Description
- on forme un tube en matériau conducteur de l'électricité, présentant sur sa surface interne des gorges axiales et entre celles-ci, des parties en relief axiales,

- après durcissage du matériau isolant, on enlève la portion externe du tube pour faire apparaítre le matériau isolant des gorges et former entre celles-ci, des lames de collecteur isolées les unes des autres, caractérisé en ce que l'on forme le tube par extrusion de deux demi-coquilles complémentaires et assemblage de celles-ci l'une sur l'autre au niveau d'un plan de joint axial.

Claims (5)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un collecteur de machine tournante, dans lequel :on forme un tube (1) en matériau conducteur de l'électricité, présentant sur sa surface interne des gorges axiales (2) et entre celles-ci, des parties en relief axiales (3),on injecte du matériau isolant durcissable (4) dans le tube (1) pour remplir celui-ci, ce matériau pénétrant dans les gorges et entourant les parties en relief, etaprès durcissage du matériau isolant (4), on enlève la portion externe du tube (1) pour faire apparaítre le matériau isolant des gorges (2) et former entre celles-ci, des lames (5) de collecteur isolées les unes des autres,
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les parties en relief (3) présentent une section en queue d'aronde.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les gorges (2) présentent une section décroissante vers l'extérieur du tube (1).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le plan de joint (A-A) passe par des gorges (2) du tube (1).
- Collecteur de machine tournante, caractérisé en ce qu'il est obtenu par un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
