Claims (8)
- Dispositif (1) pour maintenir constante la viscosité spécifique d'un adhésif (5) pour relier le dos d'un bloc-livre ou d'une couverture de livre en amenant un diluant, se composant d'un rouleau transporteur (6) en rotation plongé dans un récipient d'adhésif (7) pourvu d'adhésif (5), en aval duquel est monté un rouleau applicateur (4) qui transmet l'adhésif sur un dos ou une couverture de livre d'un bloc-livre passant sur un parcours, et avec des moyens pour remuer et mesurer la viscosité de l'adhésif (5) dans le récipient d'adhésif (7) ainsi que d'une unité de commande (22) pour comparer une valeur réelle avec une valeur théorique de la viscosité, laquelle est reliée à l'ordinateur avec le moyen de mesure de la viscosité pour le dosage du diluant à amener à l'adhésif (5), caractérisé en ce que l'agitateur (19) est réalisé sous la forme d'un mélangeur (20) pour la mesure de la viscosité de l'adhésif (5) se trouvant dans le récipient d'adhésif (7).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dosage du diluant s'effectue via une modification du courant électrique absorbé par un moteur (21) du mélangeur (20) avec un nombre de tours constant de l'agitateur (19).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dosage du diluant s'effectue via une modification du nombre de tours de l'agitateur (19) avec une alimentation en électricité constante du moteur (21) du mélangeur (20).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de commande (22) est reliée à un dispositif de mesure du courant raccordé à une ligne d'alimentation en courant du moteur (21) du mélangeur (20).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de commande (22) est reliée à un dispositif de mesure du nombre de tours couplé avec l'arbre mélangeur.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, avec un agrégat de fusion (11) présentant un récipient de fusion (13) pouvant être chauffé et un récipient pour diluant (17), lesquels sont montés en amont du récipient d'adhésif (7) et sont reliés à celui-ci via des conduites, caractérisé en ce que le récipient de fusion (13) et le récipient pour diluant (17) sont reliés via une cloison de séparation (27).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins la cloison de séparation (27) du récipient pour diluant (17) est réalisée de manière à pouvoir être chauffée.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que la cloison de séparation (27) présente sur l'extrémité supérieure une ouverture de passage reliant le récipient de fusion (13) au récipient pour diluant (17).
