Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Dichtungsprofil für Tunnelausbausegmente.The invention relates to a sealing profile for tunnel expansion segments.
Die Dichtungsrahmen eines Segmentes aus Beton, Stahl, Stahlbeton oder Gußeisen bestehen zumeist aus vier zusammengesetzten Dichtungsprofilen (Profilbänder), wobei die Rahmenecken vorzugsweise nach dem Injektion-Molding-Verfahren hergestellt werden. Die Dichtungsprofile selbst weisen zumindest in Längsrichtung verlaufende Rillennuten auf (DE-U-72 03 419, DE-U-72 29 665, DE-U-74 32 945, DE-C-25 13 365). Besonders wirksam hinsichtlich ihrer Dichtfunktion sind Profilbänder, die in Längsrichtung verlaufende Rillennuten und Kanäle besitzen (DE-C-28 33 345, DE-A-35 02 620, EP-A-0 210 326), wobei die Kanäle im wesentlichen in einer Ebene liegen. Von besonderer Bedeutung ist der Tunnelbau in Tübbing-Bauweise mit spezieller Anordnung der Segmente. Häufig genügt es, wenn jedes Segment einen Dichtungsrahmen aufweist. Bisher ist man immer davon ausgegangen, daß bei Dichtungsprofilen die Kanäle versetzt zu den Rillennuten angeordnet sein müssen, um eine gute Dichtung zu erzielen. Mit der erfindungsgemäßen Anordnung der Kanäle in Verbindung mit den beiden Profiltypen A (n & 2; m = n) und B (n k 4; m < n) wird diese Annahme in überraschender Weise widerlegt.So far, it has always been assumed that in the case of sealing profiles, the channels must be arranged offset to the groove grooves in order to achieve a good seal.
