Definitions
- the present invention relates to a multi-part Upholstered furniture, with a base, at least two adjacent seat cushion parts, of which at least one is movable, and with the respective seat cushion parts assigned backrest parts.
- a more comfortable and relaxing position is a lying position, with the legs raised, why the feet often on a side table in front of the sofa or rest stool. This requires that in addition at least one additional piece of furniture for a sofa must be present.
- Adjustable upholstered armchairs are well known However, the multiple seats are not suitable as a sofa having.
- this swivel device is with friction and possible canting so that a considerable force applied to a pivoting movement must become.
- the invention seeks to remedy this.
- the Invention as characterized in the claims solves the task of creating a multi-part upholstered furniture, which with the least amount of work and stress from space from a seating configuration to a Lying configuration can be brought.
- the multi-part upholstered furniture according to the invention is characterized by claim 1. advantageous Explanations result from the dependent Claims.
- FIG. 1 shows a multi-part upholstered furniture, which is designed as a double sofa.
- a base 1 On a base 1, of which only feet are shown, are a first seat cushion part 2 and next to it a second Seat cushion part 3 arranged.
- the second Seat cushion part 3 is a second backrest part 5 assigned.
- the two backrest parts 4, 5 are relative to the base 1 arranged stationary.
- Figure 1 is the first seat cushion part 2 drawn in the seat configuration, a first end position, a pivotable on this seat cushion part 2 Armrest 6 is articulated in the seat configuration is folded up.
- This first seat cushion part 2 can now in a horizontal plane by 90 ° to a lying configuration turn in which he is in a second end position located. Based on the representation of the figure 1, the rotation of the first seat cushion part 2 takes place clockwise.
- the second seat cushion part 3 is in one the lying configuration turned position, the second End position drawn. For this he is of the seat configuration 90 ° clockwise to the position shown has been rotated, with his previous armrest 7 has been folded down so that it can now be used as a footrest serves.
- the second seat cushion part 3 can thus be made the drawn position turned back and its armrest 7 can be opened so that a two-seater sofa to sit on.
- the two seat cushion parts 2, 3 are not simply one fixed axis of rotation can be rotated as it is narrow abut each other.
- the movable seat cushion parts 2, 3 over one guide device 8 each with the base frame 1 coupled, by means of which in a horizontal plane rotational movement in a simultaneous, rectilinear displacement movement superimposed on the rotary movement is implemented.
- FIG. 3A shows both seat cushion parts 2, 3 in the seat configuration as shown in the first Seat cushion part 2 in Figure 1. You are so both in their first end position. The armrests 6, 7 have already been folded down.
- the first seat cushion part 2 is in the first end position, see also Fig. 1, and the second Seat cushion part 3 is now to be drawn from that shown in FIG. 3A first end position according to FIG. 3G.
- the first seat cushion part 2 has a side edge section 9, which is directly on the side margin section 10 of the adjacent second seat cushion part 3 abuts.
- the second seat cushion part 3 When turning the second seat cushion part 3 e.g. from the position according to FIG. 3A into the position 3B, the second seat cushion part 3 by the guided to be described guide device 8 such that the corner point 14 is along a straight line 15 which moves generally with the side edge portion 9 of the stationary first seat cushion part 2 coincides, so that the corner point 14 during the rotational movement of the second seat cushion part 3 on the side edge section 9 of the first seat cushion part 2.
- the first part of the seat cushion can also be used 2 are rotated, its said corner point 12 is also moved along the straight line 15. is also the first seat cushion part 2 in its second End position, are the two (original) front edge sections 11, 13 of the two seat cushion parts 2, 3 to each other.
- backrest parts 4, 5 do not participate in the rotary movements. They are rigidly connected to the base.
- This guide device 8 has an upper one Plate 16, which with the respective seat cushion part 2nd or 3 is connected. Furthermore, the guide device 8 a lower plate 17 which is connected to the base 1 is connected.
