Claims (3)

  1. Procédé de manipulation de pièces d'oeuvre devant subir un traitement thermique, notamment de pièces d'oeuvre à carburer, dans lequel les pièces d'oeuvre ou magasins de pièces d'oeuvre déposées sur des palettes sont introduites dans un four à sole tournante en plusieurs rangées correspondant à un nombre prédéterminé de rangées de pièces d'oeuvre, retirées du four à sole tournante après le traitement thermique, notamment après la carburation, et amenées à une presse de trempe comportant un nombre prédéterminé de postes de presse, et un nombre de pièces d'oeuvre ou de magasins de pièces d'oeuvre correspondant au nombre de postes de presse est déposé sur chaque palette, les palettes (36, 38 ; 55, 57 ; 56, 58 ; 64, 66) étant disposées dans le four à sole tournante (2, 50) en un nombre de rangées tel que le nombre de rangées de pièces d'oeuvre soit égal à un multiple du nombre de postes de presse, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un espace libre (80), qui n'est pas occupé par une palette, est prévu à côté des palettes (56, 58) situées sur le même rayon à prélever du four à sole tournante (2, 50).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, d'une grille du four à sole tournante occupée par deux rangées concentriques de palettes, il est prélevé une palette située au niveau d'une ouverture de chargement de la rangée extérieure de palettes, en ce que l'espace libre (80) est ensuite pivoté vers l'ouverture de chargement, qu'une nouvelle palette (70) est déposée sur l'espace libre (80), qu'une palette arrière (56) est pivotée devant l'ouverture de chargement, retirée du four à sole tournante et remplacée par une autre palette.
  3. Four à sole tournante comportant un ou plusieurs étages de grilles superposées, plusieurs rangées concentriques (52, 54) de palettes chargées de pièces d'oeuvre ou de magasins de pièces d'oeuvre étant positionnées sur chaque grille (50), caractérisé par un entraînement de grille avec un dispositif d'inversion pour l'inversion temporaire du sens de rotation de la grille.
