5) ein starr mit dem Haltergehäuse (3) verbundener und eine der Anzahl der Klemmrollen (15) des Freilaufs (5) entsprechende Anzahl von Schaltfingern (17) aufweisender Mitnehmerkäfig (18) zugeordnet ist, dessen Schaltfinger (17) über Schrägflächen mit einer ihrerseits auf die Klemmrollen (15) des Freilaufs (5) wirkenden Ausrückscheibe (21) zusammenwirken.
- Fahrzeugtürfeststeller nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Offenhalten des Freilaufs (5) in beiden Bewegungsrichtungen der Tür eine im Bereich des Außenrings (14) des Freilaufs (5) untergebrachte Kipphebelanordnung zugeordnet ist, welche um zur Spindelachse parallele Achsen (23) schwenkbare Kipphebel (24) aufweist, die ihrerseits mittels in Abhängigkeit von der Türbewegung drehangetriebener Greifer (25) verstellbar sind.
- Fahrzeugtürfeststeller nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit den Kipphebeln (24) zusammenwirkenden Greifer (25) mit einer durch die Spindel (2) antreibbaren Steuermutter (30) gekoppelt sind.
- Fahrzeugtürfeststeller nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Antriebszug zwischen Steuermutter (30) und Greifer (25) ein Rotationsdämpfer, insbesondere eine Viskokupplung (29), eingeschaltet ist.
- Fahrzeugtürfeststeller nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kipphebel (24) um zu den Klemmrollen (15) des Freilaufs (5) parallele Achsen schwenkbar am Außenring (14) des Freilaufes (5) bzw. am Bremsgehäuse (6) gelagert sind und über ihren einen Hebelarm (27) auf die verlängerten Achsen (20) der Klemmrollen (15) wirken.
- Fahrzeugtürfeststeller nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Haltergehäuse (3) durch ein gebautes Blechgehäuse und das Bremsgehäuse (6) durch ein Formteil gebildet ist.
- Fahrzeugtürfeststeller nach Anspruch 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bremsgehäuse (6) über angeformte Ohren (7) an den Führungsstangen (8) im Haltergehäuse (3) geführt ist.
- Fahrzeugtürfeststeller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Haltergehäuse (3) in seiner Gesamtheit um eine zur Türscharnierachse parallele Achse (1) schwenkbar am Türkörper angeschlagen ist, wobei ein mit dem Haltergehäuse (3) verbundener und im wesentlichen vertikal ausgerichteter Träger (31) vermittels an seinen beiden Enden angeordneter Lageraugen (33) in je einem einen entsprechend angeordneten Lagerzapfen aufweisenden Lagerbock (32) aufgenommen ist.
