Claims (8)
- Farbkammerrakel (2) für eine Farbauftragswalze (1) einer Druckmaschine, mit einem Rakelkasten (3) mit Farbkammer (4) und zwei sich zu beiden Seiten eines sich über die Länge einer Farbaustrittsöffnung erstreckenden Rakelmessern (12, 13), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rakelkasten (3) als auswechselbare Kassette ausgebildet ist, wobei im Innenraum der Farbkammer (4) eine von aussen betätigbare Dichtleiste (10) angeordnet ist, welche aus einer zurückgezogenen, die Farbaustrittsöffnung freilassenden ersten Stellung in eine zweite Stellung verschiebbar ist, in welcher die Dichtleiste (10) dichtend gegen die inneren Randflächen der Rakelmesser (12, 13) anliegt und dabei die Farbaustrittsöffnung verschliesst, damit die Kassette nach Verschliessen der Farbzu- und -abführanschlüsse ausgewechselt werden kann.
- Farbkammerrakel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtleiste einen im wesentlichen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Farbkammerrakel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtleiste als Zylinder ausgebildet ist, dessen Durchmesser grösser ist als die Spaltbreite der Farbaustrittsöffnung.
- Farbkammerrakel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest die wirksame Oberfläche der Dichtleiste aus elastomerem Material besteht.
- Farbkammerrakel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtleiste mit einem manuellen oder motorischen Antrieb verstellbar ist.
- Farbkammerrakel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Farbkammer über die ganze Länge einen gleichen Innenquerschnitt aufweist und eine, diesem Querschnitt bei vollständig zurückgezogener Dichtleiste, entsprechende Abstreifplatte vorgesehen ist, welche im Normalbetrieb gegen eine Kammerstirnwand anliegt und bei zurückgezogener Dichtleiste über die Kammerlänge manuell oder motorisch verschiebbar ist, um an den Längswänden und der Dichtleiste anhaftende Farbe abzustreifen und aus der Kammer zu drücken und/oder einen Waschvorgang innerhalb der Kammer zu unterstützen.
- Farbkammerrakel nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstreifplatte an Längsführungen, z.B. Führungsstangen geführt ist.
- Druckmaschine mit einer Farbkammerrakel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 7 und einer Farbauftragswalze, mit einer Halterung, um die Kammerrakel in einer vorbestimmten Stellung zur Farbauftragswalze zu halten und an letztere anzudrücken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterung eine Tragkonstruktion mit in einer Vertikalebene um die Achse der Farbauftragswalze verschwenkbarer Tragplatte aufweist, um zusammen mit der eingesetzten Kammerrakel in verschiedene Winkelstellungen bezüglich der Farbauftragswalze eingestellt zu werden.
