Claims (5)
- Charnière avec deux éléments relativement pivotants l'un par rapport à l'autre autour d'un axe de rotation commun et composés de têtes de charnière et de tourillons ou de plaques de fixation disposés sur ces têtes, les éléments de charnière pouvant être gauchis en étant chargés par ressort l'un contre l'autre par un ressort cylindrique inséré entre les deux éléments de charnière dans la direction de l'axe de rotation et le ressort cylindrique (8) étant inséré dans une douille (9) guidée sur les deux éléments de charnière (1, 2), formant le tourillon de charnière pour la capacité de gauchissement réciproque des éléments de charnière (1, 2), qui présente sur une face avant (10) fermée un perçage pour loger un segment terminal (11) du ressort cylindrique (8) et qui peut être bloquée contre tout gauchissement par rapport à l'un des éléments de charnière (2),
caractérisée en ce que
la douille (9) présente sur une partie de sa longueur un contour extérieur (16) correspondant à une ouverture (15) dans un élément de charnière (1) pour une liaison active résistant au gauchissement entre la douille (9) et cet élément de charnière (1). - Charnière selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que
le contour extérieur (16) de la douille (9) et l'ouverture (15) dans l'élément de charnière (1) sont essentiellement carrés pour la liaison réciproque sans gauchissement, des nervures (18) ou des rainures (19) étant formées dans les zones angulaires. - Charnière selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce qu'
un élément de réglage (13) pouvant être gauchi par rapport à l'élément de charnière (2) sur lequel il peut néanmoins être fixé et dans lequel est maintenu un segment terminal (14) du ressort cylindrique (8) est inséré dans l'élément de charnière (2) pouvant être gauchi par rapport à la douille (9), et un tourillon (25) librement en saillie axiale et s'engageant dans la zone intérieure du ressort cylindrique (8) est conçu sur la zone de l'élément de réglage (13) orientée contre le ressort cylindrique (8). - Charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisée en ce que
le ressort cylindrique (8) présente parallèlement à l'axe de rotation entre les éléments de charnière (1, 2) sur ses deux extrémités des segments terminaux (11, 14) librement en saillie qui s'engagent dans des perçages orientés parallèlement à l'axe de rotation au niveau de la douille (9) et sur l'un des deux éléments de charnière (1, 2). - Charnière selon la revendication 4,
caractérisée en ce que
les segments terminaux (11, 14) du ressort cylindrique (8) sont pliés en saillie axiale directement depuis la zone des spires.
