Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Dichtungsprofil für Tunnelausbausegmente. The invention relates to a sealing profile for tunnel expansion segments.

The sealing frames of a segment made of concrete, steel, reinforced concrete or cast iron mostly consist of four composite sealing profiles (profile strips), the frame corners preferably being produced by the injection molding process. The sealing profiles themselves have at least longitudinal groove grooves (DE-U-72 03 419, DE-U-72 29 665, DE-U-74 32 945, DE-C-25 13 365). Profile strips which have groove grooves and channels running in the longitudinal direction are particularly effective with regard to their sealing function (DE-C-28 33 345, DE-A-35 02 620, EP-A-0 210 326), the channels essentially in one plane lie. Of particular importance is the tunnel construction in segmental construction with a special arrangement of the segments. It is often sufficient if each segment has a sealing frame. In special circumstances, however, it may be necessary to provide each segment with a double sealing frame.

Immer häufiger entstehen große Tunnelprojekte in extrem tiefen Lagen. Large tunnel projects in extremely deep locations are becoming increasingly common. The rail link between France and Great Britain is currently in its initial construction phase. At its deepest point, the tunnel tubes will be 100 m below sea level. Further projects of this kind are planned.

This presupposes that the elastomer profiles for the segments have a long-lasting and absolutely safe sealing function even when the segments are strongly offset.

The object of the invention is to develop sealing profiles that meet the highest requirements. This problem is solved by the characterizing part of claim 1.

So far, it has always been assumed that in the case of sealing profiles, the channels must be arranged offset to the groove grooves in order to achieve a good seal. With the arrangement of the channels according to the invention in connection with the two profile types A (n 2 m = n) and B (n k 4; m <n), this assumption is surprisingly refuted.

The invention is explained below using exemplary embodiments with reference to schematic drawings.

Dabei zeigen dieThe show

  • Fig. 1 und 2 den Querschnitt zweier angrenzender Segmente mit den gegenüberliegenden Dichtungsprofilen des Typs A,1 and 2 the cross section of two adjacent segments with the opposite sealing profiles of type A,
  • Fig. 3 ein weiteres Dichtungsprofil des Typs A sowieFig. 3 shows another type A sealing profile and
  • Fig. 4 ein Dichtungsprofil des Typs B.4 shows a sealing profile of type B.

Zu diesem Zweck werden in die Aussparungen (4, 5) die Dichtungsprofile (6, 7) aus Gummi oder gummiähnlichem Werkstoff eingesetzt.1, the joint (1) (longitudinal or transverse joint) of two adjacent segments (2, 3) is to be sealed. For this purpose, the sealing profiles (6, 7) made of rubber or rubber-like material are inserted into the recesses (4, 5).

Each of the opposite sealing profiles has two arcuate groove grooves (8, 9) on the profile base side. The two circular channels (10, 11), seen in cross section, are arranged over the two groove grooves without offset. With this special assignment, a high sealing effect is achieved even when using a relatively small sealing profile; even with an offset X of the segments.

Fig. 2 zeigt zwei gegenüberliegende Dichtungsprofile (12, 13), wobei jedes drei bogenförmige Rillennuten (14, 15, 16) aufweist. Fig. 2 shows two opposite sealing profiles (12, 13), each having three arcuate groove grooves (14, 15, 16). Of the three oval-shaped channels (17, 18, 19) seen in cross section, the middle channel (18) is arranged directly (i.e. without offset) over the middle groove (15). The two outer channels (17, 19) are slightly offset towards the center of the profile.

Fig. 3 shows a sealing profile (20) with four arcuate groove grooves (21, 22, 23, 24) and four semicircular channels (25, 26, 27, 28) seen in cross section, all of which are arranged directly above the groove grooves. The arcuate part of the channels faces the profile back (29).

Die beiden äußeren Rillennuten (31, 34) sind hier nicht so breit wie die beiden mittleren Nuten (32, 33).4, the sealing profile (30) also has four arcuate groove grooves (31, 32, 33, 34), but there are only semicircular channels (35, 36) seen in cross section above the two middle groove grooves (32, 33) . Again, the arcuate part of the channels faces the profile back (37). The two outer groove grooves (31, 34) are not as wide as the two middle grooves (32, 33).

The profile back can also be slightly concave.

In all of the sealing profiles shown here, the channels only have a single basic geometry (e.g. semicircular). A combination of different shapes is also possible. For example, the outer channels (25, 28) of the sealing profile (20) according to FIG. 3 could be circular in cross section.
