- dans un premier temps, une face externe d'au moins une rampe de vissage du support moteur soit en contact avec une face externe d'au moins une rampe de vissage du boítier, en maintenant espacées la jupe d'étanchéité et la rampe d'étanchéité.
- dans un deuxième temps, la jupe d'étanchéité glisse sur le bord d'étanchéité, sans que les rampes de vissage du support moteur et du boítier soient en contact ;
- dans un troisième temps, par mise en contact entre des faces internes des rampes de vissage du support moteur et du boítier, la jupe d'étanchéité soit déformée élastiquement contre le bord d'étanchéité.
- les figures 1a et 1b représentent respectivement en perspective et en vue latérale, un support moteur selon un mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention ;

Claims (13)
- Installation de chauffage et/ou de climatisation présentant un ensemble pulseur comportant un support moteur (1) monté sur un boítier (2), caractérisée en ce que le support moteur (1) et le boítier (2) présentent respectivement une première et une deuxième rampe d'étanchéité dont l'une est une jupe d'étanchéité (14) et dont l'autre est un bord d'étanchéité (24), et en ce que le support moteur (1) et le boítier (2) présentent chacun au moins une rampe de vissage (16, 26) inclinée, de manière que dans une position de vissage du support moteur (1) sur le boítier (2), la jupe d'étanchéité (14) soit plaquée contre le bord d'étanchéité (24).
- Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit plaquage implique une déformation élastique de la jupe d'étanchéité (14).
- Installation selon une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la première rampe d'étanchéité est une jupe d'étanchéité (14) et en ce que la deuxième rampe d'étanchéité est un bord d'étanchéité (24).
- Installation selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les rampes d'étanchéité (14, 24) et/ou les rampes de vissage 16, 26) sont hélicoïdales.
- Installation selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le support moteur (1) et le boítier (2) présentent une pluralité de rampes de vissage (16, 26).
- Installation selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les rampes de vissage (16, 26) du support moteur (1) et du boítier (2) ont des pentes plus accentuées que la pente des rampes d'étanchéité (14, 24).
- Installation selon une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisée en ce que les rampes de vissage du support moteur (1) et/ou du boítier (2) sont formées de plusieurs tronçons espacés angulairement les uns des autres et décalés axialement l'un par rapport à l'autre dans une distance axiale (Z) de l'ensemble pulseur.
- Installation selon une des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisée en ce que les rampes de vissage sont disposées de manière telle que, au fur et à mesure du vissage du support moteur (1) sur le boítier (2) :dans un premier temps, une face externe (161) d'au moins une rampe de vissage (16) du support moteur (1) soit en contact avec une face externe (261) d'au moins une rampe de vissage (26) du boítier (2), en maintenant espacées la jupe d'étanchéité (14) et le bord d'étanchéité (24);dans un deuxième temps, la jupe d'étanchéité (14) glisse sur le bord d'étanchéité (24) sans être déformée, sans que les rampes de vissage (16, 26) du support moteur (1) et du boítier (2) soient en contact ;dans un troisième temps, par mise en contact entre des faces internes (162, 262) des rampes de vissage (16, 26) du support moteur (1) et du boítier (2), la jupe d'étanchéité (14) soit déformée élastiquement contre le bord d'étanchéité (24).
- Installation selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que la rampe d'étanchéité (14) du support moteur (1) présente des extrémités (12a, 12b) raccordées par une rampe inclinée (100) et en ce qu'une rampe de vissage (16) du support moteur (1) présente deux demi-rampes (16a, 16b) disposées de part et d'autre de la rampe inclinée (100)
- Installation selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que dans ledit premier temps, la face externe (161) d'une première demi-rampe (16b) est en contact avec la face externe (261) d'une rampe de vissage (26) du boítier (2), tandis que la deuxième demi-rampe (16a) n'est pas en contact avec une rampe de vissage (26) du boítier (2).
- Installation selon l'une des revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisée en ce que dans ledit troisième temps, la face interne (162) de la deuxième demi-rampe (16a) est en contact avec la face interne (262) d'une rampe de vissage (26) du boítier (2), tandis que la première demi-rampe (16b) n'est pas en contact avec une rampe de vissage (26) du boítier.
- Installation selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la deuxième rampe d'étanchéité (24) portée par le boítier (2) présente une évolution hélicoïdale correspondant à l'évolution axiale hélicoïdale d'une virole intégrée au boítier.
- Installation selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un joint, notamment rapporté, par exemple par surmoulage, porté par la première (14) et/ou la deuxième (24) rampe d'étanchéité.
