Claims (5)
- Verfahren zum Einstellen des Flüssigkeitsgehalts des aus einer selbstentleerenden Schleudertrommel eines Separators ausgetragenen Feststoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor der Entleerung des Feststoffes der Separator zum Stillstand gebracht, die im Innern der Schleudertrommel (1) verbliebene Flüssigkeit bis auf eine der geforderten Konsistenz des Feststoffes entsprechende Restmenge abgesaugt und anschließend die Entleerung der Schleudertrommel (1) bei geeigneter Drehzahl vorgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Absaugung eines Teils der Flüssigkeit aus dem Inneren der Schleudertrommel (1) das für die Zuführung des Feststoff-Flüssigkeits-Gemisches zur Schleudertrommel vorgesehene Einlaufrohr (9) verwendet wird, das axial verstellt werden kann und in der unteren Endstellung sich bis in die Nähe des Trommelbodens (14,15,16) erstreckt.
- Separator zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, mit einer selbstentleerenden Schleudertrommel, deren Austragöffnungen (6) von einem Kolbenschieber (5) geschlossen oder freigegeben werden, die einen Feststoffraum (7) und einen mit einem Tellerpaket ausgerüsteten Trennraum (8) aufweist, sowie mit einem Einlaufrohr (9) zum Zuführen eines Feststoff-Flüssigkeits-Gemisches versehen ist, der Zulauf für das Flüssigkeits-Feststoff-Gemisch mittels eines Absperrorgans (10) verschließbar ist und unterhalb des Absperrorgans (10) ein Stutzen (11) zum Anschluß einer Saugeinrichtung angeordnet ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einlaufrohr (9) sich bis in die Nähe des Trommelbodens (14,15,16) erstreckt, in axialer Richtung verstellbar ist, wobei der Bodei (14, 15, 16) der Schleudertrommel (1) ein Gefälle zum Zentrum (16) hin aufweist, in dem das Einlaufrohr (9) angeordnet ist.
- Separator nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem zur Saugeinrichtung führenden Stutzen (11) ein Absperrventil (12) angeordnet ist.
- Separator nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Einlaufrohr (9) zur axialen Verstellung eine Verstelleinrichtung (13) zugeordnet ist.