- the upper plate 16 has a roughly square shape Floor plan shape and is by means of four sliding elements, 2 of which three sliding elements 18, 19, 20 are visible, supported on the lower plate 17. In the middle of the upper plate 16 is a Through hole 21. Next are in one side 22 of the upper Plate 17 has two recesses 23, 24.
- the lower plate 17 has an elongated hole 25 on. In this slot 25, a slider is used. This has a disk 26 on the bottom, on which a Spacer block 27 is arranged, which is a running element 28 carries, which runs in the slot 25. Sit further in the distance block 27 two heavy-duty locking pins 29, 30.
- a screw bolt 31 is used for mounting the through hole 21 of the upper plate 16, which runs through the spacer block 27 and the disk 26 and finally screwed to the stop nut 32 becomes.
- the upper plate 16 can thus along of the elongated hole 25 straight different and at the same time rotate relative to the lower plate 17.
- a stop pin 33 From the lower plate 17 is a stop pin 33 from that with the recesses 23 and 24 in the Side 22 of the top plate 16 cooperates to the end positions the rotational movement of the upper plate 16. It can be seen that with the drawn Position of the upper plate 16 of the stop pin 33 in the recess 24 is received. At the other end position there is the stop pin 33 in the recess 23rd
- a control arm 34 is over at one end a pin 35 on the lower plate 17 at one point articulated with the longitudinal center line of the elongated hole 25 is aligned. This point, hole 43, is located itself next to a side edge of the lower plate 17, wherein still the bearing bush 36 and the stop nut 37 shown are.
- this control arm 34 via the sliding element 19 on the upper plate 16 articulated, i.e. at a point to the side of the longitudinal center line of slot 25.
- a ball pin down 38 From the control arm 34 is a ball pin down 38 from that through an arcuate opening 39 runs and with one end of a gas pressure spring 40 is connected.
- This gas pressure spring 40 is at her opposite end via a pin 41 which is in a Hole 42 of the lower plate 17 is inserted on the same hinged. It can be seen that this hole 42 with the elongated longitudinal center line of the elongated hole 25 is aligned with which longitudinal center line that too Hole 43 for receiving the pin 35 of the control arm 34 is aligned.
- the upper plate 16 (the one with a seat cushion part is connected) based on the representation rotated counterclockwise according to FIG this is a pivoting movement of the control arm 34, which consequently the plate 16 pushes away along the elongated hole 25.
- the rotational movement of the top plate 16 causes the control arm 34 a forced, the rotational movement superimposed rectilinear shifting movement of the plate 16.
- the seat cushion part is moved away from the straight line 15 described, and by an appropriate choice of the dimensions of the individual parts of the control device 8 exactly by one such a route that in any rotational position of the seat cushion part 3 whose corner point 14 on the straight line 15 remains.
- the gas pressure spring 40 is in the maximum tensioned i.e. compressed position when the top Plate 16 has been rotated by 45 °. This position corresponds to a dead center position of the rotary movement. To a further turn beyond the 45 ° position the upper plate 16 with the relevant seat cushion part pressed by the gas pressure spring 40 into the other end position and kept there. This is very convenient for the user, because he's just a little more than the seat cushion part 45 ° because then the further rotation of done itself.
- Figure 3A shows an end position, i.e. initial position of the second seat cushion part 3, in the seat configuration.
- the seat cushion part 3 from the position 3A rotated to position 3B, it becomes the upper one Plate 16 advanced due to the control arm 34 in the slot, so that the corner point 14 despite the rotation on the straight line 15 remains.
- the gas pressure spring 40 is against their elastic restoring force is tensioned, i.e. together amount oppressive.
- upper plate 16 advanced further in slot 25, the gas spring 40 further compressed.
- FIG. 3D is a 45 ° position.
- the position according to FIG. 3D is a 45 ° position.
- the slot 25 the control arm 34 and the gas pressure spring 40 aligned with each other.
- the gas pressure spring 40 is in its maximum cocked position.
