Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a sealing arrangement according to the preamble of
A generic sealing arrangement is for example from the US-A-4 946 309 known. As a result of the compression of the abutting components or segments while reducing the distance the gap or the transverse and longitudinal joints then unfolds the sealing profile elastomeric material under the interaction of force and reaction force its sealing performance. Such compression seals have been found in numerous Proven tunnel projects. Other sealing arrangements are about US 2 798 373 A or DE 17 08 690A known.
Starting from the prior art described at the beginning, there is now the The task is to provide a sealing arrangement that is particularly useful for large Offset the abutting components or segments for a permanent Sealing effect is suitable.
This object is achieved by the features of
- The two parallel recesses are arranged mirror-symmetrically to each other.
- The end face of the support is lower than the abutment side of the component or segment, with the formation of an end recess.
- The two profile bodies seated in the parallel recesses are of the same geometry, and further the three profile bodies form an integral overall assembly, preferably with the formation of a common flat profile end face. It is also advantageous if a groove and / or two groove grooves are present within the three profile bodies.
- The outer and inner flanks of the two parallel cutouts run obliquely, widening the two cutouts towards the butt side of the component or segment.
- The cross-sectional area of the support is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the entire recess, which is formed from the two parallel recesses and optionally from the front recess. In particular, the cross-sectional area of the support is in turn smaller than the cross-sectional area of each of the two parallel cutouts.
- The support completely runs around the component or segment.
All design features of the sealing profile, which are part of the Claims to be mentioned relate to the unloaded state.
