Claims (11)
- Dispositif d'étanchéité (1) composé de :deux composants en béton, acier, béton armé, fonte ou en d'autres matériaux, se jointoyant, ainsi que d'un profilé d'étanchéité se plaçant dans un évidement, en matériau élastomère, pontant avec effet étanche l'intervalle existant entre les composants ;les composants étant des segments (2, 2") qui une fois assemblés forment un tunnel de forme tubulaire, et, précisément, en formant des joints transversaux et longitudinaux (3), sachant que chaque segment est muni d'un évidement (4) entourant le segment et saisissant toutes les faces du joint de segment (5) qui, observé en coupe transversale, comprend deux flancs extérieurs (8) et une face de base (9) entre les flancs extérieurs (8), de nouveau dans l'évidement de pourtour se trouvant un profilé d'étanchéité (10, 10', 10") s'étendant en forme de boudin et, précisément, en formant un cadre d'étanchéité avec des angles de cadre, le profilé d'étanchéité étant muni de rainures de cannelure (12, 12', 12"; 13, 13', 13") s'étendant dans la direction du boudin, disposées sur la face de base du profilé ainsi que, pour la plupart, avec des canaux (14, 14', 14") s'étendant également dans la direction du boudin, canaux disposés entre les rainures de cannelure et la face frontale de profilé (11, 11', 11") opposée à la face de base de profilé ;l'évidement (4) présente, à l'intérieur de la zone médiane de sa face de base (9), un appui (6, 6', 6") s'étendant dans la direction de la face de joint de segment (5) et entourant en forme de boudin le segment, pour le profilé d'étanchéité (10, 10', 10"), faisant que sont formés deux évidements (4', 4") s'étendant parallèlement, chacun des deux évidements comprenant un flanc extérieur (8), un flanc intérieur (8') sur l'appui et une face de base (9), entre les flancs extérieurs et intérieurs, et où, en outre, dans chacun des deux évidements est inséré un corps profilé (A) sachant que, de nouveau, ces deux corps profilés (A) sont reliés ensemble à l'aide d'un corps profilé (B) se trouvant au-dessus de l'appui (6, 6', 6"), géométriquement différent des deux autres corps profilés (A) et, précisément, en se référant à la direction du boudin, sur la totalité de la longueur du profilé.
- Dispositif d'étanchéité selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux évidements (4', 4") s'étendant parallèlement sont disposés l'un par rapport à l'autre en répondant à une symétrie spéculaire.
- Dispositif d'étanchéité selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la face frontale (7) de l'appui (6, 6', 6") est située plus profondément que la face de joint (5) du composant ou du segment (2, 2') et, précisément, en formant un évidement frontal (7').
- Dispositif d'étanchéité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les deux corps profilés (A) s'insérant dans les évidements (4', 4") s'étendant parallèlement sont de géométrie identique.
- Dispositif d'étanchéité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les trois corps profilés (A, B) forment un ensemble global monobloc.
- Dispositif d'étanchéité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'intérieur des trois corps profilés (A, B) sont prévues une rainure de cannelure et/ou deux rainures de cannelure.
- Dispositif d'étanchéité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les trois corps profilés (A, B) présentent une face frontale de profilé (11, 11', 11") commune, à surface plane.
- Dispositif d'étanchéité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les flancs extérieurs (8) et les flancs intérieurs (8') des deux évidements (4', 4") s'étendant parallèlement s'étendent chacun obliquement et, précisément, avec un élargissement des deux évidements (4', 4") en direction de la face de joint (5) du composant ou du segment (2, 2').
- Dispositif d'étanchéité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'aire de la section transversale de l'appui (6, 6', 6") est plus petite que l'aire de section transversale de l'ensemble de l'évidement (4) formé des deux évidements (4', 4") s'étendant parallèlement, ainsi que, le cas échéant, de l'évidement frontal (7').
- Dispositif d'étanchéité selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'aire de section transversale de l'appui (6, 6', 6") est plus petite que l'aire de section transversale de chacun des deux évidements (4', 4") s'étendant parallèlement.
- Dispositif d'étanchéité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'appui (6, 6', 6") entoure complètement le composant ou le segment (2, 2').
