Claims (5)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Drehmaschinenkollektors, aufweisend die Schritte:
    Ausbilden eines Rohrs (1) aus einem elektrisch leitenden Material, das auf seiner Innenseite axiale Rillen (2) und zwischen diesen axiale Reliefteile (3) aufweist,
    Einspritzen von aushärtbarem Isolationsmaterial (4) in das Rohr (1), um dieses aufzufüllen, wobei das Material in die Rillen eindringt und die Reliefteile umgibt, und
    nach dem Aushärten des Isolationsmaterials (4) Abziehen des äußeren Abschnitts des Rohrs (1), um das Isolationsmaterial der Rillen (2) freizulegen und zwischen diesen Kollektorlamellen (5) zu bilden, die untereinander isoliert sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rohr (1) durch Stranggießen von zwei komplementären Rohrhalbschalen (1a, 1b) gebildet wird und dass diese entlang einer axialen Verbindungsebene (A-A) zusammengebaut werden.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reliefteile (3) einen Schwalbenschwanzquerschnitt aufweisen.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rillen (2) einen Querschnitt aufweisen, der zum Äußeren des Rohrs (1) abnimmt.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsebene (A-A) die Rillen (2) des Rohrs (1) durchsetzt.
  5. Drehmaschinenkollektor, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er durch das Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche hergestellt ist.
