Description
Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum farblichen Mustern eines bahnförmigen Nonwoven oder einem Komposit aus einem Nonwoven und einem Gewebe oder Gewirke mittels hydrodynamischer Vernadelung, wozu die Bahn auf einer Unterlage liegend an einem quer zur Transportrichtung angeordneten Düsenbalken vorbeibewegt und von den Wasserstrahlen beaufschlagt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Oberschicht von zwei Schichten ein mit einer oder mehreren Farben versehenes, ggf. eingefärbtes oder bedrucktes Nonwoven gewählt, dieses auf ein zweites, ggf. eine andere Farbe aufweisendes Nonwoven oder Woven gelegt und beide Schichten den die Fasern verlagernden Wasserstrahlen unterworfen werden, wobei die gefärbten Fasern der ersten Schicht in die zweite Schicht verlagert werden zur Erzielung eines Musters auf der Unterseite der zweiten Schicht.
- Verfahren zum farblichen Mustern eines bahnförmigen Nonwoven oder einem Komposit aus einem Nonwoven und einem Gewebe oder Gewirke mittels hydrodynamischer Vernadelung, wozu die Bahn auf einer Unterlage liegend an einem quer zur Transportrichtung angeordneten Düsenbalken vorbeibewegt und von den Wasserstrahlen beaufschlagt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Oberschicht von zwei Schichten ein ungefärbtes, ggf. aus weißen Fasern bestehendes Nonwoven gewählt, dieses auf ein zweites, aus anderen ggf. eingefärbten Fasern zusammengesetztes Nonwoven oder Woven gelegt und beide Schichten den die Fasern verlagernden Wasserstrahlen unterworfen werden, wobei die ungefärbten, ggf. weißen Fasern der ersten Schicht in die zweite gefärbte Schicht verlagert werden zur Erzielung eines Musters auf der Unterseite der zweiten Schicht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Nonwoven vor der Vereinigung mit der ersten Schicht vorverfestigt ggf. mechanisch vorvernadelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Farbmuster durch den Aufbau der zweiten Schicht beeinflusst wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Farbmuster durch die Zusammensetzung der Fasern, durch die Art, die Eigenschaften der Fasern der ersten und/oder der zweiten Schicht beeinflusst wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Muster durch die Gestaltung eines die Verteilung der Wasserstrahlen auf die Bahn bestimmendes Element erzeugt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element vor oder zwischen den beiden Bahnen zur Wirkung kommt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Muster durch die Gestaltung eines die Bahn tragenden Transportorgans beeinflusst wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wasserstrahlen mit hoher Energie, z. B. mit Drücken über 150 bar, vorzugsweise 250 bis 600 bar, auf die Fasern des ersten Nonwoven treffen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Energie des Wasserdrucks in Abhängigkeit des Gewichtes des ersten Nonwoven bemessen wird, also bei leichteren Nonwoven (30 bis 100 gr/m2) mit niedrigeren Drücken (bis 150 bar).
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit einem Endlosband zum Transport der Bahn und einem zugeordneten Düsenbalken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Düsenbalken (11) und den zu verändernden Bahnen (5, 8) ein Musterungselement, wie gewobenes oder perforiertes Endlosband (12) oder Trommel aus einem mit einem Muster perforierten Blech angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit einem Endlosband zum Transport der Bahn und einem zugeordneten Düsenbalken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Endlosband (6) oder auch eine als Unterlage dienende Trommel mit einem Muster perforiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 - 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, durch eine Kontinueanlage bestehend aus einer Krempel (1 - 4) für das Nonwoven (5) der ersten Schicht, eine Vorlage (7) für die Zuführung der zweiten Schicht (8), einem Transportorgan wie Trommel oder Endlosband (6) für das Komposit (5, 8) unter den Wasserbalken (11), dieser Wasserbalken (11) und eine Absaugeinrichtung (13) für aufgegebene Flüssigkeit und eine Trockeneinrichtung, wie insbesondere Siebtrommeleinrichtung (15).
