Definitions

  • the invention relates to a louvre window with an outer and an inner side and with an outer frame consisting of an upper, a left, a right and a lower side part, wherein in the outer frame a plurality of superposed lamellae in the longitudinal axis of the lamella with its shaft in a camp are rotatably supported, in the closed state of the louver window, the lamellae are aligned and in the open state of the lamellar window, the individual lamellae are movable together, all lamellae are interconnected by a common, mounted inside the outer frame push rod and by the movement of the push rod in one or in the other direction to open or close the louvre window.
  • Such a louvre window is already known.
  • DE-OS 40 30 627 A1 describes a lamellar window, wherein the movement of the slats is effected by a push rod, which is guided in a groove within the profile of the outer frame.
  • a rack piece On the push rod in each case in the region of a lamella a rack piece is mounted, which acts on a respective fixed to the shaft of the blade toothed segment. In this way, the slats are opened and closed together by appropriate displacement of the push rod.
  • a disadvantage of this known louvre window for example, the cumbersome removal of a defective blade.
  • the object of the invention is therefore to provide a louver window of the type mentioned, which is characterized by a special ease of maintenance.
  • the outer frame is formed from a one-piece or multi-part similar profile part, which has a first chamber to the outside and then adjoining the inside a second chamber connected thereto, that the first chamber serves to receive the bearing and that the second chamber protrudes beyond the lamella in the closed state and can be closed with an angular detachable cover.
  • the second chamber serves not only for receiving the push rod but also other facilities, such as an electric motor for actuating the push rod.
  • the removable angular cover of the second chamber not only the push rod, but also the lever mechanism for moving the blade and also their bearings is good accessible, since both chambers are arranged in alignment with each other and interconnected. In conjunction with the special design of the push rod and its attachment to the blade and a good adjustability of the entire arrangement is given.
  • the louver window shown in Fig. 1 comprises an outer frame 1, which consists of an upper side part 2, a left side part 3, a lower side part 4 and a right side part 5. All side parts are formed from the same profile part, which is composed of several parts.
  • the individual parts (11, 43, 44 - see Fig. 2a) of the profile part can be made for example by extrusion from aluminum.
  • the firm connection of the individual outer frame forming profile parts whose ends are mitred, by screwing, gluing or by inserting flat connecting brackets 49 in corresponding recesses 13 and 19 (see Fig. 5a and Fig. 2a) in the profile part take place, by which a firm connection between two profile parts is made.
  • the outer frame 1 forms the holder for a plurality of superposed lamellae 6, which each consist of one of a slat frame 8 on all sides encompassed glass plate or glass.
  • Each blade 6 is rotatably mounted on both sides in its longitudinal axis in the outer frame 1 and that in the pivot point 7.
  • the profile part itself consists of a first part 43, a second part 44 and an angular cover 11, wherein the two parts 43 and 44 by two thermal separations 42 and another profile for thermal separation 50 are fixedly and permanently connected to each other (Fig. 2 B).
  • the profile 50 in the region of the shafts 18 is provided with corresponding openings (FIG. 2a).
  • the profile part has a first chamber 10 and aligned therewith and connected to a second chamber 9, while the first, facing the outside 12 chamber 10 for receiving the bearing 28/29 (Fig. 4b) of the shaft 18 of the Lamella 6.
  • the first chamber 10 is provided with a recess 19 and two lugs 20, wherein the recess 19 receives the projection 30 of the lower bearing shell 28 (see Fig. 4b).
  • a pressure against the recess 19 is exerted, which presses the projection 30 against the lugs 20 and in this way the lower bearing shell 28 releasably secured in the first chamber 10.
  • the second chamber 9 protrudes to the inside far beyond the slats 6 in the closed state and can be closed with a detachable angle-shaped cover 11. In the removed state of the cover 11, the second chamber 9 is accessible both from the inside and from the blade 6 ago, for example, for actuating the screw 46th
  • the shaft 18 is fixedly connected at one end to the slat frame 8 and has in the right side part 5 of the outer frame 1 (FIG. 1) at its other end a bracket 24 with a bore 25.
  • a bracket 24 On the push rod 21 with a round cross-section sits a sleeve 22 with its bore 41.
  • the sleeve 22 is fastened by means of a screw 46 to the push rod 21, its stub axle 23 is seated in the bore 25 of a bracket 24. In this way, a connection between the on the push rod 21 seated sleeve 22 and connected to the lamella shaft 18 via the bracket 24 made.
  • the angular cover 11 has a nose 16 which is received by a groove 15 in the second part 44 of the profile part.
  • two elastic seals 17 are provided, one of which is attached to the first part 43 of the profile part and the other to the angular cover 11.
  • the upper side part 2 and the lower side part 4 are shown with two lamellae 6 between them in the closed state of the lamellar window (FIG. 3).
