Definitions
- the invention relates to a flushing device for a bowl having water closet according to the preamble of the claim 1.
- a flushing device for a bowl having water closet according to the preamble of the claim 1.
- For flushing water closets is used daily worldwide very much and often expensive drinking water used. since For many years, efforts have therefore been made to research reduce water consumption for flushing water closets. On a major contribution to this are cisterns with interruptible Rinse or with an optional partial rinse. at the partial flush is much less after a small business Water used for rinsing than usual.
- Known are also flushing devices in which using a water nozzle water is accelerated in the siphon during the rinsing process. Such a flushing device is for example in the WO 95/04196 by the applicant.
- the minimum water consumption is also here with a comparatively high operative Effort at least three liters. Works in a similar way the flush valve according to EP-A-0 352 712.
- flushing devices are known, in which by means of a Vacuum pump and a suction line during a purge from the Siphon of the water closet water is sucked off.
- railroad cars which have a basin with an opening and toilets have a flap that can be swung away under this.
- effective odor trap not available and also not required such toilets are not suitable for domestic use.
- toilets are known in which the excrement burned, composted or packed. These toilets work without a flushing device and have so far only for special applications, for example in vehicles or Campsites, proven. In the known flushing devices but not only the high water consumption, but also the noise disadvantageous.
- a toilet facility is disclosed, the under an opening of the toilet bowl a pivoting closure part having. Below this fastener is a Rotatable propeller arranged with which the excrement can be reduced are.
- WO-A-95/23261 shows a toilet with one flap that can be swung down.
- the invention is based on the object of a flushing device to create the genus mentioned, this ideal execution comes closer than the previously known flushing devices.
- the task is according to a generic flushing device Claim 1 solved.
- a flushing module in the excrement collection area the bowl is arranged.
- the device is therefore not used as before above, but from below and with one to be attached to the bottom of the bowl Module rinsed.
- the rinsing water can be used in the rinsing module directly and with less Energy loss can be used. That is also avoided Noise in the cistern, in the drain pipe and in the bowl. Since the flushing takes place below the bowl in the module, the noise generation can be insulated much more effectively than so far.
- An essential aspect of the invention is also seen in that the assembly can be simplified considerably. This is based insists that today's multiple interfaces between the Water closet and the building often only through a pluggable Interface can be reduced.
- the rinsing module for example assembled with a mounting plate on the building floor and then the toilet bowl is attached to it.
- the rinsing module instructs an upper end means with which the collecting area in a space arranged below this can be emptied.
- the excrement fall into this first catchment area and then become in a room below this, for example into a collection container.
- the emptying is then particularly effective if this is done by turning away or tipping away.
- the turning away takes place according to a further development of the invention by rotating the recording area.
- the emptying takes place thus similar to known ashtrays where when a button is pressed, a collecting plate is rotated and thus the Ash is thrown radially away.
- the excrement then leaves the catchment area together with that in this catchment area existing rinse water.
- the emptying is particularly effective if at the same time with a rotary movement one down directional movement of the recording area takes place.
- a hydraulic drive is preferably provided for both movements. In terms of construction, this is particularly simple and inexpensive, if the catchment area is connected to a hydraulic cylinder is. By moving the piston of the cylinder the Collection area moved down. Practice suitable guidance this downward movement towards the catchment area a rotary movement at the same time.
- the rinsing module is provided with a part of the bowl arranged at a distance from this Odor trap forms, with a space between the Rinsing module and this part is filled with water. So that will structurally very simple and inexpensive as well as reliable an odor trap formed. The rinsing area becomes after a rinse filled with rinse water again, so this odor trap effective immediately and prevents the penetration of odors from the inside of the module into the bowl. Is essential now that such an odor trap is comparatively little Water needed.
- Nozzle openings are arranged radially through the rinse water is sprayable outside.
- the drainage area will be emptied thus through the flushing water emerging through the nozzle openings supported. This rinsing water can escape through a downward movement of the catchment area triggered become.
- the excrement can be used in a second collecting area coarse broth can be collected.
- This area can preferably with the crushing agents, preferably with high pressure or Steam nozzles cleaned and is down to the sewer be hermetically sealed.
- the rinsing module is preferably used as a complete unit for mounting attached to a standard cut plate with quick release. On this plate is the drain, a pressurized water connection and preferably also a power connection. Without more Installation costs can now be the toilet bowl on the interface be plugged in and is immediately ready for use.
- the invention also relates to a method for rinsing a water closet. With this- the excrement is in a lower Area of a toilet bowl arranged and at least with water partially filled catchment area and then caught from this area to another one below Area emptied. As with the device according to the invention, the same applies to the device according to the invention Procedure the basic idea that the Excrement collected in a collecting area and then be rinsed here.
- FIG. 1 shows a toilet facility 1 on a building floor 52 stands and is supported on a building wall 13. She consists essentially from a basin 2 made of ceramic, plastic or metal and a bowl 4 with an upper one Opening 67 and a flushing module 5 and a connection plate 45.
- the connection plate 45 connects the flushing module 5 to a Drain pipe 7, which can be laid in floor 52.
- the Rinsing module 5 is a coupling 49 (Fig. 6) the connection plate 45 with a supply line 48 House installation connected. Over the opening 67 is on the pool 2 a seat ring 3 is arranged.
- the bowl 4 has at its lower End, for example, a circular opening 10. About this Opening 10 there are a plurality of openings arranged in a circle 9, which are connected to a ring line 15. This Ring line 15 is here through a valve, not shown, with the Supply line 48 connected. Flows with the valve open Water through the openings 9 to the inside of the bowl 4 and cleans it.
