Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum Zertrennen zumindestens eines endlosen bewegten Stranges der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie in stabförmige Einzelartikel mittels eines umlaufenden Messers, bei dem der Strang von einer Strangführung gestützt wird, die von einem Antrieb vorzugsweise einem Kurbeltrieb in eine hin- und hergehende Bewegung versetzt wird, wobei die Unwucht des Kurbeltriebs durch eine mit diesen rotierende erste Ausgleichsmasse teilweise ausgeglichen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß synchron zu der ersten Ausgleichsmasse eine zweite Ausgleichsmasse von einer im Abstand von dem Kurbeltrieb angeordneten Welle zu einer Umlaufbewegung angetrieben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß synchron zu der ersten Ausgleichsmasse eine dritte von dem Kurbeltrieb angetriebene Ausgleichsmasse zu einer Umlaufbewegung angetrieben wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Zertrennen mindestens eines endlosen bewegten Stranges der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie in stabförmige Einzelartikel mittels eines umlaufenden Messers, mit mindestens einer von einem Kurbeltrieb synchron zum Messer antreibbaren den Strang stützenden Strangführung, wobei eine Kurbelstange einerseits auf einem exzentrisch zu der Antriebswelle der Kurbel angeordneten Kurbelzapfen gelagert, andererseits mit einer die Strangführung tragenden Stütze verbunden ist, und mit einer ersten umlaufenden Ausgleichsmasse im Bereich der Kurbel oder deren Antrieb, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zweite Ausgleichsmasse (42) vorgesehen ist, die um eine Achse (43) umläuft, die einen Abstand von derjenigen Achse (40) hat, um die die erste Ausgleichsmasse (41) umläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stütze (Schwinge) (8) von flexiblen Trägerelementen (22 ...24) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwinge (8) von Blattfedern (22 ...24) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 3 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch eine im Abstand von der Antriebswelle (37) der Kurbel (36) angeordnete die zweite Ausgleichsmasse (42) zu synchronen Umläufen antreibende Ausgleichswelle (44).
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebswelle (37) der Kurbel (36) und die im Abstand davon angeordnete Ausgleichswelle (44) mittels eines Zahntriebes, vorzugsweise eines Zahnriemens (46), kinematisch miteinander verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausgleichswelle (44) und die Antriebswelle (37) der Kurbel (36) gegenläufig rotieren.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit der Antriebswelle (37) der Kurbel (36) eine dritte Ausgleichsmasse (48) kinematisch in Verbindung steht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dritte Ausgleichsmasse (48) von der Antriebswelle (37) der Kurbel (36) angetrieben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 und/oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dritte Ausgleichsmasse (48) in einem axialen Abstand zu der ersten Ausgleichsmasse entnahm? (41) und gegenüber dieser verdreht angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwerpunkt (45) der zweiten Ausgleichsmasse (42) und der Schwerpunkt der ersten Ausgleichsmasse (41) sich in einer vertikalen Ebene befinden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 3 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strangführung (1) zwei Führungstuben (2, 3) aufweist, die an der Schwinge (8) befestigt sind.
