Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Dichtung gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a seal according to the preamble of claim 1.
Die Dichtungsrahmen eines Bauelementes aus Beton, Stahl, Stahlbeton oder Gußeisen bestehen zumeist aus vier zusammengesetzten Profilbändern, wobei die Rahmenecken vorzugsweise nach dem Injection-Molding-Verfahren hergestellt werden. Die Profilbänder selbst weisen zumindest in Längsrichtung parallel verlaufende Rillennuten auf (DE-U-72 03 419, DE-U-72 29 665, DE-U-74 32 945, DE-C-25 13 365). Besonders wirksam hinsichtlich ihrer Dichtfunktion sind Profilbänder, die in Längsrichtung parallel verlaufende Rillennuten und Kanäle besitzen. Derartige Profilbänder sind in den vergangenen Jahren ständig weiter entwickelt worden, wobei der diesbezügliche Stand der Technik im Rahmen der folgenden Übersicht wiedergegeben wird:

Von besonderer Bedeutung ist der Tunnelbau in Tübbing-Bauweise. An derartigen Bauelementen wird im folgenden die Dichtung beschrieben.Tunnel construction using tubbing is of particular importance. The seal is described below on such components.
Häufig genügt es, wenn jeder Tübbing einen Dichtungsrahmen aufweist (Variante A). Unter besonderen Umständen kann es jedoch erforderlich werden, jeden Tübbing mit einem Doppeldichtungsrahmen (Variante B) zu versehen. Die beiden Rahmen nach der Variante B können über eine Querdichtung miteinander verbunden sein (DE-A-39 09 788).It is often sufficient if each segment has a sealing frame (variant A). Aus der DE-OS 35 43 808 ist ein Dichtungssystem bekannt, das aus einem Vollprofil und einem gegenüberliegenden Hohlprofil besteht, dessen Hohlraum großvolumig ist. Ein derartiges Dichtungssystem hat sich bisher jedoch nicht durchgesetzt. Auf der einen Seite weisen Vollprofile praktisch kein Kraft-Verformungs-Verhalten auf und zum anderen tritt bei Profilen mit großem Innenhohlraum Entlüftungsprobleme auf.From DE-OS 35 43 808 a sealing system is known which consists of a full profile and an opposite hollow profile, the cavity of which is large in volume. Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht in der Weiterentwicklung der eingangs zitierten Profilbänder, u. z. derart, daß das bisherige Zusammenpressen der Profilbänder bei der Montage zum Zwecke des Abdichtens der Tübbingfugen entfällt. Das Zusammenpressen war besonders schwierig, weil die Rücken der Profilbänder im Einbauzustand über die Aussparungen der Bauelemente hinausragen. Da die Zusammenpressung umso größer sein muß, je größer der Grundwasserdruck ist, tritt das hier geschilderte Problem insbesondere bei Tunnelbauten in tiefen Lagen (z. B. in 100 m Tiefe) auf. Die Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen unter Bezugnahme auf schematische Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Dabei zeigen die drei Figuren den Querschnitt zweier angrenzender Tübbinge mit den gegenüberliegenden Profilbändern eines Einzeldichtungsrahmens (Fig. 1) bzw. eines Doppeldichtungsrahmens (Fig. 2 und 3).The invention is explained in more detail below on the basis of exemplary embodiments with reference to schematic drawings. Nach Fig. 1 soll die Fuge (1) (Längs- oder Querfuge) zweier angrenzender Tübbinge (2, 3) abgedichtet werden. Zu diesem Zweck werden in die Aussparungen (4, 5) die Profilbänder (6, 7) aus Gummi oder gummiähnlichem Werkstoff eingesetzt. Jedes der gegenüberliegenden Profilbänder weist hier drei gleichförmige Rillennuten (8, 9) an der Profilbasisseite auf. Der Rücken (12, 13) der Profilbänder (6, 7) ragt nicht oder nicht wesentlich über die Aussparungen (4, 5) hinaus. Jedes Profilband weist hier einen aktivierbaren Hohlraum (10, 11) von zunächst geringem Volumen auf, der gemäß Anspruch 13 mit dem Injektionskanal (14, 15) verbunden ist. Die angrenzenden Tübbinge (2, 3) sind hier bereits zusammengefügt (montierter Zustand). Nun werden die Profilbänder (6, 7) mittels eines injizierbaren, das Gesamtvolumen vergrößernden Mediums aktiviert. Auf diese Weise wird eine hohe Dichtwirkung erzielt, ohne daß ein Zusammenpressen der Profilbänder bei der Montage erforderlich wäre.According to Fig. 1, the joint (1) (longitudinal or transverse joint) of two adjacent segments (2, 3) is to be sealed.