- the bowl 12 can also be made of ceramic. However, it is here other materials are also possible, for example plastic or Metal, these preferably on their top 11 to reduce adhesion are coated.
- a suitable material for Liability reduction is, for example, tetrafluoroethylene.
- the water cylinder 16 is located in a cylindrical collecting container 14, which at its upper edge 68 firmly on the outside the bowl 4 is connected. Suitable for connection for example a bayonet or bayonet lock.
- the closure is gastight and has one here, for example sealing ring, not shown.
- Shredding device 26 In the lower area of the collecting container 14 there is one Shredding device 26. This consists essentially of a propeller 84 attached to the tube 18. Will the pipe 18 moves down as explained above, for example with the rotary device 71 shown in FIG Propeller 84 turned. Below the propeller 84 is also on Tube 18 is arranged a sealing plate 17, which is not lowered Bowl 12 on an inward edge 27 of the Collection container 14 abuts, as shown in Figure 3.
- the collecting container 14 is at one of its lower edge 78 Edge 46 (Fig. 7) of the connection plate 45 connected gastight.
- the Connection is for example a bayonet or bayonet connection, those protruding laterally on the collecting container 14 according to FIG. 3 Approaches 43, which in corresponding recesses 44 ( Figure 7) of the connecting plate 45 engage.
- Module 5 is thus at its upper end with the bowl 4 and at its lower End with the connecting plate 45 each detachable and gas-tight connected.
- the bowl 12 is filled with water 38.
- the shell 12 is designed so that its upper edge 72 over the edge 73 of the opening 10.
- the bowl 12 is then like this positioned that between the bottom of the key 4 and there is a space 37 on the inside of the shell 12 which is at least partially filled with water.
- This gap 37 forms an odor trap with the water, which Bowl 4 and the shell 12 sealed gas-tight against each other.
- Gas located in the interior of the collecting container 14 can thus do not get inside the bowl 4.
- a spray nozzle 19 which, according to FIG. 9, has an interior space 58 of the tube 18 is connected. As explained in more detail below is through this spray nozzle 19 water into the interior the bowl 12 are passed to clean them.
- the shell 12 forms a collecting area.
- the key 76 shown schematically here is actuated and thus a water valve 75 opened.
- the valve 75 is located in line 6.
- water flows in Pressure in an upper pressure chamber 21 of the water cylinder 16.
- a Inflow nozzle 77 is directed so that it is directed to a pipe 18 attached turbine 25 is directed.
- the pressure chamber 21 is thus filled with water and the piston 23 is against the tube 18 against the retroactive force of the spring 22 in the direction of arrow 30 moved down.
- the shell 12 moves accordingly below in the position shown in the figure. With an opening 24 in Tube 18 simultaneously flows into and through the tube 18 Spray nozzle 19 in the shell 12. Also at the same time Tube 18 with the shell 12 by the action of water on the Turbine 25 rotated. The shell 12 thus moves with rotation from the position shown in FIG. 3 to the position shown in FIG. 4. If the position of the piston 23 shown in FIG. 4 has been reached, a sensor, not shown here, closes the valve 75. The tensioned spring 22 now moves the piston 23 with the tube 18 and the shell 12 again in the position shown in Figure 3 up. The water in the pressure chamber 21 is through the opening 24 and the nozzle 19 displaced into the shell 12, the thereby being filled again. At the same time flows over the Ring line 15 and the openings 9 rinse water in the bowl 4th and cleans it inside.
- a rinse for example, requires about a liter of water.
- the shredding device 26 and the collecting space 80 can cleaned with high pressure or steam nozzles not shown here become.
- the tube 18 is rotated by the turbine 25.
- a rotary device is also conceivable as an alternative to the turbine 25 71 according to FIG. 9.
- the tube has 18 its outside helical ribs 59, which in corresponding Recesses 60 of a flange 57 of the cylinder housing 20 intervene. If the tube 18 is moved down, so pipe 18 inevitably rotates in flange 57 pushed back up by the spring 22, so the rotates Shell 12 accordingly in the opposite direction. This rotation also causes with the water flowing out of the nozzle 19 a cleaning effect through which the inside 11 of the Shell 12 is cleaned. The cleaning is supported by an inside 11 of the shell 12 which has little or no adhesion adhesive materials are known, for example Ceramics. Liability can also be achieved by using suitable plastics can be reduced.
- the shell 12 moved down during the rinsing process and rotated at the same time.
- connection plate 45 forms a single one Interface between toilet facility 1 and the building.
- the module 5 is after mounting the connection plate 45 on the Edge 46 attached and with the bayonet connection mentioned connected.
- a water connection is made via the coupling 49 manufactured.
- a connector 51 can be used electrical line 50 are connected to the module 5. about this electrical line 50 can, for example, sensors and Valves are supplied. A supply of is also conceivable other devices.
- the connection plate 45 is fastened for example by means of a plate 47 which has four holes 47 ' is provided. Of these holes 47 'is not shown here Bolt the connection plate 45 attached to the bottom 52.
- the Connection of the connection plate 45 to the drain line 7 is made for example, via a flange 82 on the underside the plate 47 is attached.
- the flushing device according to the invention is therefore not like Usually rinsed by washing, but there are targeted cleaning nozzles used and thus the water pressure exploited.
- the Water closure to the sewer system is comparatively thin water layer 38 reached. Comparatively large water masses therefore do not have to be moved during flushing. To there are essentially no solids left after the comminution in front. This avoids a comparatively large amount as before Water is needed to carry a bow wave for solid-state transportation to create.
- the rinsing device can essentially on a flushing module can be reduced, which is quick and easy Assembly enables.
