Claims (15)
- Rakeleinrichtung zum Füllen von Vertiefungen eines Zylinders (8) einer Druckmaschine mit einer Flüssigkeit mit einer mit einem Fördersystem verbundenen Auftragvorrichtung (129) für die Flüssigkeit und einer dieser in Drehrichtung des Zylinders (8) nachgeordneten Arbeitsrakel (27), die einensich an die Auftragvorrichtung (129) anschließenden Abrakelraum begrenzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auftragvorrichtung (129) eine Kammerrakel ist, die oberhalb von der Arbeitsrakel (27) angeordnet ist, daß die Kammerrakel (129) unabhängig von der Arbeitsrakel (27) vom Zylinder (8) abrückbar ist und daß bei von dem Zylinder (8) abgerückter Kammerrakel (129) aus dieser die Flüssigkeit abfließen kann.
- Rakeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kammerrakel (129) seitwärts am Mantel des Zylinders (8) angeordnet ist, eine positiv angestellte Rakel (6) aufweist, die mit einer ihr in Drehrichtung des Zylinders (8) vorgelagerten weiteren Rakel (5) einen ersten Raum (61) begrenzt, in dem die aufzutragende Flüssigkeit bereitgestellt wird, und daß die weitere Rakel (5) über ihre Länge verteilt Bohrungen (62) aufweist, die zu einem von der weiteren Rakel (5) und der Mantelfläche des Zylinders (8) begrenzten zweiten Raum (45) führen.
- Rakeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Raum (61) mit leichtem Überdruck der Flüssigkeit betrieben wird und der zweite Raum (45) Überlaufkanäle (63, 64) aufweist, über die die Flüssigkeit in eine Auffangwanne (69) abfließen kann.
- Rakeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Stirnseiten der Rakel (6) jeweils eine Dichtscheibe (43, 44) anliegt, die weiterhin, eine Linien- und Punktauflage realisierend, auf einem Bolzen (48, 49) aufliegt und mittels Federkraft gegen die Stirnseite und den Bolzen (48, 49) gedrückt wird.
- Rakeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtscheiben (43, 44) mit jeweils einem Arbeitszylinder (50, 51) verbunden sind und mittels der Arbeitszylinder (50, 51) auf den Zylinder (8) zu und von diesem weg bewegbar sind.
- Rakeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtscheiben (43, 44) zwischen Flächen (79, 80) mit Spiel bei der Anstellbewegung an den Zylinder (8), eine Zentrierung an dessen Oberflächenkrümmung erlaubend, geführt werden.
- Rakeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rakeln (5, 6) an einem Balken (9) befestigt und mit diesem mittels eines Arbeitszylinders (13) auf den Zylinder (8) zu und von diesem weg bewegbar sind.
- Rakeleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitsrakel (27) in geringem Abstand von der Rakel (6) negativ am Zylinder (8) angestellt ist und die abgerakelte Flüssigkeit zu einer Auffangwanne (69) ableitet.
- Rakeleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitsrakel (27) von Arbeitszylindern (33, 34) betätigt an den Zylinder (8) an- und von diesem abstellbar ist.
- Rakeleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum Füllen der Vertiefungen in Längsrichtung des Zylinders (8) aus dessen Mantelbereich wegfahrbar ist.
- Rakeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 10 (Fig.4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auftragvorrichtung (129) und die Arbeitsrakel (27) mittelbar beidseitig an einem ersten und zweiten Halter (17, 18) aufgenommen werden, daß der erste Halter (17) schiebbar auf einem Tragrohr (19) angeordnet ist, das in der Seitenwand (4) und einem an letzterer angeschraubten Träger (3) gelagert ist, und daß der zweite Halter (18) an einer Spindel (21) befestigt ist, die schiebbar im Tragrohr (19) lagert.
- Rakeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Changierung der Einrichtung zum Füllen der Vertiefungen an dem zweiten Halter (18) lösbar die Kolbenstange eines Arbeitszylinders (25) angelenkt ist, der sich am Träger (3) abstützt.
- Rakeleinrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Zylinder (88 bzw. 90) mindestens zwei Rakeleinrichtungen (90, 91 bzw. 92, 93) zum Füllen angeordnet sind, die wahlweise einzeln an den Zylinder (88, 90) anstellbar sind.
- Rakeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Zylinder (88 bzw. 90) zwei Rakeleinrichtungen (90, 91 bzw. 92, 93) zum Füllen von Farbe in die Vertiefungen vorgesehen sind.
- Rakeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Zylinder (88 bzw. 90) eine Rakeleinrichtung (91 bzw. 93) zum Füllen einer verfestigbaren Flüssigkeit und mindestens eine Rakeleinrichtung (90 bzw. 92) zum Füllen von Farbe vorgesehen ist.
