Claims (13)
- Verfahren zur Kontaktierung sicherheitstechnisch überwachbarer Seile (1), bestehend aus Litzen (10), welche aus elektrisch isolierenden Kunstfasern und aus elektrisch leitenden Indikatorfasern (9) aufgebaut sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehr als zwei Indikatorfasern (9) mittels eines an einem Kunstfaserseilende angebrachten Kontaktelements (13,18,38,41,44,52) elektrisch leitend miteinander verbindbar sind.
- Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrisch leitende Verbindung messtechnisch erfasst wird und als Referenzwert gespeichert wird.
- Kontaktierungseinrichtung zum Herstellen einer leitenden Verbindung von Indikatorfasern (9) an einem Ende eines aus elektrisch isolierenden Kunstfasern und elektrisch leitenden Indikatorfasern (9) bestehenden, sicherheitstechnisch überwachbaren Kunstfaserseils (6,7), mit einem Kontaktelement (13,18,38,41,44,52) zum elektrisch leitenden Verbinden mindestens zweier Indikatorfasern (9) und Befestigungsmitteln (15,20,22,23,24,25,30,31,52), welche das Kontaktelement (13,18,38,41,44,52) und die Indikatorfasern (9) in ihrer Lage zueinander festlegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehr als zwei Indikatorfasern (9) mittels eines Kontaktelements (13,18,38,41,44,52) elektrisch leitend miteinander verbunden sind.
- Kontaktierungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kontaktelement (13,18,38,41,44,52) stirnflächig am Kunstfaserseilende angebracht ist.
- Kontaktierungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kontaktelement (13,18,38,41,44) mittels Befestigungsmittel (15,20,22,23,24,25,30,31) gegen die Stirnseite des Seilendes gespannt ist.
- Kontaktierungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kontaktelement (13,18,38,41,44) ringförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Kontaktierungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Kurzschlussmuffe (40) mittels selbsschneidendem Gewinde (42) auf das freie Seilende aufschraubbar ist.
- Kontaktierungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine elektrisch leitende Klebstoffschicht (52) auf das freie Seilende aufgebracht ist.
- Kontaktierungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine elastisch verformbare Überstülpmuffe (53) über die elektrisch leitende Klebstoffschicht am freien Seilende des Kunstfaserseils (10) gestülpt ist.
- Sicherheitstechnisch überwachbares Kunstfaserseil (6,7), aus Litzen (10), welche Litzen (10) aus elektrisch isolierenden Kunstfasern und aus elektrisch leitenden Indikatorfasern (9) bestehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Kunstfaserseilende eine Kontaktierungseinrichtung (1,2,3,4,5,51) aufweist, welche mehr als zwei Indikatorfasern elektrisch miteinander kontaktiert.
- Sicherheitstechnisch überwachbares Kunstfaserseil (6,7) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Kunstfaserseile (6) in paralleler Lage zueinander über einen gemeinsamen Seilmantel (8) fixiert sind.
- Sicherheitstechnisch überwachbares Kunstfaserseil (6,7) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Kontaktelemente (44) der einzelnen Kunstfaserseile (6) miteinander kurzgeschlossen sind.
- Verwendung von sicherheitstechnisch überwachbaren Kunstfaserseilen (6,7) gemäss einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12 als Tragseile für Aufzugsanlagen.
